On 4th Oct 2021, when I had gone to get my car repaired of ignition issue my car was hit by another car which was being driven by a technician of Frontier Honda Gurgaon. When I asked the General Manager Rishi Kr Handa for compensation then he denied also the staff at the service station misbehaved.
The Technicians and supervisors were in NO control of the General Manager Rishi Kr Handa and were non apologetic when the GM asked them how and why they drove rashly resulting in damaging the car.

Looking at the shady work culture and non committal attitude of the GM and staff I came back with out getting my car repaired.
The GM refused to do any compensation but yes offered to repair the car but looking at the staff behaviour and zero control of the GM on the staff I decided not to get the car repaired from Frontier and moved to Ring Road Honda Gurgaon where I got the car repaired but not the dent which happened due to Frontier Gurgaon Technician.

Please compensate in cash the damage done to my car so that I can get it repaired from a good Honda service center.

    Hello,
    This is Ganesh from Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu, India. I have been using my Honda Jazz from 2016 onwards. Would like to narrate an incident which I faced in my vehicle service with Jain Cars, Vellore, tamil Nadu, India.

    My Vehicle details,
    Company – Honda
    Car – Jazz
    Model – 2016
    Vehicle No. – TN 25 BC 9000

    From my 1st service onwards I’m complaining about the dashboard noise, but it is not rectified. Now I have driven almost 1L+ Kms. Still it is not fixed.
    Recently my vehicle met with an minor accident, Left side door got dent. So left to service, they asked me to change the both the doors. I too agreed to proceed. I left my vehicle on 19th August’21. They said it hardly takes 1 – 2 weeks of time but they gave after a month i.e. on 19th September’21. Will it take 1 month of time for door changing and full service ??? No proper response.

    During full service I have mentioned few complaints to attend along with door changes,
    1. Dash Board Noise
    2. Bonnet sound
    3. wheel balancing


    They made fixed few of the complaints but after service, some more new problem started,
    1. more bonnet noise
    2. noise under front passenger seat
    3. no proper water wash

    It’s really hard to digest about Honda service experience. I ever faced such a worst service experience with Jain cars, Vellore.

    Few point about Jain cars,
    1. No Proper communication
    2. Not maintaining the service delivery date
    3. Lack of knowledge for technician
    4. Not attending the complaints properly
    5. No clear response.

    Hope, this is my last car with Honda because of worst service experience with Jain cars, Vellore. If you could help me to fix the problem, it would be a great help. Thanks in Advance.

      The music system of my Honda car seems to have some liquid inside and isn’t working. It is just stuck on the 1st screen.u car only gets serviced at authorised Honda service stations. I complained about this to them and there was no resolution. I took the car to the showroom however they told me they can’t handle this problem. Who will resolve this issue?? I saw online - many customers have complained about a similar issue. If this is a manufacturing defect, cars should be recalled to fix them. I thought Honda is a reputed company- never thought I will experience such an issue.

        Dear sir,
        I have purchased the honda WRV Car on 17.03.2019 (regs no OD17Q5318) & the car is under warranty upto 16.03.2022. After running 11000 km brake pad got vanished & during the 1st service at Central honda sambalpur they have replaced it with new one under warranty & later on again after running another 14000 km again the braker pad got vanished & central honda sambalpur is saying that drum, dish & breake pad need to replaced since all three items are scratched.i request them to replace all the item under warranty but they are saying that movable parts like drum, dish & braker pad cannot be replaced under warranty.but I told them earlier I got the brake pad replaced under warranty & they are saying that we don't how it happened.therefore I request you to kindly look in to the matter & do the needful.
        Also the behaviour & respond of the staffs are unusual & they are arguing with the customer unessarily.

