Household — passport cover not received

My passport cover with speed post number eb[protected]in was to be received at my residence :

636/34 samta nagar
Sector 11, indira nagar,
Lucknow.
But it was wrongly redirected back to nsh chennai after twice redirecting by delivery po. Till that time no records were shown in tracking speed post.
We are available at the above address and we have contacted the delivery po for delivering the packet to be received again.
It is requested that it may be sent again at the same address with indira nagar and pin code 226016 in bold and underlined.
