Hotels.com — not refunding money | |||
I booked the room by using their platform of hotels.com, money got deducted but i did not recd any confirmation, later they denied that they haven't recd my funds. Then i followed up a lot and send the bank statement in which it was reflecting that money has been recd by their organisation. Finally that they agreed that they have recd my funds but not ready to refund mentioning that you have used the services where when i sent to the hotel they said your rooms are not reserved hence you avail this facility.