          My name is Abdul, I bought my Honda amaze diesel automatic TN02BU1010in 2020 from Olympia Honda annanagar chennai. the mileage is only 10-12 km per litre viz-a-viz the claimed mileage of 20+ kmpl. The very reason I bought this car was for the mileage which turns out to be not true, the whole purpose is lost. Kindly request Honda company to provide a proper solution to this problem

            My car No. KA36N3711 was given to Whitefield Honda service center in Bangalore on 4.10.2021. Service including clutch plate replace was also done. On 9.10.2021 car was returned after service. We paid Rs 19600. But after running about 4 to 5 Km there was smoke emitting from front portion of car. Car was returned to the service center same day. Today Whitefield Honda informs me that the clutch plate got burned because of driver mistake. So we have to pay the cost of Clutch plate about Rs 8000.
            The same driver has been running same car for the past 2 years, I told them. But they insist it was drivers mistake.
            But I am sure it was the cause of poor fitting of the clutch plate.
            Please look into this and confirm whether I should pay again for the same work. They are returning the car tomorrow, 12.10.2021

              The car's touch system is not working for the past 6 months. Even the regular service providers arent able to mend it. And it is a cause of huge discomfort and matter of great concern.

                I have I-10 1.2 magna BS IV manufactured in the year august 2010 .
                I only drove 33000 kms . It developed hard steering . Earlier day it was all right but when. Started next day, hard steering problem was noticed .I took to Hundai service centre at Medchal road near suchitra, near Secunderabad . I was told that I should replace ECM and it will cost some 45000/ .
                I bought back car home to investigate further . I am stunned to notice similar problem in many of Hundai i10 cars . It is manufacturing defect . How can you charge 10% of car cost for a small electronic item. It is against any business ethics for company with such brand image
                I request to supply the above part at much lower price immediately failing which I will file the complaint in consumer court .

                  My Honda navigation card also stolen when I gave the car to service at Pride honda madhapur hyderabad. Despite of rising this issue rhe is noresolution. Honda should understand this, customer has spent like 10+ lakhs buying your vehicle and you think we will be running behind you for this cheap SD card without any reason. If you can't control what is going 9n in your service centers you should be closing them, or provide proper checks while taking over the vehicles from customers.

                    I own Honda City Car DL4CAY5602 (purchased in December 2019) and facing issues.

                    My rear view mirror is alright (pics attached herewith), however a part of it which connects the mirror to the car is broken. Since my car was a special edition car i.e Honda City SV Edge, the rear view camera has inbuilt camera as well, which shows the back view.

                    After chasing multiple dealerships of Honda India, I have been informed that the rear view mirror is not manufactured by Honda but by AutoCop.

                    It's been 3 months since I have been chasing Honda dealerships to find a solution to this problem, however the problem is still the same. Every dealer tells me that since Honda does not manufacture, they can't do anything about it.

                    I cannot even understand (a) how does rear view mirror part gets broken (b) if it's broken why cant Honda replace it. Though, technically speaking Honda should have replaced it because the mirror is broken and not due to accident, implying there may be a technical default.

                    I fail to understand that it has not been even 3 years and I am being told that the part is not available. Have I made a mistake by purchasing a Honda City car or a mistake by purchasing a special edition car?

                    I had complained last week as well on the customer care (Communication ID[protected], however there is no response whatsoever. I do not expect such a blunder from a company which is famous for its build and quality and customer experience. Definitely my customer experience is terrible with Honda.

                      I want to notice you, continuous getting issue in my car's DPF filter and till date your service center not resolved my issue. Details of my vehicle is:
                      Reg. No. MP50C9446
                      Replace Duration of DPF:
                      11474 KMS[protected]
                      12045KMS[protected]
                      15303KMS[protected]
                      Above frequent replacement of DPF is correct. If correct then this vehicle's maintaince cost is very high.

                      No one will drive your failure product either you have to give correct solution or compensate whole
                      expanse related DPF which was previously i given you.

                      Take my vehicle and correct it within week in FOC basis otherwise i'll take help of consumer forum .

                      Kindly reimburse my Diesel Expenses which i paid 3-4 times To/Fro cost of diesel. This expenses from My place to your service station. why should i bourn it if your failure then you have to bourn it.

