It is informed that
- I have visited Harmony Honda, Joshi Automotives Pvt. Ltd, Plot No. 67, Industrial Area, Phase-II, Chandigarh for service of my Honda Amaze Diesel car reg. No. CH01BD8176 dated 05.12.2022.
- After a week of service, the window pan of driver side was started making noise and find difficult to do up and down.
- The complaint was made to service executive, while getting feedback on phone call. She told to visit the service Centre.
- I have visited the service Centre on 17th December, 2022 and reported the concerned service advisor. He call the mechanic, and mechanic oiled rubbers of the window pan and other window pan also. At that time, the noise stopped.
- But next day again the problems exists and even problem increased instead of resolving. Left side window pan was also started making noise and getting difficult to operate.
- Again made the complaint to the service centre, while complaint no. [protected] dated 29.12.2022 through their service executive Ms. Arti and told them to visit the car and resolve the problem.
- After persuasion again, a mechanic visited on 30th December, 2022 to see the problem and resolve it, but he could not get it properly and the problem again exists. He told that he will report to the office and you will get the phone call.
- Actually, he could not understand the problem, and went back.
- Now I could get any response from the service centre.
- I am a senior citizen and a loyal customer of Honda.
- I have got all the services of my Honda amaze car from the authorized service centre of Honda, even from the same service centre.
- Since I am Senior Citizen and can not visit time and again to the service centre for resolving problem of my car, which persists after the last service of my car from the authorized service centre of Honda,
- I requests you to kindly see my position, in this old age I am suffering with the problem in my car. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest, so that our relation can be maintained further.
- Otherwise, I will be forced to knock the door of consumer court.

      Dear sir,

      CHANDRA MOULI RAVILLA

      Today as i have given my Amaze diesal CVT for regular service and had issue with AC and updated same to Honda advisor.

      Before examining itself he told.me the COOLING coil will be the issue and it's Honda excisiting problem we know it well and has to replace immediately which cost me around 9500 (Excluding labour i don't know).

      Constantly he was saying 9500 will cost U then I told him what's this boss its a Authorized showroom not any private mechanical SHED to negotiate and told him go ahead it's ok because CAR is HONDA mamufactre is Japanese it's my confidence.

      Upon replacement now he got Issue with compressor itself, Gas is getting leakage, I asked specifically wher Gas is getting leaked, he told from O'ring which is in-built cannot replace alone (God only knows or Honda designer knows i don't know) so he has to replace Entire compressor because of that O' ring and it's Components which cost me around 25, 000 INR (Now total cost 9500+25000=34500 Excluding labour.).

      Total cost for My Car AC 40000 INR including labour.

      He sent me one picture Before opening AC coil case.some one has pasted Glue who did that ?(Again God only Knows else Honda designer) i too don't know because I never had issue with AC before.

      And told me he will try and manage adding his technical expertise he will remove it with out breaking or damaging the case if its broken he told he can't do anything Only option need to purchase new Case.(Additional cost i don't, because he got bigger offer for Compressor replacement I think )

      Finaly my humble request or better put it begging from HONDA INDIA as a poor customer please return back my vehicle as it is.. no need AC or any other services please...

      if Honda India still have that Command and control over Dealship do the needful.

      We are not in position in negotiating/querling with these of type of things.Car without AC no issues we don't have such privalage to afford AC, knowly or unknowingly we have purchased Honda Car without knowing íts purely for Rich people, still EMIs pending i has to pay.

      Please give it back ias it is before... Please help us from Your Mansarovar Honda dealer to get back it... please

            Hi Sir/Madam,

            Am owning Honda WRV car and yesterday I saw some leak if oil below the bonnet and got to know that 'cluch hose' got damage due to rat bit.

            I tow the car to showroom and now in the showroom service adviser
            (Mobile : [protected]) telling that to replace cluch hose it will take 5-days or more as this need to get from other city (Chennai or other part from India)

            The service adviser is not providing the details he not ready to talk for even 1min while talking he is disconnecting the call.

            pathetic service.

              The car is doing good no doubt. But one particular issue is disturbing me.

              My Honda WRV VX MT (2018) is having a problem on its AVN since 2020 when it was sent for service at Pinacle Honda (Chandrani Enterprise). The chip of AVN was missing then. At that time the display was also shown water drop mark. After then twice sent to same service center but not rectified though extender warranty also purchased.

                I regret to acknowledge this you about an a defect found in my Car purchased from Dealer Name -CARTEC HONDA, AREA -NARODA -AHMEDABAD, GUJRAT.
                I OWE this car on date 12/10/2019.
                Driven km s 51000 approximately, this car has no accident history .
                We went to Baroda a near by city to ahmedabad on dated 22/11/2022
                Suddenly on road the we found a voice of breakage, then we came out of car and seen below the car, the connector between a wheel which makes car running has been broken down . Which is next to impossible In this much of time bcz our car running history is only in City area and the well furnished roads only kindly look in to ths matter and give us a best solution to come out of this big expensive fault .
                This was happened in Baroda, Nandesari . And car towed and brought at garage in MAKARPURA, AREA GOPINATHA JI Baroda .
                I m sending you pics of failure of that part plz kindly do the needful .

