Purchased hp printer hpm1136 on 16.07.2013 from s b systems thanjavur.
Hardly used for three months. Problem of copying and scanning did not work properly.
Complained to the dealer on 21.08 2013. They did not care for customer servicing.Interested only in selling. I just kept it without knowing what to do for two years. Hardly 100 to 200 copies, it has given as copier.
Three months back i have given to the supplier for service. They reportedly did the service but it did not work. The same problem of copier and no scanning.
Again givrn to the same dealer from where i purchased.
For the past 90 days they say spares not available. Wait, wait with no end to the problem solving,
