Hi, this is Hemal Vithalani, I purchased an HP laptop from vijay sales Borivali west on 27.7.15, that had a student offer which had some accessories and more 2years of warranty, I had to submit my laptop model number and serial number to hp before 24.8.15, I did it on 17.8.15 by sending my invoice through email and i got a redemption code 90044554. I was suppose to get a response within 72hours but I didn't get any reply, I got a mail on 25.8.15 (which was after the offer due date) with the reason that my claim is rejected due to invalid model number, and no further request will be entertained. I simply uploaded my invoice which had serial number and model number both.

After the few arguments through emails, I got a mail that we regret for the inconvenience and the changes will reflect in our online module within 4hours, but nothing happened.. I never got any email to pay the charges online for the warranty and accessories..

After one year when the basic warranty is over, the few days later(5.8.16) my motherboard got some problem and I paid 4313/- to HP service centre. And now on 16.9.16 my hard disk is corrupted. I don't know whom to blame.

I want the solution for this problem, I have shared some pictures which has my email conversations with hp care and my invoice.

I feel cheated and I can't bear more expenses because of company's mistake. I need the solution, please do the needful.

    Hello,
    I, Kanchan Kachare, have registered a complained about my HP Notebook (15- ac122TU ) at 06/08/2016.

    There was keyboard problem in my laptop. After a long wait of 16 days your engineer (named Neeraj) finally came at 21/08/16.

    He opened the laptop and checked the situation.He found that keyboard not working. He prepared a Service Call Report for this purpose.

      Dear Sir,

      As per discussion had with Customer care executive on phone No.[protected], but she has not revert on our HP laptop related my complain regarding. Basically we do have two complains:

      Ref: Our Case ID #[protected] (Refer Laptop Details in below email)

      1. Regarding Hard Disk crash (Internal problem) start of Laptop. Which has been rectified by replacing Hard disk and on our expenses Windows software CD were asked on your Rudrapur office.
      2. Bottom body crack of our laptop was not taken care by your service Engineers who approaches us on many reminders over phone calls at last it was told that it will be on chargeable basis, so then what is the meaning of Warrantee period of Service after sales. Furthermore NEITHER your Sales office at Maninagar Ahmedabad Show Room (from where we purchase) has not filled form of or not asked to fill the form the ADP (Accidental Damage Protection Service) NOR your Service Engineer told who have visited for first installation.

      NOTE: My the above mentioned Laptop is to be sent (within 2-3 days) to Guyana (South America) for my son studying there in Medical. Due to the problem of Hard Disk Crash, we need to brought back to India since in Georgetown (Guyana) there is no International Service is available. However we need to brought back here in India for Warrantee Service and during the transit it may be small brake on the Laptop Bottom body furthermore now we will not be able to brought back in India till next one year.

      Kindly revert on this is highly appreciated and our warrantee to be extended by you till the next year since till two month your Service Dept has not provided the Service regarding replacement of Bottom cover of my Laptop. Hence the failure from your side will be panalised to you. Or we may complain in “GRAHAK SURAKHSA” just revert on the same on priority for the same…..!!!

      I hereby confirm that my complain regarding Laptop is still not to be closed till our satisfactory reply from our side. At Last we are not satisfied with HP Services.

      Awaiting your early response and Hope to provide us free warrantee extension from your side till the same problem is resolved from your end.

        Reference below mail, I called hp customer care and informed that there was a black patch on the right side bottom of the screen, they asked me couple of questions, the hold period to talk to a customer care executive was approximately 20 minutes, after that they started asking me many questions and then I was asked to take snapshots of the black patch, etc and send it to them
        I told them the procedure looks too long and I am not savvy enough and do not have so much time to spend to follow their instructions, since I have an onsite AMC they should assign me an engineer
        I was told in that case I will have to go to an hp store along with my laptop, my question is since I have an onsite AMC why do I need to visit a store.
        I am not happy with the way my problem is being tackled
        There is no point spending money for an onsite AMC if I have to take the product to an hp store
        Kindly do the needful at the earliest

          Dear Sir, My HP CASE No. [protected]. This is a Business Printer of Engineers
          India Limited at Branch Office Navi- Mumbai Location. I follow to hp rules and regulation. According to hp engineer, It have require a Part. But According to HP service center, HP have not that part now that time. And it have no any limit of part availability.
          Dear Sir, Our Printer is useless from 3 months, then what can do, Can I waste the Printer. If Manufacturer Company not provide part of own product then what we can do now...

