Not even 7 months we bought the bed so soon all the nuts and the bolts came out and it's an utter waste product

    I purchased a DOME - TV WALL Unit from Housefull Furnitures on 5th February, 2016, which was my first purchase from the online store, with a committed Delivery and Assembly by 17th February, 2016.

    This company delivered my furniture in a damaged condition with missing hardware parts. I immediately raised a complaint along with photograph proofs and got a standard reply that an official will visit and complaint will be resolved by 21st February, 2016.

    An offical visited on 21st Feb and noted all the damaged parts and items. Then confirmed that things will be arranged at the earliest.

    As soon as he went, in the evening I get a mail for successful delivery and installation of my furniture. When i follow up with customer care, they say there was no complaint and everything is fine.

    They are conducting such large scale fraud with such arrogance and do not offer any refunds. Pls beware of such online portals offering cheap products. In the name of cheap deals, they loot your hard earned money.

      I have booked Futon from Housefull, banerghatta branch, Bangalore. It was supposed to be delivered on 18 Feb, but they delayed the delivery saying that the delivery transport broke down. At last after so many calls and requesting them repeatedly they delivered the product and sent a carpenter for installation. The carpenter told me that complete product is not delivered completely and it cannot be installed now. I have already waited for almost 20 days for delivery and now they delivered half of the product. The response from customer care is very rude and is no way willing to help the customer. I would want to register a complaint in consumer court against housefull for incomplete delivery and harassing me.

      Now Housefull is stating that my product delivery has been completed, without sending the product completely. I will fight for my rights and the money I have paid. I am not going to give up till the company pays for the cheating and harassment.
      Adding to this today I have received a message that assembly of my furniture is completed. I haven't even received the product completely and housefull is sending me updates that my product assembly is completed.

          I had ordered a TV Cabinet in 2013 which was damaged during the delivery. The company promised a complete refund amount which I have not received till date (2/1/2016). In spite of the many calls exchanged and being promised each time that they will refund the money within next 5 business days, I have never received the amount. Poor Customer service as they keep me on hold for a long duration and cut the call abruptly without getting back to me.

            I ordered a bed on 13th Dec, 2015 the delivery was suppose to be within 15 days but it didn't turn up after continuous calling they happened to pick up the call and said it will be dispatch by next 2 days. This is really very non professional and worst customer service and I wont think of buying any product from them again(https://www.housefull.co.in/). The worst thing adding to it that no one picks up the call. Also I request many times to refund my money.

                HDC no: 9959/2015/647 Booking No: [protected] Invoice No: 0101/8961 Invoice Date: Apr 11 2015 Invoice has charged and collected payment for two pieces of FURBY SOFA 1 SEATER CAPPUCINO SKU:[protected] and one piece of FURBY SOFA 3 SEATER CAPPUCINO SKU:[protected]. DTDC have deliverd only one single sofa unit instead of two. Housefull inspite of charging for 2 single units has dispatched only one unit, without assigning any reason thereof. Inspite of repeated emails and calls the company kept promising to deliver the remaining sofa and finally refused to either deliver the remaining sofa or refund the entire amount. I had ordered a sofa set consisting of 3 pieces to be used together and only got delivery of two pieces. Delivery of part order is infructious . All three pieces will not have the same wear and tear. I therefore request the company to to lift the pieces already delivered as they have no use for me and refund the full amount of Rs 36.090?- with interest for the eight months that they have held my money.

                  I ordered Eliza Queen Bed Wenge SKU:[protected] and the order number is HDC No- 9953/2015/3775 - Order No. 97380. The product is shipped and supposed to be delivered on Dec 25. The Housefull representative from Bangalore called and informed that they are getting the product. But no one came. I waited all the day and tried to call them. He did not pick up. Today (Dec 26) I called Mumbai Customer Care. They said they will get back in 30 mts. But till evening no one called. At 4 PM the Bangalore guy called and said that he can deliver it only tomorrow. Please address and ensure that the product is delivered at the earliest in proper condition.

                      Purchased some furniture from housefull.com on 15Oct2015 of Rs. 24, 360. (3 table, 1 sofa and 1 shoe rack) Order no. #88304.                         Ordered one TV unit worth Rs 6, 990 from housefull furniture online on 15th Oct 2015 & received confirmation on 18th of the same month. But the problem started after this, first they said that delivery would be around 26th of next month i.e. 26th Nov 2015 as the item is not in stock. What type of service they are offering!!! did they have only one or two piece in stock. Man you took the full amount & now you say you don't have it in stock. This is clearly cheating to customers. On 6 or 7th I received the call from housefull that as the item is still not in stock the ordered is cancelled & the amount will be refunded into my account within 7 days. but god knows when that 7 days would end. Every time I call they just say "refund is in process". They are just cheating customers & making money. A strict action should be taken against them.

                          I have booked a furniture worth Rs.15400/- through my credit card on 28th October 2015, and till date i didn't got any update regarding my product, when ever i called them they just don't bother to talk properly and say our team will call you ...bla bla
                          they are the No. 1 cheater in India who is doing online business with their sites i think... i told the customer care several time to cancel the order and refund me the amount which i gave them through my credit card but they denied by saying that today you will get confirmation mail regarding your order delivery... (like which courier they are sending) i don't know how this site is running and i can see the add in every website of them...

