I purchased HP office jet 7612 on 8th Jan 2015 costing around 20000 from HP showroom. It worked perfectly for one and half year after which it stopped working. We called the HP service engineer in office and he said it was beyond repair!!! What the hell...they told us to contact some HP person office located in Goregaon...which we did and said they have an exchange offer...they told me to send all the details which we did... but they haven't...

In the beginning you guys didn't agree that this is a hardware issue. After a long time on the call finally you agreed to send an engineer last Wednesday.

Be aware. HP supply refurbished parts. Don't buy/recommend HP products. HP cheat customers. Parts are not available in country. Parts delivery also takes 2 months time. Very poor service. Uneducated/Inexperienced technicians attend the call who also damage the system while replacing the parts. HP delivery manager/case manager also don't respond. My bajaj pulser 135ls bike has fuel capacity of only 8 litres. It had only 2 litres petrol so i went to petrol pump near gate way of india, mumbai for fill up petrol. I have bought a HP blue too the speaker hps6500 model which stopped working abruptly when it was in the warranty period. I contacted the retailer from where I purchased it and they directed me to one service center in Secunderabad. They service center people told that they don't do it for speakers and the retailer will be able to tell where to contact. The retailer is also unaware of service center for this speaker product. I want to say that I have been frustrated with the HP product.

My laptop has low quality touch pad. I was using laptop normally and after some time touch pad not working properly and service center saying it’s broken due to unintentional damage. they are denying to resolve the issue under warranty.
