Hotspot at dlf mall on india - noida sector 18 selling defected iphones. Just purchased an iphone from hotspot, within a week the phone giving issues. When we showed them the problem with the phone, we were asked to go to the service center rather than replacing it then and there. If for a brand new phone we have to go to service center nothing could be more pathetic.
After paying 62k approx for the the phone what i receive is a defective phone. The selling counters do not take any responsibility of replacing it and cheat customer by selling defective phones. Was this information helpful? |
