Honda — Self Motor Frequent Failure

Manchester Honda Service center did not do proper diagnosis, and resulting Self Motor of the car failed for more than 5 times with a frequency of every 5 to 7 months.

On suspect basis, we have given the vehicle to Sundaram Honda Service center, on the day 1 itself it is apparently told there is a technical issue with Key Ignition cylinder on rectifying this with a new part, this recurring self motor failure will be stopped.

We made stupid in doing the payment of replacing the self motor many times causing more repair expenditures as well as brand value has come down.

This is a complaint and we are not ready to pay for the self motor replacement as we did many times and honda customer car should support us and take proper action against manchester honda and provide us the right solution.
