[Resolved]  Hopscotch — order not delivered on time urgent delivery required

Placed an order on 29 August 2025 with Hopscotch.

Order Details:

• Product: Bamboo Panda Puffer Jacket (Size: 5–6 years)
• Tracking ID:[protected]
• Expected Delivery Date: 5 September 2025

The package has been showing “In Transit” since 2 September 2025 (06:28 AM) from Jammu but has not yet been delivered.

I am not asking for a refund — I only request Hopscotch to ensure urgent delivery of this product as it is required immediately.

Please look into this matter, coordinate with the courier partner, and confirm the new delivery date.