            Gave the above printer having printing problem to Cyber Works & Co, 10A, Hemanta Basu Sarani, Kolkata 700001, your authorized service center vide jobsheet no 1494 dt 24th August, 2016. They told us Carrier is to be replaced . After visiting the service center, at least three times, at last on 7th Sept they told us Carrier is okay but mother board is defective and take back the printer. From 24th August to 7th Sept, in14days, they could not assess the problem? What type of service center you have appointed who cannot assess the defect and wasting custmer's precious time ? At the time of delivery they are narratiing different problem ? A suggestion to you. In the present competitive market only those product survive whose service back up is strong. So improve your service back up by appointing good and efficient service center, keeping spares in stock ready. I am buying a new Printer but obviously not HP make.Why ? The reason you must have understood.

              Hello,
              I, Hemant Sharma, student of IIT(ISM) Dhanbad, have registered a complained about my HP Notebook (15- ac082tx ) at 11/08/2016.

              There was some display hinge problem in my laptop. After a long wait of 8 days your engineer (named Pintu) finally came at 19/08/16.

              He opened the laptop and checked the situation.He found that top-cover bracket holder of right side is internally damaged. He prepared a Service Call Report for this purpose. He said that we will elevate the case from service center to the company.

              From that day I have called to the local service center HUNDREDS OF TIME but every time they say that we have elevated the case from here but we are not getting APPROVAL FROM THE COMPANY. Its about one month but still YOUR COMPANY IS NOT PROVIDING APPROVAL. Meanwhile I called to the customer care also, but they are saying the same thing that approval is pending, we are not able to do anything.
              I wanna ask that who is responsible for this delay??? I am not even able to use my laptop properly, its half opened from the base.

              I MEAN WHAT IS THIS?? IS THIS A SERVICE CENTER OR SOMETHING ELSE???
              THIS IS NOT THE WAY GOOD COMPANIES PROVIDE SERVICES TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.
              VERY DISAPPOINTED TO BE A CUSTOMER OF HP.

              PLEASE CONSIDER MY COMPLAINT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, AND PROVIDE THE APPROVAL SO THE DAMAGED PART CAN BE CHANGED. Otherwise I have to take help from "Consumer Court".

                The defective product i want to replace as per warrenty at due time to seller the sent it to guwahati service center before few months bgut i am deprive of getting replacement till after six month. When try to contact technical support team they gave me varous phone numbers but most of them are switc off or not responding me and escape from liability of their duty. And it can be proof by call record from my mobile if they record it.
                The seller also said to me that guwahat service center s worse one to do proper job for customer. So i want to bring notice to hp higher authority

                    We had purchased a printer Product Model: CF547A, Product Serial : CNG7J3Y8T9 from Shree info tech S P Road. it's been not in use since 1month due to fuse and multiple issues as per the service guy. we have following up with the issue since the day problem has been started, there are weak response and low quality service from HP service.

                        i am sukhpal singh from ludhiana.i bought a hp latop 15-R202TX, on 30 November with adp support .dear sir i am live in Australia and my brother is in india, in some circumstances my laptop was damaged in month of January and i was claimed in month of February.but at a claimed time your service center can't repair my laptop properly my screen was damaged at that time, and your employee said that its company fault claim it after 2-3 months.
                        sir now your company serrive center tell that my brother can't claim because company terms and conditions changed and also your employee is resigned.
                        also when the time of purchase your disputer can't tell me any terms and conditions.
                        dear sir your company service centre disturb my brother so much.
                        now at the time please i want talk with your senior executive and please resolve my problem because your company employee damage my laptop not me now i would spend a lot money to repair, kindly help my brother

                          Laptop accidental screen damage too much delay in service

                          I buy a hp pavallion hp 15:n208tx having serial number 5CD4115160, 2 years back . My laptop is in accidental warranty of 3 years.
                          I claim my warranty on 2/9/2016 and hp engineer come to my place and do all the formalities and said within 2-3 working days all the parts will be brought and we call you.
                          My query is it is almost more than 8 days and their is no phone call received from your side I called engineer on...

                          you closed the case on what basic, , you dont provide any solutuon and you sent me a mail saying that my case is closed, , "for what joy".

