Honda Two Wheelers India — Replacement of defective honda unicorn 150 | |||||
I have been complaining on line about replacement of defective honda unicorn 150, but after my last complaint on 30/05/2017, subject - injustice with the customer by honda company, where i again clearly mentiond about the replacement of my newly purchased defective honda unicorn 150 mahroon colour. And mentioned that i am going to consumer court. Later on 31/05/2017, i got a mail from honda company, that i will get a phone call from honda company regarding replacement. Accordingly again i wait for two days. But i am really very sorry & upset for not getting any call or mail communication about replacement. Now my patience is over. Honda two wheeler india company's shere nigligence policy towards my complaint, also compeling me to go to consumer court to beg justice to compulsate my brand new 'ok' honda unicorn 150, even money loses, mental hurrassment happened to me, my vehicle dependent routien work hampering, just in my very next step.
