Screen of my car music system is observed with leakage off some liquid inside. I bought my car in April 2017 and I have extended warranty of my car. Problem in car music system observed since I bought the car. Once the music system is changed or repaired. I complaint regarding this to Honda car service center multiple time but no any actions taken. They replied that this is due to some internal damage to the music system. I give my car for the service only in Honda car service station since purchase of my car. Within a 3 years of purchase of car this problem is arise. When I was discussed the problem with service center of Honda cars they replied that this is the problem with all Honda cars manufactured during period of 2017. Is this a valid answer from Honda cars? I required satisfactory solution of my problem and believe that Honda cars always give important to customer satisfaction. I complaint multiple times to Honda car service center but satisfactory solution is not given. I always give my car for the service to Honda car service center, Near Bopal Approach, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. My car number is GJ 1 RX 0776.

    I have booked Honda Amaze VMT 2021 model on 01.03.2021. Based on Salesman request (Vikas Vyas-[protected]), Bank disbursed full amount to company on 24.03.2021. After that, Showroom officials have not processed anything from their end. On 12.04.2021, i received SMS regarding Fastag, Insurance processing. After that Salesman has not informed any thing regarding my car registration. Till now, no registration is done.
    Bank has started taking EMI from April 2021. The Team Leader of the showroom (Hitesh:[protected]) of the showroom informing that RTO is not working due to Partial lockdown in Maharashtra. But RTO officials are working with minimal attendance. Showroom officials are reluctant and putting blame on lockdown for the delay.
    Therefore, i need my money back or pay EMI for the delayed period immediately, otherwise i will file complaint legally.

      I bought amaze vx diesel a demo vechile from ambala dealership . They promised me to resolve all issues in car such as tyres, rubbing, and interior cleaning but they did not overcome to that . I am being harrased from last 1 year, i keep calling the sales person ankush who promised to resolve all these issues but he is not responding now .
      My car is in severe condition due to them .
      The steering wheel of my car was also faded from the day I purchased the car and they are not replacing it .
      I request you to look into this matter
      As they sold me a demo vechile and promised to repair all the problems that were present that time . But now no one is looking into my matter .

Recently My Car Met an Accident on April 4 th, i Dropped the Vehicle in Pride Honda Madhapur on April 5th. at the Time of Dropping the Service Executive Mr Nabhi Promised me to Deliver Vehicle with in 10 Days. i Called him yesterday for thrice he is unable to pick my Call also. after 4 th time he gave reply such that he was busy with other customers. i think i am not look like a customer for him. till it has been 16 days completed but he is not give assurance for delivery, Due to these Pandemic (Corona is Spreading very Fast) we are Afraid o[censored]sing Public Transport for these Many Days, Dear Sir Please Resolve my Problem and Hand over My Vehicle as early as possible if any Unexpected thing is Happens to me due to Your Negligence for Delivering the Vehicle i Definitely Go to Court

          I regret to inform you that I have given my Honda city car for 2nd scheduled periodic general servicing to Manchester Coimbatore. On 7th April 2021.Car number is TN 37 T 6347 which was purchased newly on 30th Dec 2020. I really disappointed on this servicing. When giving the car for service I requested service incharge possibity to remove an small dent at left side door out side.They had promised removing dent and paint touching and assured me the condition of car Apperance would be as new car delivery. But when I receive the car after servicng I shocked there is paint color differences and door inside pad lock is mishandled and no water service as well. We have purchase 5 cars as group. In our mind we had thought good rating from the list of other competitive cars but when seeing this kind of servicing we feel it is wrong judgment. More over i am travelling to office inconvenient and uncomfortable. I request you to take this issue seriously and rectify the problem. How will you compensate for my dissatisfied for this bad service and affecting of my schedules.My car number TN 37T 6347 Coimbatore, India

            Poor front suspension Quality - Honda Amaze 2019

            It is painful to reporting the same issue again & again still Honda knows this problem is there in several Honda Amaze.

            i bought my car from Honda Aspen showroom located on O.P Road in Vadodara on 27th march 2019. i appreciate the engine quality of Honda but in terms of suspension quality specially front suspension they are such an inferior. after running of 1500kms it started making weird noises (feels like your tyre assembly...

            I bought a Honda WRV 2017 Model car in November 2017.

            Having regular service at nearest Pride Honda Showroom in Hyderabad.

            Recently On 31st March 2021, getting a lot of white smoke from backside while driving then stopped the car beside the road. I tried to start the car to go to the nearest showroom but did not start the car.

            I called roadside assistance then they came and took the car and dropped the nearest showroom i.e. Pride Honda, Miyapur Hyderabad on 31st March 2021.

            After a few days Showroom people said that they were diagnosed as per Honda Company guidelines. Car need to be replaced by a Turbo and some volves .

            Today, They called me and said that the Car Engine has some problem and they need to inform Honda Company then after receiving guidelines from Honda it will take 15 more days to diagnose and repair the car.

            Please could you resolve ASAP.

