Placed an order on 29 August 2025 with Hopscotch.

Order Details:

• Product: Bamboo Panda Puffer Jacket (Size: 5–6 years)
• Tracking ID:[protected]
• Expected Delivery Date: 5 September 2025

The package has been showing “In Transit” since 2 September 2025 (06:28 AM) from Jammu but has not yet been delivered.

I am not asking...

Hopscotch company deactivated my account. I am regular customer of hopscotch with I'd [protected]@yahoo.com...I have ordered many products which is pending to deliver...a huge amount lies in hopscotch wallet... Please help me to activate my account and refund my money

It's to inform you about your pathetic service. I didn't received my refund for the product I've returned. Telephonic conversation was not useful. I need to get back my money not a pie more or not a pie less.Don't fool your customers. Please be noted that customers are the strength of business.
Do something needful.

Item Floral Embroidery Solid Sleeveless Fuchsia Party Dress still not received but mentioned as delivered many times requested to update the website to not delivered that was also not changed. Please refund the amount as i know you people are not capable of resolving the customer issue. I can't wait more days as delivery crossed all limits and also never expected this from Hopscotch.

Why are you people not providing Customer Contact numbers to call and explain issues? Is this another type of cheating, also why are you people not responding to my issue?