                          this pain is the company hp, , sent me refurbished part as a replacement without my consent..
                          now my notebook is gone bad to worst, ,
                          is this what you call customer service, when i wanted a new notebook, , you guys were ready to lick my ass, , now when i want fix the issue, you guys wants to run aways by passing the bucket,
                          this will not end here, you will be reported to ever possible social network, and yes dont forget you will also be getting a notice form consumer court, at the earliest...

                            I have purchase a new laptop from you serial # 5cg6031kmh, within 2
                            months of purchase it has started exhibiting issues, when I purchase it
                            was not properly sealed pack and your retailer partner said HP packaging
                            look like this, and also there was dust inside the USB port and all
                            other port, I believe it was used before me by retailer. And now before
                            15 days there was issue with key board and your team replace the same
                            and now a days here is a problem with HDD.

                            I raised ticket for replace that this unit have some
                            problem and this one is not a good unit but your support team is not
                            care about it and still I have huge losses due to your product. I know
                            HP is a good brand but this is type of product and services is really
                            very DISGUSTING . I never except this kind of product like HP brand name

                            And in this scenario I want only the replacement or refund of the
                            product, but your support team did not bothered about it

                            Request you to please have a look and give a better unit.

                            I am sure that there is a manufacturing that's why problem being accrue again again and even I believe it issue will be accrue with another part after this.

                            For me it is not a resolution, not even me anybody can not agree with further repairing with this condition.

                              I purchase a new laptop hp pavilion 15-au003tx series from croma rdc ghaziabad, up (201001) at 31 august 2016 on 8:30 pm.
                              Next morning i go to office, and open my laptop on 10:30 pm at 01 september 2016, and check my email and after 30 minute, i saw a thiner line come in laptop screen. i am surprise, and next morning 02 september 2016 on 11 am, i call to croma center ivr, but not given me solution, then call to hp ivr and generate case id. and next morning visit to croma center rdc ghaziabad, where meet mr. avinash and told me this is not under gurntee, you should got to hp, but i told him, what is my fault, new laptop screen is not okay and display have a thinner line, so why i spend rs 55000 for this default laptop. he replied me hp center generate due, and submit my laptop to hp center, and told me if management decide to replace then i will, but not sure, now 07 september 2016, still i am waiting... any solution... i am worried my laptop.

                                Pathetic service by the redemption cell of hp, first they delay in giving the mobikwik voucher codes and then have the audacity to comeback and say that the offer is now expired. Never ever am i going to buy hp laptops.

                                The reason to come to online forum is because the redemption cell has stopped replying to my emails.
                                I will go to other forums and spread the news of fake promises & customer service they boast about.

                                More over dell service is way better that hp atleast they dont offer something they cant provide.

                                      I purchased full unit of desktop cpu with monitor, keyboard & mouse and printer on 25.08.2015 from geonet hp world authorised dealers of hp india at santacruz west mumbai. I am a cancer survivor & had just lost my job so within my budget wanted the most economical pc. Compared costs incl licenced ms office + accessories ups & loudspeakers etc & chose hp aft comparing cost of machine + free gift + warranty extension (We) cost in future. Dealer deliberately gave me old model of printer. He also told me spl offer for warranty extn rs.2000 for 2yrs if i buy fm the co within 2 months of purchase - if i buy in 2016 maximum rs.3000 for 2yr we. Now hp india is not ready to honor the word of authorised dealer - they are asking for proof! Dealer had given handwritten bill when i bought pc - even that bill hp was refusing to accept as proof of purchase because shop stamp was not there. If authorised dealer gives assurance in 2015 that maximum cost for 2yr we for full unit will be rs.3000 if buying in 2016 then why i should not believe him? But hp india is now forcing me to pay rs.4500 [3400 for cpu + 1100 for printer]. They are not assuring that parts of this old printer will be available for 2 yrs & saying if i want only cpu we cost is rs.4000. They are not willing to penalise the dealer for telling lies & giving me old model printer. They do not want to be just and fair! Please help - i should get 2yr we for cpu + printer for rs.3000. Also different staff of hp india give different answers for the same question and increase our stress and confusion! Little respect for customer's time.

                                      It took 60 min and 4 calls to customer care phone no for registering the complaint. After registering, even after 48 hours your Chennai Ensure support services does not even aware that a complaint has to be addressed.
                                      No response even after 48 hrs.
