Sub: Replacement of External Portable Hard Disc and Data Recover
Dear Sir,
I would to like to Informed You That I Have purchased External Portable Hard Disc HP Make on Dated 21/08/2016 Though Flip kart vide Invoice Number F0P7YMUM_BNDI17-373314. There is Two Year Warranty from HP on Above Hard Disc.
There is So Many Data in Above Hard Disc. It’s Work Good from Last 6 Month. But now it’s Not Connected with Any Computers. So, I can’t take Any Data from the Hard Disc. There is So Many important Data in My Hard Disc. So, I Want To Recover My data, Also Replacement of Hard Disc as its Under Warranty. I told that from HP Service Centre - Surat and Vapi, They need Approval From HP Head off Department Before Data Recover and Replacement.
So, Requested to Please Suggest Who Can Approve For Data Recover and Replacement?
