Hsbc india is now bcom a worst bank.in hsbc-india, i had called to customer care but alway unable to connect to the executive thats the major issue in hsbc about customer support. After few days later i tried and when it got connected to executive of customer support then i shared my concerned about my emi and other issue in credit card suddenly the executive got angry, so much short temper executive it was and he abused me in hindi very bad words. I had complaint in hsbc india but they blamed me and i got shocked, so much fake fraud people are working in higher level. I have the recorded call audio with me.
