Housewife — atm card fraud

My wife had received call at 11.15 am regarding update of details. Initially she had not agree. But when caller confirmed belapur sbi address & fake employee code. She had given details.

It was my wife mistake, she had give details of card.
As caller mobile number [protected] was still working.

But when i had approach to sbi customer care, they had blocked only card, not registered complain. Or not suggested to complain where?

When i had approach cyber crime at[protected], they had not registered complain & suggested to visit near police station.

When we had visit taloja police station, they had not registered complain. As they don't have any idea how to investigate the issue? As discuss, same to be happen to police staff but they are helpless to investigate. I & my wife had speak to caller in front of police officer. They suggested to registered complain at sbi or rbi.

We also not having any clue where we can do complain. Mobile no. [protected] is working. We knowing, we can track mobile no. & without aadhar we can't get mobile no.