                  Arya Honda’s (Sewree) insensitive atrocious service - ref : car regd RJ45CJ7635

                  We have got the most pathetic and atrocious service from Arya Honda, swear not to come back to this junk yard again - and this is the 2nd time, they have failed giving good service, it is an insult to us.

                  The staff is so insensitive :
                  1) they never bother to answer phone call or keep us updated on the status on the development or delivery
                  2) timelines are never honoured
                  3) Each person gives different status to confuse
                  4) they are not cooperative and do not provide any assistance for processing insurance claim and body shop service

                  Time and again we have been facing issues and Arya Honda has taken us for granted, they are not bothered to improve their services.

                  The executives with whom we have faced behavioural issues are;

                  1) Faheem from body shop - Provides no support for insurance and found helpless and is always on leave and outstation.He never bothered to intervene with helping us negotiate with surveyor nor had any idea on status on the work.
                  2) Nafees (Replacement for santosh) - Not provides the exact status on car and dont follow the timelines, My car takes 3 weeks to get its work done and it has happened with my other car also. No urgency at their part
                  3) Sunny (Service)- Most arrogant and careless guy, Tries to befool the people, My car was cleared after service and it was not even washed, What kind of supervisor he is ???? and when he was enquired about why even washing was not done let alone oil change during service, he told go complain wherever you can

                  In short Arya Honda is ensuring that HONDA as a company shuts its business soon - this could be a part of a larger strategy on part of Arya Honda - their adamant nature to continue providing cheap and substandard service quality is a testimony to this conspiracy.

                  Request Honda officials to take action on this agency and its staff, please black-list Arya Honda before you lose your market standing and patrons loyal to Honda.I need an immediate refund for servicing charges taken for my car RJ45CJ7635 as service was not done at all.

                    Honda Amaze | Rust Issue

                    Hi Honda Team,
                    My car has been affected by rust within 2 years from the date of purchase. I have informed the dealer to fix the rust under warranty, but they have not done anything at that time. But this time I have asked them and escalated to fix the rust issue, but they told me to pay for rust fix (Painting, Tinkering and Welding) due to warranty has expired by 07/2022.
                    My Question is,
                    What is the use of the warranty...

                    I bought a Honda city zx 5th gen from Brigade Honda Bangalore on 23 sep 2022 the very next day I started to hear a rattling noise from the dash board informed the dealer regarding the same and they confirmed it could be some wires and can be easily fixed than later 4 times the car was taken and in the last visit the car was kept for 2 days and it was informed to me tat the issue is fixed. As soon as I got my car from the service I was able to hear noise very loud and addition to it a metal vibrating sound. Honda cars india you guys don’t care about the customers we invest so much money isn’t your companies core to provide quality product. I really feel I have bought a used car ?? Now the car is 800km driven don’t know on a long run how it will last..

                        Quality issue

                        Purchased a New Amaze car in the month of June 2022..as on today 4 months completed..my car body surface became very rough after 2nd service…informed to service centre on my 3rd service...
                        Honda amaze is our 3rd car in our family..we have used Hyundai and Maruti before that, we never faced this type complaint so far..Hyundai was 7 yrs old, Maruti was 4 yrs old..but with in 4 months of time facing this type of painting/ coating quality...

                        Digipad not working

                        I purchased Honda City VMT in 2018. Recently my digipad stopped working, when I went to Honda service centre in my city I got to know that this problem is coming in all 2018 models but the company is refusing to replace the digipad. It's high time that a company of such repute should realise their fault & provide free replacement to customers. Honda's customer satisfaction rating is dropping day by day.                         I had purchased Honda City Zx model from Deccan Honda Pimpri on 13th April 2022. From 1st week of purchase I have been complaining about the flickering of headlamps during rough patches of road. They are not resolving the issue and instead claiming that it's normal. The service team agree that there is a design defect but when I asked about it on social media, I have got a response that the issue is not seen on the latest sold models.
                        I am asking for replacement of the headlamps with a new one but they are not ready for that too.

                          On 26th We paid Rs 3186 to WorkIndia for hiring employees
                          Immediately company stopped giving services. When I asked about service the employee MR Abhihek started shouting and said we will not get service plus we will not get refund back

                          We have escalated 30 mails but no mails from their end. We have send mails to compny MD Mr Jatin Jakharia too...

                          Already registered my complaint with Communication Id-1-[protected] but have not received any satisfactory reply from HONDA India.

                          Honda & Toyota are known for their reliability of the product they offer and not for the wimps&chimes as offered by their other counterparts in the market.
                          In the current scenario HONDA have lost it's ground completely and have downgraded their Product Quality Specially the Engine.

                          I wish i would've invested my hard earned money in some Korean or Indian brand rather than Poor Japanese product.

                          Further i shall Request Everyone NOT to BUY Unreliable HONDA products as they do not believe in themselves.
