Hotel Express India — I want to refund money from Hotel Express India

My name is Vaibhav Dixit, I am an unfortunate member of HOTEL EXPRESS INDIA by paying 45k this company give me false lure about his services, my desk manager was Rahul Raut was make a fraud with me he told me the payment will deduct in EMI but he transfer 45k Rs from my credit card.
He also told me that if I don't want to member of HEI, company will refund all the money but now they are refused.
It was inappropriate.
I talk to costumer care but he refused to refund. I want my money back it means a lot to me.
