On 17/09/2022 I was traveling in mussoorie with family. I was sold studio gold membership plan of hotel express india for Rs 81000 by Mr faiza and Mr saifi . Initially I was told that complete money will be refunded in case I am not satisfied with plan. However, later on once payment is done they refused the possibility of refund. Also, after that I tried many times to contact them but they never respond and no response from customer care of hotel express india also for Booking or anything. Was this information helpful? |
