They are only money minded, i have lost my hardworking father because of them. He was fighting from post covid complications from last 2 months. He was earlier admitted in two other hospitals where he was improving but suddenly his kidneys stopped working and fluid filled in his lungs. We bring him here so that he could get kidney treatment, but it was our biggest mistake and worsened our father's condition.
There trick is to scare the patient's attendants by giving sleep medicines to patient so that they will look more serious than reality. They will always scare you regarding patient condition.
His hands and legs were tied, he was initially able to move his hands and head slowly but when we requested them to open his hands they increased the dose, where he was not able to move anymore, only tears were coming from his eyes. He was not able to open his eyes.
Doctor said that oxygen is not reaching to his mind and nurse said that he wakes up in evening, when we requested them to call when he getsup, they put him on ventilator. They will always use security gaurd phone to call the attendants.
They will never use normal oxygen, they will only increase oxygen supply mode, they used bipap for my father where he was maintaing 95-100% saturation then dragged him to ventilator where he was maintaing 98-100% saturation(physically verified by us). After using Ventilator within 3 hours they called us and said our father is expired.

Earlier we insisted them to use normal oxygen, but they never did this. There only moto is to increase oxygen supply and give sleep medicines to patients and make patient condition more serious as carbon dioxide will also increase with increased oxygen supply and handover dead body to attendant.
The patient condition will only detoriate here, and the saddest part is you will not be able to talk with ur patient due to sleep medicine.
We loved our father and he was also very strong, How his oxygen level can drop from 100 to very low within few hours.
We were always frightened because our sixth sense was saying something is wrong in this hospital but cannot do anything due to nonavailabilty of icu bed everywhere.
Our father could be saved if he could get good treatment, his health condition was never detoriated that much.
Dont go here if you don't want to loose ur loved ones. My father's future dreams has been eaten by them.
May god will do justice for his soul.

Currently my patient is admited in hospital and i the nursing staff here is so irresposible. They don't even know what to do and when. One admitted his/her patient in hospital for taking good care of his/her patient but here in Balaji Action medical hospital no one care about patient, they simply want to make money from patient nothing else.

I would never suggest anyone to come to thia hospital just because of irresposible nursing staff.

I am really sorry if there are some bad words used by me in above statement but this is what i experience in this hospital.

If anyone resposible person is really looking into these complaints then i must say they have to take this really serious.

I am 24 year old who suffer for treatment, OPD doesn't response properly and today I was on queue at 5 am, there is token system and if we don't have 50 th token they decline to make slip for further treatment. And my treatment already delay.
Poor health OPD staff. I don't think this hospital provide good treatment..

My father had a minor heart attack when admitted to the hospital but in the due course of Time, he has suffered a brain stroke as well but nobody has attended to him. The symptoms show that his brain has been affected. He is forgetting things, his hands are lopsided, and he has difficulty in talking. But nobody is taking care and paying attention. What sort of a hospital staff is this?!

Balaji action hospital emergency room is doing cheating with senior citizen patient, today my grand father had a appointment with one of the doctor. Hospital keep them wait for 5 hours in this scenario when there is outbreak of covid 19 situation. Hospital does not provide sitting arrangement for senior citizen, he was forced to lie down in emergency room as sitting arrangement was not there, later on forced by emergency room staff to buy ppe kits and mask for them because they said they were told by the hospital that who so ever patient will be have to pay for ppe kits and marks.

If this is hospital new protocols in covid 19 situation than it should be told before asking kits and other stuff.in the situation where world is facing crises issues, hospital are taking advantages of the situation and making cheat money.

This is really bad, cheating behavior done by staff of balaji hospital with the senior citizen.

Radiologist here like dr sumit is not very expert in his work and takes too much of time in every scan of his causing discomfort to the patient and also needs a break of 15-20min after each scan and leaving patients to suffer waiting outside.
This is the 3rd time we are facing this problem with him.
Really very disappointed with his work and his attitude towards work and disappointed from sri balaji action for not looking this matter.

My child suffering from severe stomach pain on dt.29/09/2019 at 11:00am. Dr. Versha is depute on emergency ward to see the patient. When we talk about my child problem, he straight way say that padiatric doctor is not available and you go and come tomorrow morning in opd. If you want to consult the doctor urgent, the doctor is available only in pvt. Ward. She called the security person and told to throw away from the hospital. This type of doctor dameged the hospital reputation as well as patients in trouble. You are requested to take strong action for this type of doctor and save the other patients life.

With the huge infrastructure and overwhelming crowd balaji action cancer hospital seems to be among the best facilities in delhi ncr for cancer treatment. However, the shady buisness going on behind the enormous walls and happy faces of doctors has a different story althogether. My uncle (Fatherly image to me) was admitted to this place for cancer treatment. He came inside walking on his feet and went out with the doctor saying the words "take him home for dying. There's nothing left in him".

