I would like to share what mentally harassment we have faced in the hospital. My Father In Law was admitted in the hospital on 20th June 2013 because of high Sugar and stammering in his voice, We take him to an emergency and the doctors on duty referred him under Dr. Rajul Agarwal (neurology doctor) , my Father In Law was admitted in ICU for three days under his observation , After that he shifted to the ward , After fourth day of admission Dr. Rajul Agarwal told us that his treatment was over now he transferred the case to Medicine doctors because at the time of admission we had told the duty doctor about the history of patient that he have some other diseases also Like Sugar , Fluctuation in Hemoglobin & Deficiency of protein. But after a day no one was visited for seeing my Father In Law, When we checked with medicine doctors they refuse to take the case, he says why after four days case referred to them and told us that talk to Dr Rajul Agarwal only. Than on Monday 24th June Dr. Sodhi told us that he & Dr. Manisha from medicine will look after the patient. In Between Dr Rajul Agarwal go on leave than Dr. Sandhya will take the patient . But still no doctor from medicine was attend the patient than we call Dr. Manisha why she was not attend the patient , She replied that she have word with Dr. Sodhi , he individually handled this case. On Saturday 29th June 2013 Dr. Manisha visit the patient and verify the reports after Nine days . We checked from her about the line of treatment than she told us that she only asked for some opinion about the patient . Than on Sunday 30th June Dr Rajul Agarwal attend the patient and when my mother asked about the treatment , he told My treatment was already over and your patient have multi diseases , And I am not able to treat this patient anymore and if you want this thing in written he will give the same. My mother told him to the Doctor that you have very arrogant while speaking with patient. He says yes I Am.
Hospital Bills we had paid to 1.7 Lacs and the treatment given to the patient is very much unsatisfactory, because if the Doctors of this hospitals is only about the money and not for patient and they have full of arrogance , Don’t communicate what exactly they are giving treatment to the hospital . Than definitely people have lost the faith from this hospital, day by day my Father In Law condition gone worst. Than on 1st July Dr Sodhi calls me and told me that you have to arrange any hematologist doctors at you own , or we refer to you some other hospital . Than we don’t have any other option to discharge my father in law to some other hospital, but in the mean while because of irresponsibility of the doctors my father in law condition was worsed. We shifted to an another hospital, and within 24 hrs he was died .
I Request you to kindly help in this matter and lodge a complaint against the hospital so that due to Doctors irresponsibility no other have the same mental harressment which we have facing and have a loss which I and my family have due to death of my father in law. Was this information helpful? |
