Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation [Hsbc] — Credit card application rejection without proper reason | |||
I have applied for hsbc credit card on date[protected]. An agent from intelinet global service pvt ltd. Has collected multiple document from me for id and address proof, salary slips and other relevant documents. I even got verification call from hsbc after 2 days. On 9-jun-17 i got mail from hsbc stating that my application is not inline with bank's credit policy and they are able to issue me credit card. If i again want to apply for credit card at hsbc i wait for 6 months. Hsbc has rejected my application without giving any specific reason and on top of that they are asking me to apply after 6 month. I don't understand if i am not provided with the proper reason of rejection this time, what is the chance next time this will not happen again. I raised the concern with hsbc for giving me the exact reason of rejection. I took them 5 days to track my application. After giving enough information they replied back with same generic line and no specific reason. I need a specific reply for rejection or issuance of credit card from hsbc.
