Hotels.com — Regarding didn't check in hotel and money refund

We have booked room on the date[protected] and your booking confirmation number is[protected]. While we went to check in the room the hotel was locked and the next day morning we went to check in again the hotel management replied us that all room was sold out and there wasn't our name in bookings.We are very disappointed with this service and we were hung dry in the middle of the night .So take necessary actions and refund our booking cost .