I have seen his condition deteriorate exponentially during the course of 15 days he was there. The doctor's negligence and the ultra rude and "i don't care" behaviour of nurse assigned to him killed him.

These guys think of a patient as a money vending machine. After every 1 hour the ward boy came and kept a bag full of medicines which disappeared magically after some time.

On the day his condition was the worst, me and my grandfather were begging to the nurse and doctor on duty to look at his bp, sugar etc. But they were so admant and kept on saying "he looks ok! His condition looks stable." suddenly at 8:00 pm they came inside and said his condition is deteriorating and we need to shift him to the icu immediately. They took him to icu, kept him for the night and in the morning the doctor said "take him home to die. There's nothing left in him". The main doctor did not even come to see him the entire night.

When we went inside to take him, what we saw shattered us completely. The devilish staff had tied my uncle like animals. When we stepped beside his bed, tears started falling from his eyes as if his calling to us for help to take him out of this hell.

While he was in the icu we called thrice and received a thrashing reply always "don't you understand? His condition is the same!"

I request you all to not take your family or friends here for treatment. The head doctor, doctor on duty as well as the staff will kill your patient and extort money from you.

My mother in law mrs kala devi w/o late shyam lal army no.9212336k is a echs card holder. On dated 09/07/2019 06:30pm due to chest pain i shown him to nearst action balaji hospital, paschim vihar, delhi in emergency. After check up emergency doctors advised me to admit the patient but when i shown echs card to asst. Med. Supdtt she refused to admission through echs card (Ams also misguided me that your card is too old and expiry) and advised me to admission as a general patient and said me deposit rs.30000/. Due to seriousness of my patient i deposited rs.20000/- vide receipt no. Sba1920/19704 dt.09/07/2019 and rs.2760/- vide receipt no. Sopc1920/90769 dt.09/07/2019. After that next day i submit referral certificate and echs permission for implant aicd to hospital. After treatment my patient discharged from hospital on dt.16/07/2019

As per echs guideline all expenses of echs holder is cashless so i request the hospital to refund me my aforesaid amount rs.20000+2760=22760/-. After many request hospital refund me my rs.20000/- but refuse to refund my amount rs.2760/-. Kindly looking the matter and solve the issue.

I was taking treatment from orthopaedic at balaji action medical institute. Orthopaedician suggested for physiotherapy. I am a senior citizen lady and have problem in knees and cervical problem. I made umpteen visits to physiotherapist but was not given any appointment. Ultimately i was given appointment by deepika for 7.30 p. M. For 28th june 2019. When i went there at at the appointed time dr. Viju v. Thomas refused for my treatment. He was shouting at me very badly. On my request i was given some treatment but the exercise for my hand and neck was not given or advised to me. I have made payment for all the four therapies including exercise for neck and hand. Again i was given appointment for 4.30 p. M. They forced me to sign on a set of papers. I was not allowed to read the papers or take a photo of the same. On 1st july 2019 i went for physiotherapy mr. Viju v. Thomas was not present. On 2nd july 2019 i went for physiotherapy mr. Viju v. Thomas was present and i was told to wait for an hour. I said that i was given appointment. Again mr. Thomas began shouting at me. There were only two patients on 1st and 2nd july 2019 for physiotherapy but they made me wait. I am paying for the physiotherapy treatment. First day exercise for neck and arm was not given andadvised so the payment for the same be reimbursed to me. I told dipika that the pain in my neck and arm is increasing after the treatment but nobody listens. Divya singh also misbehaved with me. Balaji action medical institute is worst hospital and nobody should go there. They take paymentand not give the treatment. Doctors like mr. Viju v. Thomas should be given training how to talk or he may be banned to do the practice.

Today (16th may 2019) my brother (Shanker garg) had visited your hospital for dialysis and i had called your dialysis reception at 6:17 pm regarding some discharge summary of my brother named shankar garg c. R. No 1053172.
I had called twice to reception someone recieve my call in the reception i think he is the guard but the authority person disconnected my phone both time.
Had you given this type of authority to your staff that if someone call you then without know the reason behind the call you can disconnect the phone.
I have both the recording in which both time you staff mamber named sagar (Receptionist of dialysis) disconnect my phone and not ready to take the receiver from the gaurd.
And i didn't get the discharge summary of 24th march 2019 and 18th april 2019 which i had demandd
So i want you take some proper action and assure me next time your any staff member don't do this type of behavior which is very disgusting.

I not go balaji after reading all complaints and i also suggest all people not go. If you want death then go if you want live then not go.! Free mein bhii agar treatemnt ho mein tho fir bhii na jaun balaji mein. Band karo band karo band karo band karo! Oxygen he provide nehe kara sakta tho kyaa karega..

