Placed an order (Order No:[protected] on 19 March 2026 for Animal Charm Design Clogs. The expected delivery date shown is 03 April 2026, but the tracking information has not shown proper progress after being marked “Shipment In Transit.”

I am concerned about the delay and lack of clear updates regarding the shipment. This is especially important as the item is required urgently. Additionally, the product is marked as non-returnable, which increases my concern regarding delivery reliability.
