[Resolved] Hp — Complaint against printer | |||
Sir, From 23/7/15 my hp printer (print, scan and photo copy) is not working properly several times i complaint but no action is taken by company. one time snjay (technical engineer) come to repair my printer and he broken my scanner lock that also is not repair by company till now . 2-3 times when i complaint from there side only telephonic conversation is done but no one come here to resolve my problem. last time (2/12/15) when i forward mail to hp at that time also they do only telephonic conversation nothing else then that. lastly i forward mail at 14/12/15 but no reply come to me. from last five month my printer is not working properly product model number : HP MFP 126 product serial number : CNB6G855JP so i request u to take action against hp and i wait for your response. thank you, date : 16/12/15 Ankush Kumar mobile no.: [protected] e mail : [protected]@gmail.com add : anant solar urja, shop no 2, opp nand vihar gate no 2, jawher negar, rohta road, meerut, U.p Pin no. 250001 Was this information helpful? | |||
