On 28th March, 2021, I purchased the above HP Laptop through Amazon. On 30th March, 2021, on HP instore website - Care Pack, I registered the Serial No and Product No details. The website confirmed the details and informed that the product 1 year warranty. The website offered extension of warranty for 2-5 years but when I clicked "upgrade" (requesting to purchase the extended warranty, nothing happened. I informed my problem through a message which was acknowledged by HP. Until now, I have not heard from HP. I phoned HP store in Chennai (Habhibillah Road) and explained my problem. The representative said he has forwarded my details to HP H.O. and someone will contact me. So far, no response from HP H.O. I just want to purchase extended warranty for 2-5 years.
