I have purchased a new HONDA CITY 1.5 ZX MT IDTEC on 26/09/2022.

Color : METEOROID GRAY M.
RTA Reg No : PY03B 5670
Dealer Name: M/s Signature Honda, Centrium, Kannothumchal, Chovva, Kannur Kerala 670006.
The car is doing good no doubt. But one particular issue is disturbing me.
The HONDA CONNECT App on my mobile is not getting connected with the car since 27th November 2022. I tried logging out and re logging in, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, Changing the App to my second Phone etc. But its NOT getting connected from 27th November 2022 onwards.
Although I contacted the Service personnel, he said casually that it may be due to some SERVER ERROR and they will see to it at the SECOND SERVICE on 26th March, 2023.
I regret to inform you that I am not satisfied with their 'Diagnosis' and hence did not take the trouble of taking the car to their Service Centre.
I shall be extremely grateful, if you can look into the matter and help me.
