Hi,
I have provided 80k deposit amount. after all deductions, owner has to deposit 33k back.
Ht told, he will transfer money to my account and i returned back the rental agreement by believing him. its been a month, he is making me to roam around, but giving money back.instead he is using bad words at me and he is behaving rudely.
Please kindly provide me suggestions to take action against him.

These bloody owners know to deduct hefty money for painting and all. Never loose your hard earned money to them. There are some good owners as well but majority are ******* in this part of the bangalore.
Better be careful if you are being a tenant now. make only cheque transaction and never pay cash if the owner is a a******
