Sir,

We have purchased a laptop in jan 2016. Now the laptop button is not working. I have lodged a complaint 6 days before vide no [protected]. Till date the problem is not rectified.
Customer services of hp is very very poor.

Please help to solve this issue.

    However, the issue is not resolved till today.Initially i was informed that some replacement part had to be shipped to mumbai from their central warehouse. That reason was given for 2 weeks. Now i am informed that it has arrived but they do not have service engineers. Lousy service.

    Hi amnmumbai,

    I’d like to help you, I am going to list down the possible causes:
    1)Not enough power
    2) You also might have a faulty graphics card.
    3) BIOS/UEFI errors( BIOS hardware incompatibility)
    4) Improperly installed components

    To resolve the above causes you might need to do some troubleshooting.

    Make sure your graphics card is properly seated.

    Make sure the power supply is enough.

    Next, check your BIOS/UEFI(preboot environment) for errors.

    Finally, test the graphic card with other device.

      Purchased hp printer hpm1136 on 16.07.2013 from s b systems thanjavur.
      Hardly used for three months. Problem of copying and scanning did not work properly.
      Complained to the dealer on 21.08 2013. They did not care for customer servicing.Interested only in selling. I just kept it without knowing what to do for two years. Hardly 100 to 200 copies, it has given as copier.
      Three months back i have given to the supplier for service. They reportedly did the service but it did not work. The same problem of copier and no scanning.
      Again givrn to the same dealer from where i purchased.
      For the past 90 days they say spares not available. Wait, wait with no end to the problem solving,
      This is the quality of hp printer. O, god, forgive me for selecting hp printer. S b system ph. No. [protected], 272797 mob: [protected]

            Case id - [protected]. Case was closed after ordering the recovery disks but the issue has not been fixed yet and the laptop is with the service center even now. I have been facing a number of problems with my hp laptop since around 3 or 4 months. I registered multiple complaints with hp as a result of which a number of parts including the motherboard and the hard disk of the laptop was replaced. But the issue persisted, so i handed it over to the hp service center pune on around 1st of june and it has been with them for the almost two months now and they have not been able to fix the issue and return my laptop. They even charged me around rs. 560 for the recovery disks and said the issue will be resolved after this but it did not. It was under warranty when it was handed over to the service center. Its warranty expired on 17th july 2016 while the laptop is still with the service center. The authorities keep on promising that the laptop will be delivered today, tomorrow and so on but it hasn't been delivered yet even after almost two months. I request a replacement of my laptop since it was under warranty when it was given to the service center and they unable to fix it and a refund of my amount spent for the recovery disk.

                  Did you call your internet service provider? If not, try to cal them and check.

                  Try setting different WiFi channel on your router or use wired connection instead of wireless.

                      Dear sir,

                      Myself abhishek have an hp laptop and now i am struggling in getting services by poor service by jabil service centre (Authorised hp service centre gurgaon) as per commitment and timeline.

                      My service call report serial number is 1505.

                      After deadline which was 11th, still i did not received my product back and repairing is going on. Also extra amount is being charged on me which was not communicated to me by anyone in any mode at the time diagnosis of laptop and neither it is mentioned in service call report.

                      Extra charges are being ask by service centre team on phone call. Also timeline has been finished and my laptop is still lying in service centre.

                      My work is getting hampered due to delay in service.

                      Very unsatisfied with service which is being provided by service centre.

                          I purchased laptop of hp in diwali bonaza scheme in which hp provided me a code of mobikwik that is a mobile wallet and payment company and scheme was to add 350 money in mobikwik using a code given by hp india for 6 months and customer will get 700 in his wallet this scheme worked well first 3 months then mobikwik website told that this code is no longer valid then i called hp and mobikwik and they provide a code again but this code was used by me only 1 month then i forget the code now when i called hp and mobikwik they did not provide me the code and mobikwik officials are saying that scheme is now not working but as i paid for 6 months but i used it only 4 months. Please make a solution of it.

                              I bought hp starwars15-an003tx blk 39cm (sr. no: 5cd5442md0) on 2nd april, 2016. one day, i found that laptop continuesly give up a boot up issue means it's displaying "no bootable device is found. i spoke with hp customer care (technical team) and they said to me operating system was corrupted and for that they suggest to get the recovery cd. they said that i need to pay only shipping charges, so they sent me the link to pay money. eventually i saw that i need to pay 559.65/- means they consider recovery cd charge also (probably) even though laptop has under warranty. so i kindly request please check the below mentioned case id and do the right justice.

