Not satisfied with the product. Ordered a wrong product and now wanted to return it back and buy a new product. I really want to have a touch screen laptop. Please do help me to return this product. I don't exactly remember but when i saw before a month, it showed that the product is a touch model but now when i ordered it, it isn't a touch model. Online payment done for hp gas through citrus payment system. But payment no showing in hp gas office. So they ask me for cash payment. Please find my attached payment details and refund my payment immediately.
