The package has been showing “In Transit” since 2 September 2025 (06:28 AM) from Jammu but has not yet been delivered.
I am not asking for a refund — I only request Hopscotch to ensure urgent delivery of this product as it is required immediately.
Please look into this matter, coordinate with the courier partner, and confirm the new delivery date.