              Self Motor Frequent Failure

              Manchester Honda Service center did not do proper diagnosis, and resulting Self Motor of the car failed for more than 5 times with a frequency of every 5 to 7 months.

              On suspect basis, we have given the vehicle to Sundaram Honda Service center, on the day 1 itself it is apparently told there is a technical issue with Key Ignition cylinder on rectifying this with a new part, this recurring self motor failure will be stopped.br...

              I had purchased Honda city - 5th gen on December 10, 2020, not knowing it was the biggest mistake to trust Honda, on 27th March, 2021 it failed to start in the middle of the road. Crane service from Honda came to pick it up on 28th March, 2021.
              Since 28th March, car is in the workshop and they identified some manufacturing defect which they apparently failed to identify at the time of delivery of the car (or it is a scam from Honda / dealer side to deliver the defective car).
              Today is 15th April, 2021, yet they say they "might" take 10 days more, even more.
              When asked to provide the spare car, they deny it to the customer.
              There are no follow ups from the dealer or the honda on the status of the car.
              Who will bear the business loss I have faced due to non availability of the car?
              I need my money back from Honda, I do not want that car anymore.
              I need my entire money back.
              Honda has to be boycotted.

                Grand honda located at hosur tamilnadu, has a uncommitted service support without any coordination and customer support and satisfaction. They bill some time for the same works and some time they says free. Zero follow-up for parts which was ordered.
                I will never suggest to anyone to take the service in this place

                  Hello this is Varinder Kumar (contact [protected])Owner of Honda Amaze Car which was purchased from Deep Automobiles Bathinda dealership. I visited for service of my car at dealership on 11th March 2021 but even after taking more than 8 hours service is not satisfactory because the workmanship is totally careless and handled car the rough way. Then there is no scanning done for problems i told them earlier and they said tyres of car need to be replaced and they gave me surety that problem will be sort out after this. That day after service i replaced all 4 tires with brand new set. Then again i visited on 13th March for same problem of steering and noise from front driver side wheel axle. They admitted and again do some minor adjustments but problem not solved but according to them all problem solved.. i told them i will give you feedback regarding same problem after 2-3 days while i run the car .then i again called for same problem but they said now i have to pay for problem check which is never sorted out even during servicing. I called 4-5 times on Honda 121 complaint centre but no response received from Dealership as well as from your side. This is my mail as a intimation that if no satisfactory resolution provided asap i will take this matter to Legal stage against Honda Company and Concerned dealership

                    Hello Mallesh and Honda Team,

                    It is very surprising to see that still now no response has been circled back to the customer. This is how Honda is providing support and service to the customer who has purchased a new WRV which is still under warranty!
                    Just to keep all on the same page on the discussion that I had with Mr. Mallesh (Service Manager Dakshin Honda, Bangalore, India) from yesterday evening till today morning after the issue reported on 27th March'21.

                    1. Yesterday Morning (9th April'21):
                    Around 11:00am Customer called Service Manager Mr. Mallesh to ask for status as there was no call back from the dealer! This is how Dakshin honda is dealing in Bangalore! In reply, it was told to me that the discussion is in place and approval will be coming in the 2nd half.
                    After waiting till 4:00pm when I called Mr. Mallesh told me that in the next 1 hr he will be talking to the approval head and will be getting the approval for the replacement. Also told me that I will be receiving a call in the next 1 hr.
                    Around 6:00pm I gave a call once again to Mallesh to ask for the status as I had not received any call from Mr. Mallesh. He told me in the next 30 mins will be receiving a call and approval for replacement will be done. After that it will be taking some time to get the parts for placing the order and will be replaced.
                    During this conversation when I asked him, what is taking so long time for the approval from 27th March till today. He told me that the approval team is checking with other Bangalore Honda dealers (apart from Dakshin Honda) and asking for similar incidents.Being a customer, I have never heard such a reply from a reputed brand like HONDA INDIA. After that till now I have not yet received any email or ph on the approval process.

                    2. This morning (10th April'21)
                    I called Mr. Mallesh (Service Manager) and asked for the status. In reply, he told me that the approval team is saying that even if the alloy wheel is under warranty, I need to claim insurance to get it replaced. When I asked him the reason for claiming insurance there was no answer. I have asked him to reply to my email stating that "Honda is asking customers to raise an insurance case for the paint manufacturing defect on the alloy wheel which has come by default in this car". In reply he said he is outside and will take some time.
                    This is how Honda is dealing with under warranty cars and this particular part is under warranty.

                    Hello Jeff, Saba, Vivek and Arun,

                    I really need your attention here and would like to highlight this concern to the Honda higher management as well. Really!!! Honda is asking to fix the manufacturing issue by raising insurance claims for a new WRV which is still under warranty? Moreover, there is no proper communication circled back to customers from 27th March'21 till today. Every time, being a customer I am calling them and asking for the status.
                    Peeling off black colour from the company default fitted diamond cut alloy wheel (one wheel out of four) within warranty Honda I asking customers to claim insurance to replace the same? Under which clause Honda is asking to raise Insurance claim for replacing the product which is under warranty!

