Hello,
I purchase a new laptop hp pavilion 15-au003tx series from croma rdc ghaziabad, up (201001) at 31 august 2016 on 8:30 pm.
Next morning i go to office, and open my laptop on 10:30 pm at 01 september 2016, and check my email and after 30 minute, i saw a thiner line come in laptop screen. i am surprise, and next morning 02 september 2016 on 11 am, i call to croma center ivr, but not given me solution, then call to hp ivr and generate case id. and next morning visit to croma center rdc ghaziabad, where meet mr. avinash and told me this is not under gurntee, you should got to hp, but i told him, what is my fault, new laptop screen is not okay and display have a thinner line, so why i spend rs 55000 for this default laptop. he replied me hp center generate due, and submit my laptop to hp center, and told me if management decide to replace then i will, but not sure, now 07 september 2016, still i am waiting... any solution... i am worried my laptop.