                        This is a feedback summary on my experience with Courtsey Honda for service rendered to my vehicle no DL3CAR 4354 on 5th OCT 2021.
                        I am really disappointed with the manner in which the case was handled . The service engineer charged me for all kind of redundant services like rodent control etc and it sent me a bill amounting to Rs 18000/-. It was only after a vehement protest to the General manager Mr Amit Adya that the matter was resolved and the bill amount adjusted to a reasonable figure .
                        Next I was horrified to see the condition in which the car was delivered . The interior of the car was dirty and unclean . I have sent pictures of the same on a Whats app message to the service engineer .
                        To sum it all up .. my interaction Courtsey Honda has been an unpleasant experience to say the least. It was like dealing with a small time local car service station rather than a brand name like Honda city .
                        I do hope that Courtsey Honda will, in future, live upto the name that it is an ambassador of .
                        I have been a customer of Honda city for the past 15 years now and this experience has been a let down

                          I am writing to complain about the inadequate and unsatisfactory service.
                          I completed all service on time last service was completed on 3-July-21 and after few days (24-July-21) wheel was blocked agin I went to service center and manager agreed this blunder mistake and he made some changes.
                          Now I m facing issue scooty is not start.

                          I bought Activa 5G DLX in 16-Dec-2019 and as of now driven only 5700km
                          I wonder This kind of service.
                          And requesting to you take appropriate action and resolve this issue ASAP.

                            Car sent for regular servicing to Cartec Honda (Authorized service centre of Honda cars) but while return it was noticed that reverse camera is showing some patches in the screen and the same was immediately informed to the service engineer and they informed that the same will be taken care. Further after some time with inspection with the help of Honda cars they informed that this out of warranty hence it can’t be repaired free of cost. Since it is the problem of cartec Honda why I will be sufferer and this has been complained to Honda cars also but no response. I request that the same is to be rectified free of cost as the product damaged when car has gone for servicing. This needs urgent attention as i have been transferred from Ahmedabad to Mumbai

                                Servicing of my Car (Honda City) OD02AJ9656 was done at Highway Honda, NH5, Bhubaneswar.

                                Following are the poor performance of the service team there:
                                1. The supervisor (in charge) of service of my vehicle took 8 hours for general paid service of the car whereas he had committed to deliver the car after 4 hours.

                                2. The car was delivered at 6pm after a brief hot talk with the staff over there.
                                3. The car was not properly cleaned. Inside the car things were not touched. No polish inside or outside.
                                4. The soapy water for cleaning the windshield was not filled. The bottle was left empty.
                                5. The peculiar sound that was coming while pressing the clutch pedal was not rectified. The sound was there.
                                6. Instead of thorough cleaning the standard was very poor.
                                7. I paid Rs.8473 towards the total services, but I am totally dissatisfied with the standard of services of Highway Honda.

                                  I purchased Honda Amaze car in2018, batch side door get rusting started in 2 year only.
                                  I already request to Landmark honda vapi but still 2month already over never give proper feedback.

                                  I tried many call their executive but not pic up call also.

                                  Request to you take this rusting with honda company so I will get replacement of door or action on the same.

                                  Service of landmark honda so poor, and Honda car also defective in quality of material used while manufacturing.

                                    Hi, I have bought honda wrv vehicle from Whitefield Honda in July 2017. Registration KA 03 NA 7810. In three years time the music system touch paid stopped working. I asked for repairing option and dealer says this can’t be repaired. Rather buy new music system. Never knew Honda provide so low quality music system that doesn’t not ever last more than 3 years. I have one Maruti vehicle whose music system is working from last 9 years. Suggest Honda to have some good quality accessories, else they should give only car and ask customer to fit accessories from local market.

                                      I have honda city zx, march 2019 model car, i am facing a problem regarding tyre, 4th time i changed tyre. Even a small pothole can not bear the tire every time the tire bursts, now even while driving, I am afraid that the tire may burst again, I saw while putting the tire, there were other car tires, this problem is for all the cars of this model. I am looking for a permanent solution because the tire claim is not even available, the tire company does not pass claim the cut tire, so you are requested to take some solution for this, otherwise we will have to leave the Honda car only, last time also complained But till now there is no answer for that too. Changing the alloy wheel of all the cars of this model will be a permanent solution to the problem. Seriously think about it. I talked to your dealer and he said that the tire width of the cars of this model should be reduced. That's why the tire is bursting but no solution has been told, please give me a permanent solution for that.