                    Note: All the pictures of the alloy wheel have been taken by Mr. Mallesh on 27th March'21 for reference at Dakshin Honda Showroom, Bangalore, India.

                    Still waiting for the replacement!

                      The lining inside the boot where the board will be placed was broken within a week's time of our car purchase. Since then we have been following up to replace it. The plastic quality is very poor and the part was never replaced. Now after 2.5 years we decided to buy it which costs around 3.7K which is very high for the quality of the material.

                      Don't go for Honda. i will definitely not go for Honda. I was having Ford earlier and the service was very good and prompt and the service cost was very reasonable. The plastic quality inside the car is pathetic and unusually very high price for cheap quality spares.

                        We purchased a Honda City VX Automatic by April 2017. Regn No: TN 01 BCxxxx. 

Dealer is Capital Honda, Meenambakkam. 

Been facing continuous Service and response related issues right from Day one of Purchase. 

Having one recent Pain Shop Charges related issue that is pending for almost 4+ Months now. 

Not getting any proper response or resolution for a specific issue currently. 

Would appreciate if some one could call me on this, for me to explain the hardships faced so far with the Dealer. 

I had decided to stop dealing with this irresponsible Dealer any more, however will need to settle the current issue with them. 

Must state that my whole experience of owning Honda has been very bad so far in terms of the Dealer Response. 



                        I had escalated twice to Honda Customer care team and absolutely no ownership to resolve my issue.

                        Are we forced to have such worst experience with these kind o[censored]nethical Dealers in teh first place.

                        Also this dealer sold me an old car which had so much of Scratches and Dents as New car. When enquired they mentioned not to escalate to Honda and did a shabby worst Repaint job for the brand new car.

                        Wanetd to speak to some responsible officers in Honda Car India who never responded so far for the last more than 2 months.

                          I purchased Honda City Car (DL4CAY2342)in July 2018. The touchscreen of the dashboard is malfunctioning. A request was raised for replacement of touch screen nearly six months ago. The token number raised for the complaint at Honda Customer Care is D8427.

                          The Honda Service Station in Motinagar Delhi had said that the replacement of the faulty touchscreen under warranty would be done by March 2021. However, now they are saying that they have no estimated time frame for replacement.

                          This has caused extreme inconvenience. Also, i am paying instalments every month for the loan raised to purchase vehicle, but unable to use the vehicle with satisfaction. Who will bear the cost?
                          This is extremely unprofessional work from Honda Service Station.

                          I expect immediate resolution of the problem (Token No. D8427).

                            I am using honda city ivtech since many years and drive my car very carefully and i do proper care for my car. I get serviced my car from Himalyan honda dealership in Shimla on 28.03.2021.
                            When I reached the dealership, clutch of my car was working properly and i handed over the vehicle to their staff. The way to enter the dealership is very congested and very steep. They parked my vehicle on that steep road and several times they moved the car reversing and forwarding to give pass to other cars exiting from there and many of their workers driven the car reversing on that steep way and put a lot of pressure on the clutch and made it weak. When i got back my car after service, i experienced some changes in cars performance and its pick up was also very weak. I'm sure that the clutch has become weak due to their mishandling. My car is only 34400km.run and single hand driven.
                            I request to take action about this matter.

                              I would like to lodge a complaint that on January 1, 2021, I bought my new honda Hornet 2.0. I have had a lot of problems with my car since I took it. For example, there is a problem with the light, there is a problem with the self start, and now there is a big problem with the engine. And for that I have been in the showroom for the last 15 days. But still my vehicle problem is not solved. And it has caused me a great deal of mental distress. You are kindly requested to consider my complaint and get immediate justice.

                                Fraud dealership after service is wrost
                                I have register a complaint regarding my honda city (kl 25 m 6900)infotiment system more than 1 year still now no response...it is under warranty ...when I am contacted to honda they comited replacement within 3 month .now 6 month also completed, no replacement done

                                So don't buy vechicle from vision honda they only do sale .after service they couldn't attend phone

                                This review for anyone buying new vechicle from vision honda

                                Sir why I wait 1 year for a infotiment system replacement .
                                Now they say to wait more months for replacement..

                                  Purchased honda city automatic car in 2018 june . Driven only 2800 in last 3 years and Touch screen is not working . Looks an issue with most of Honda city cars where touch screen does not work . Wondering why such quality issues are seen in such a good brand and this inspite o[censored]sing the car rarely as indicated by milage .

                                    The quality of tyres on the New Honda City 5th Gen are very poor, In three months of owning the new care I have had to change two tyres due to side cuts which occurred from routine driving.
                                    This is in contrast to not having to change any tyres due to side cuts in my Honda City 2010 model which I have been driving for last ten years.
                                    I request you to look into the quality of tyres being provided in the new city car to ensure continued loyalty to the brand.
