House Owner — Security Deposit Not Refunded Fully

I paid brokerage for the 1st year and 2nd year also even though there is no law states brokerage need to be paid every year. After 2 years They haven't renewed the agreement also but deducted 2000 Rs extra for 3 months (31K+2K). when I vacated the flat the house owner deducted 4500 Rs as brokerage charges, which is not legal. I have requested him to refund the brokerage amount deducted and he is not responding to me. So, I request support to get my money refunded 4.5K Deducted towards brokerage & 6K Deducted towards additional rent increased without agreement. Also, he has never paid me rental receipt. So, for creating mental torture he has to pay additional 20K as compensation.
