It's joda, a mines area of keonjhar. Where so many shop keeper are selling consumer gas (Not commercial).... One such them is saikrupa mistan bhandar (Owner name: laxman) near joda post office who si taking consumer gas from joda gas agency and selling with high rate of 1000 to 1200 to so many people in black.
Please take some necessary action by which we wiil be faith full to you...

I had called up the customer care service of hp in the last week of may to get the problem of overheating and the power remaining on even after shutting down my hp pavillion laptop to be rectified.

I had purchased HP X 720W-16 GB USB 3.0 utility pendrive through online.

The customer service guys called me repeatedly about the same issue which i had to narrate them every time they called me.
They forcibly did not generated any incident number for the same on repeated requests as well.
Moreover after 7 to 8 times repeating the problems both hard ware and software in my laptop the customer service representative closed my complaint saying that am being impatient after waiting for so many days....

Laptop purchased on[protected]. After that several problems occurred. Recently the hinges are broken within this short period. Seems to be the product has got gross manufacturing defects. Laptops of the same batch no and model no are reported as having different problems. Concerned authorities do not want to take any responsibility to repair or replace the defective laptop....