                            I ordered a table on 15th October . But it was not delivered for more than 25 days. (promised 15 days) and unable to reach the customer care as its always call waiting.                               Hi,

                              I purchased one FLASH KING BED WENGE 4730S-A on 2nd August 2015 with HDC No 1022/2015/1183 and delivered on Sept 10th 2015 (after a month!), which is damaged due to water. This problem is already informed them by their two different carpenters. Also I informed them over phone to the store from where I bought and to the head-office as well as sent email to both.

                              Every time I call them, they say it will be delivered in 2 days. And I waited for FOUR months and still neither I receive any call nor I get any replacement till now. Now Marathahalli store people stopped receiving my calls!

                              Big surprise I saw, when I went to their Marathahalli store from where I bought. Each time, the store guy told me that I paid to 'Housefull furniture' company, not to him. So I need to ask to company over phone regarding my complaint. He only sales product, not gives service. And he tried to convince me saying, this is a international company. So this delay is acceptable.

                              Now it became 4 months of my purchased. I worry if I will get my desired product or not.

                                Subject: Complain against HOUSEFULL.CO.IN
                                I am bringing to your notice one of the case where I was cheated by one of the online merchant site. On date 12.10.2015 I have online placed an order of Sofa set with Centre table on one of the online site named housefull.co.in. Against the product I have made the payment of Rs. 41200 on 12.10.15 and the receipt of the successful payment is being received on my e-mail ID [protected]@gmail.com. I have made the payment through my SBI saving bank account (Account No. [protected]).
                                On date 16.10.15 I have received an e-mail from the supplier for the confirmation of the payment and received an order number 87752.
                                During the time of ordering it was confirmed on the supplier site that the material is available in stock and sales executive confirmed that the material will be delivered within 10 days. From the date 12.10.15 I am regularly following up with the supplier for the confirmation as on when the product will be delivered. Every time the supplier confirms that that the material will be delivered in next two days but still I have not received any confirmation as on when the product will be delivered.
                                It has already 20 days passed but now supplier does not give any date of delivery. I was cheated now and the supplier is not replying to any of my calls. Even the supplier did not mention any e-mail ID where we can send our feedback/complain.

                                I request you to please deliver me a concrete solution and help me to get my money back.

                                  The said TV Cabinet was bought no 31st August 2015 and delivered on 8th September 2015 with faulty parts. Since then I have been asking them to send the right parts or take the item back. But after so many assurances and promised nothing has been done yet and the matter has not been resolved till date.

                                    I bought a product-sku:[protected]jacob 3 door wardrobe oak sku:[protected] from housefull.co.in in aug 29, 2015. Before i placed an order i called their customer care abt delivery of product, so thy ensured me that product will deliver within 15 days and their site also showing the same... After i placed an order make a payment..I m calling them every day and i got dispute answers from them like wil ship by tomorrow.And tomorrow never came till date ..their product order page also showing no information about delivery date(see attachment)...At 19 oct finally they told me tht my product has been shipped..After that i was calling them from 19 oct for shipping information but they had nothing..Then today at 22 oct they told me my product yet to be shipped..Its annoying ..I called every day since one and half month and havnt got precise answer yet..They gave me next date every time..They never called me, i hav to call them everytime..

                                    housefull customer care never contacted me..i hav to contact him abt my problem..u got worst service there...when i called he asked me for extra 6000 rs for shipping of product...tht 6000rs wasnt in order actually i already paid extra for shippingand for product...still this shameless asked me for extra money..when i refuse to paid extra he cancel my order and initiated refund...i never asked for refund.. he initiated himself...what a service u r giving..never came up with solution...
                                    Consumer complaints r u gonna do smthing abt my problem these houseful doing nothing abt issue..Please shut down their shop so no 1 else face problem as i did...

                                      I ordered a wardrobe on 31 August and then receive the wardrobe on 14 September with two boxes damaged.

                                      Housefull does not even have the common sense to pack furniture well. They should learn from Pepperfry on how they pack their furniture.
                                      Than after 9 days (and after several calls ---yes at least 10 calls ----to Housefull) on 23 September I finally get the local assembly man to assemble the wardrobe who calls in for parts replacement on 23 September. It has been almost a month. I have called several times. The service reps either lie, or just hang up on you.

                                      I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANY PRODUCTS as they take your money electronically and have a disclaimer that under no circumstance they will refund the money - even if they break parts or any other condition, .

                                        Hi I have placed the order of dinning table set on 26th August 2015 vide order no. 79394 and on 3rd October 2015 I have received the 3 boxes of order. In all three boxes the product contain 2 chairs each. The dinning table was missing and in this regard, I have contacted to Housefull but they are unable to answer. After 4 days rigorous follow up, They have accepted to table was not dispatched and will be delivered on or before of 19th October 2015. But when I have not received any dispatch tracking no. by 17th October 2015, I have again contacted to Housefull and their customer executive told me that, she don't have any idea and Mr Rahul Ingle will contact to you during the day, but have not received any call. In this regard, I have written a mail to Mr Rahul also but there is no revert back. I have a question with them that, if I have paced a order on 26th August 2015 and table was missed by them to dispatch and have made a complaint on 3rd October 2015, It should be reached to me within one week but no body is able to answer it. Further, chairs received by me are 50% damaged and in this regard I made a complaint and they ensure that damaged chairs will be replaced by 26th October 2015. But due to this bad experience, hardly confident that they will replace damaged chairs by 26th October 2015. So, thinking to cancel the order. Best Regards, Prem
