[Resolved]  Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation [Hsbc] — bhim app transaction failed but money debited from account

I did a transaction of 10000 rupees through upi (Bhim app). Transaction was failed and payment was not received by beneficiary but amount has been debited from my account

They haven't done this by themselves.From last 20 days i was in regular contact with both HSBC and UPI(BHIM app) representatives and after a series of emails and phone calls finally they returned my money.
