to whom it may concern .......... i bought samsung i450 handset on 5th dec,2008 priced rs.13,200/-,and today is 16th june 2010, about 40 days ago (nearly 8may,2010) it seems to be a charging problem in the handset and i gave it to hotspot centre as a matter of insurance of the phone of 2 years. they commited to give the corrected handset within 15 days but no response there was from hotsopt side and now on 16th june nearly after 36 days they are offering 50% maney back which is 3500 INR ,this is such a misguding and irresponsible attitude from there side....and i am so annoyed with their behaviour that i"m now filing a case against the company..hotspot is an assh*** company i recommend please do not buy any of their product... Quite a similar thing happened with me. I purchased Motorokr from Hotspot store in Shopprix mall, Sec - 61, Noida..alongwith the care pack (cost Rs 600) which ensures physical and liquid damage cover.. Now the back flap of my mobile is damaged and they are saying its not covered as its a part of accessory. They have clearly mentioned that they will supply/replace defective spare part of the product. Can anyone tell is the back flap is a part of accessory? I dont think so. The list of accessories can be checked on the hotspot site. They are simply making money by selling these care packs. I'll be soon filing a case in consumer court for the same.

hot spot — Product Insurance Complaint
I have taken a HTC mobile from the "HOT SPOT, G-4, East Delhi Mall, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad- Telephone- +91 [protected]" dated 08/11/2008. Along with the Mobile they have given me 1200 HOT SPOT Care pack. Which says according to them if I recieve any type of physical and Liquid damage to mobile. Then they are going to bear that and will take due care of that.But yesterday, when I have visited the particular mentioned above shop with a defect in my lens cover of my Mobile. Then they asked me to pay for that as they were saying this is not covered in the care pack. As it is not listed in the cover points. Although in the Cover pack they have not given any cover list and they have clearly said that they will supply/replace defective spare part of the product.
Could you please help me out as they are just foolong the customer. As at the time of purchase they are saying they will cover each and everything (physical and liquid damage). But at the time of need they are again charging the cutomer. They are just decieving the innocent customer on the name of HOT SPOT care pack and making open theft.
Please help me out as it is not the matter of money. This all covers the Custoemr fooling and the frod that they are making with each and every Hot Spot customer.
