KA01MV0862 DAKSHIN HONDA - HOSUR ROAD BRANCH These incidents happened somewhere between Mar-2021 to Sep-2021 Incident-1: Visited Dakshin Honda, Hosur Road for Teflon Application. a. Damaged the front bumper by hitting (Without checking called for delivery, went & checked | Requested for rectification) b. Wrong application of teflon, due to which complete car external body was rough. (Without checking called for delivery, went & checked | Requested for rectification) c. In continuation to point-b, did some welding or some smoke related activity without even covering my car, resulting to surface became rough. d. After all fixings and repairs on my brand new car, this time they delivered car at my home FOC with a scratches on my bonnet. Next day morning the again took my car for repair & delivered home. d. For above all I spent my own transport total 4 times (To & Fro) each side 16km. 3rd time I spent my petrol for their mistake again total 3 times (To & Fro) each side 16km. e. TEFLON CHARGES TO REFUND INR 4708/- Incident-2: Car left for 2nd Free Service a. Collected & dropped at home with a scratches on bonnet again and a stupid came and tried to fix it up with some solution, please note scratches can be fixed my a WURTH foam car wash, I think this is insane. OK, anyhow he rubbed very hardly and got an impression on the car and we asked what is this ?, then replied this is there from the beginning. Till today I have that marks on my bonnet. Incident-3: Car left for 3rd Free Service a. This time they did everything perfect externally but internally they did something to software, resulting, Video player not working in the car & Petrol indications, Fuel to empty indications (Any indications regarding to the fuel or ZERO). b. Again came and checked everything by wasting near to 1/2 a litre petrol after removing and adjusting under the car back seat. c. Video player they said it will not work in Honda Amaze. Why the hell during the purchase your sales guy the worst ever, Mr. Teja given briefings about the car that this car has video player too. c. REFUND TOWARDS MY INTERNAL ISSUE INR. 5308/- (Pay back my service charges) Incident-4: Fastag not working, Cheated by Mr. Teja a. Issued some useless TAG, registered almost an year back by the time I took the delivery without KYC and not even worked any where. Finally when checked, this TAG already crossed 1 year, so we have blocked due to NON-KYC. That stupid not even informed about this. b. FASTAG amount to refund INR 600/- c. MONEY SPENT TOWARDS FUEL & PERSONAL ARRANGEMENT TO VISIT SERVICE CENTRE FOR THEIR INEFFICIENCY INR. 1500/- Keeping above all, I have decided not to get the service from this useless team for sure. They have offered many freebies for their mistakes. But not at all interested, as no worth of handing over my car again with this stupid, not trained team. My 1st year of car purchase gone with all the phone calls, debates & long waitings for to have a nice delivery from them. But they never did it and they can't do it. Above all, I have decided to raise a complaint to customer relations - Honda car India, they were too not responsible even after raising the concern, they have not reacted to my email in the last 48hours. Dear Mr. Gaku Nakanishi is President & CEO This is how your team & your dealership centers work. Have some dignity & sincerity in the work. Make your team aware, how to address customer complaints & initially teach them not to trouble customers, thye should always please the customers by their work. Was this information helpful? | |||