I think sri balaji action medical institute a4 branch paschim vihar is world worst death distribute hospital because my mother was slip on stairs on 22 march 2019 and when i was go balaji action paschim vihar they say me plz wait till 2 hour because our x-ray technician not available you can wait. Meantime my mother not breath proper at that time when i ask plz put oxygen to my mother they refuse and say she is proper breathing and we not give oxygen to my mother and when i talk loudly in hospital then they put oxygen to my mother even nurse also not give water on asking and not give pillow to my mother on asking and when i say i want to shift my mother to maharaja agrasen hospital they charge a lot of money ambulance charges without any treatment or services i pay there because i want to save my mother life and i request all those who suffer these problem from balaji action paschim vihar can fill up consumer complaints forum on putting your bad experience by balaji action paschim vihar branch after we get more then 1000 complaints by this consumer complaints forum we meet together and we are going in court and submit these 1000 complaints and close this hospital because someone lose everyday by this hospital who want only money not give facility to anyone. I think this is a death hospital who disturbed death only because if a patient want oxygen they not give oxygen and say it is ok then he just distribute death only. I also suggest all of them who want to save your beloved life plz not go in this hospital because he just distribute death only.

I have visited the hospital by taking prior appointment and reached the hospital before time. But to my utter surprise patients are not managed by the staff and the took 2hours in private opd. Moreover after doing complaint to the floor inca the she gave no satisfactory response. It seems they are just taking money from innocent patients without providing any service.

Hello ombudsman this is bala, i am living at the address i have done. The problem is one of my office colleague and my family friend mr. Murugan has borrowed huge amount from me and cheated me without return and paying a loan of rs.16, 90000 in past 1year this is a personal issue for both o[censored]s, and already we complaint to deputy commissionor of police office, but the issue is mr. Murugan has taken my bank statement in my bank account from city union bank of jayankondam branch without my permission. The bank manager has been complimented help with this, and that murugan have my bank statement detailed as hot copy without my permission, approximately my bank details have been taken on october 1st to10th. So i am sure definitely somebody's helped to them from bank side so i m humbly ask you to find out who the bank worker and who helped to them.

Yesterday i was maked the admission summary at 11:30 and they have to inform me about it at 3 but we shouldn't receive the call from the hospital till 4:30 and they were informed me at 5 that we shouldn't come and they were shifted the appointment for today 29 dec
And today my wife and my mother going to hospital and they misplaced the admission summary and they were waiting there from 9 at the hospital but they shouldn't admits my mother is in serious condition. If something happens with my mother hospital is responsible for the mishappening.

My father was experiencing an attack like situation. He is a heart patient. After calling for ambulance 5 times, calls were put to hold. It wasted half an hour of critical time for a patient. Then i arranged for another vehicle to carry the patient to the hospital. There, they ask 500rs for ambulance charges without seeing the situation the person is in and even when it never came or came too late. Ams also is a corporate post there who doesn't listen to patient's problem. They think they are always right. Very bad experience

I was admitted to action hospital on 01.03.2018 on the recommendation of my doctor that sh. Amar singhal is a compitent cadiologist to help me out as my 3d echo shows that ther is triple blockage of 80% 90% and 100% which was confirmed as triple vessel disease through angiography by action hospital. It was advised to ptca. Ptca was to be done for all ththe three arteries. However it was done for one artery and advised to get it done for other after 3 weeks. I discussed the matter with my cousin doctor and second opinion was taken from agarsain hospital. After seeing the cd provided by action hospital he commented why the ptca was not done for all the arteries at one go. I have to get admitte to agrsain hospital punjabi bagh on 21/03/2018 to get the ptca done my remaining arteries. Can the chairman of the action hospitalexplain this unethical behaviour of the doctor why i am to made to suffer twice both mentaly, physically and monetarily for no fault of mine why the matter not reffered to medical council and other higher authorities to advise the hospital to refrain from such malpractices and maintain a good ethical standard of medical profession

On[protected] my relative balbir singh suffering from critical liver infection was reffered from northern railway hospital, delhi to balaji action hospital.
We called on reception to confirm if bed was available they said yes but after reaching the hospital they refused.
Then we talk to dr arvind (Ms) emergency department he refuse to admit the patience without looking the reference form and throw it away.
Then we talked to the doctor in ward and explained the situation of the patience first they also refused that no bed are available but they understood are situation and started contacting senior doctor as they were contacting the doctor dr arvind come up and told them not to admit the patience but after he goes out the junior doctor contacted the senior doctor and then the doctor came and saw my uncle pulse and admitted him to ward and told us they will shift them to icu next day if required.
While checking my uncle in the ward this dr arvind comes and tell everyone to not admit the patience and send them back we will not treat him.
I want this complaint to be forwarde to the chairman of the balaji action medical institute, paschim vihar delhi and take strick action against this dr arvind (Ms) emergency department.
