Hotels.com — online hotel room booking

I have book room for my family thru hotel.com. Get written confirmation from hotel.com but last moment nominated hotel was not providing any responce saying that they have not received any confirmation. I suffer a lot becouse of this after that several mails & phone calls send to hotel.com not getting any proper responce. I have all call recording & mails with me.