                                I purchased a hp pavilion notebook - 15-ab522tx from m/s g. n. electronics, sambalpur on 9th june 2016. the seller told me about the offer of extended 2 years warranty, when i went to ask about the product in march.

                                Then again he did not even mention it. after 10 days, i registered the product and tried to get the offer. it was rejected with the statement that it was only available if claimed within 7 days of purchase.

                                This criteria was not even known to the seller. when i called him to ask about the same, he told he will do something about the problem. i called him everyday for 20 days and he re-assured me everyday that the problem will be solved.

                                I went today to the store. he talked to his superior and told that nothing could be done now.

                                What was this! first of all, he was himself negligent of all the details. secondly, he kept me hanging for 20 days. who is responsible for all this? he did not even accept his mistake.

                                  The mouse of my computer is not working properly for the last many days. I had called up the computer engineer who had informed me that the mouse is not functioning hence, it has to be replaced. He had lodged the complaint to customer care office at 30306363 on 8th July 2016, having complaint no. [protected]. He was informed by the customer care that it would be changed within two days. After completing three days, he received the call from the customer care that it would take two more days as the part is not available. One week has been passed but the mouse has not been changed. I am facing a lot of problems while working on computer due to non functioning of the mouse.. I was given the assurance by the HP engineer that the engineer would come after an hour, and he would install the new mouse on the same day i.e. 15 July 2016. But nothing has been done so far.

                                  I am glad to help you out.Windows Device Manager can tell you detailed information about hardware issues and help you update drivers. For example, if a device has a yellow exclamation mark or red X next to it, this is an indicator of hardware or software issues. To locate the touchpad in Device Manager, follow the steps below.
                                  1) Navigate to the Start Screen or press the Windows Key and type device manager, then press Enter.

                                  2) Under Your PC, double-click Mice and other pointing devices.

                                  3) Locate your touch pad and right-click the icon and select Update Driver
                                  Software...

                                  4) Click Search automatically for updated driver software and follow the steps (if the drivers are out of date).
                                  Tip: Right-clicking the touchpad icon gives you the option to either enable or disable it, depending on the device's status. If disabled, re-enable and test the touchpad. If it is already enabled, change it to disabled, then re-enable it. Sometimes toggling this setting "reboots" and fixes the touchpad.

                                      Hp has terrible service… i would like to have my refund of extended warranty done

                                      Case 1
                                      Case id: [protected] / 5797760 done on 17th june 2016 … no response till now and no one picks my call.
                                      Product model: cz284b

                                      Case 2
                                      Case id: [protected]/bhxh4568-01 done on 29 june 2016… no response till now.
                                      Product model: cz284b
                                      Product serial: cn2ao212bk

                                      Both my printers are under extended warranty and no one in hp bothers to even call and update. I have made over 100 calls to all department of hp service.

                                      Assure who are authorised service centre of hp do not bother to take customer calls. And hp call centre (Tech team) is helpless.

                                      So please refund my money for extended warranty immediately.

                                      Sakkaih [protected] and sam [protected] working in ensure – hp authorised centre. Not bothered to service.
                                      HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Refer to case id: [protected]/service order: [protected] dated 10th june 2016.
                                        Monitor not replaced even after more than a month due to deliberate inattention from hp and service coordinator.
                                        Chronology:
                                        10th june: self phoned up hp customer care to lodge the complaint mentioned above. assured by hp customer care, the problem will be resolved in 48hrs.
                                        48hrs passed but no action.
                                        14th june: service technician visited, diagnosed and informed monitor cannot be repaired thus has to be replaced. since it is in warranty period, they will replace at their cost within a week.
                                        A week passed from 14th june, but no action.
                                        20th june: then phoned up customer care again on around 20th june, had a conference call with service coordinator and again was assured to be resolved in a week.
                                        A week passed from 20th june, but no action.
                                        01st july: then phoned up to service coordinator on around 1st july and again was assured that it will be solved in a week.
                                        A week passed from 1st july, but no action.
                                        14th july: then phoned up to service coordinator on 14th july and now they are saying he has already raised the demand, now it is upto hp to supply the monitor to them so that he can replace. since he is not getting any response from hp, he does not know when it will be replaced.
                                        Denying to take any responsibility to timely resolve the problem.

                                        Please look into the case and help resolve at the earliest.
                                        HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
