I am rahul singh m. Tech student from national institute of technology calicut, kerala, (India).

But now i would like to kindly inform u that i m not happy and really get fed-up with the service provided to me from the service center and the hewlett-packard (Hp) support executives...

It's my heartly request that please go through my complete case, because really its very important you for to know that what the hp employs are doing with customers and what kind of service they are providing to the customers
I had purchased laptop on 17th sep 2015 but from the next day i m facing some issues, so on the same day i just went to service center ensure support service india limited, bassam vcomplex, kallai road, calicut, kerala. But they didn't provide me the service and suggested me to just format the system even i had requested for the service report also but they didn't provide me the same.

Problems: after updating the driver problems comes.
1-power driver state failure
2-watchdog violation error
Ystem got freezed with blue screen then it automatically restart, sometimes without showing any error it automatically restart.
This problem comes after updating the driver.

After that i had gone through the same problem but even after 2-3 days system is caught up in the same error again. And i had contacted hp support, first they have suggested me the same (Recover the system and and update the driver) i did that so many times and the problem was not resolving and i had confirmed them that the error is coming mainly after updating the driver from hp support assistant.
This is confirmed to engineer also but they didn't updated on cso paper.

And one of the crt case manager - pradeep kumar (Email id: pradeep. [protected]@hp.com
Tel # +[protected] extn: 1109081) had confirmed me that we will send the dvd drive for the new os. And he also confirmed me that there is no more dignosis left on your system and everything he already has checked, if furthur problem will come hp will replace your laptop he confirmed me, after that he has sent those new dvd.

After that same problem came many times then mr fiyaz came to handle my case, but the problem is not resolved
After that miss shweta extension no. [protected]-ext 73245 is replying that she doesn't have any idea about the probable cause of problem is windows update.
Like other managers she is not confirming that she will solve my problem or not she is handling the case from approx last 2 or 3 month.

I had attached all the documents and all the cso report please go through the all and take a proper action on the same.

Many times hp resolve laptop problem through online they installed idr log file and did many thinks, for that you can go through the recording. But does not resolve, after that hp sent engineers but after that same problem was there.

And now i have no hope that hp is going to provide me the proper and permanent solution for the same...

Hp employees (Case managers) do false promises to customers

Latest problem came 14 june 2016 (Night approx 11.55) and after that one more time problem came.

Now after long time i am not satisfied from hp service. Hp is not able to identify his own manufactured laptop problem.
And when i am asking till what period you will repair my laptop then they are replying till warrenty period, if after that again same problems comes then what hp will do, then not giving and satisfactary answer.
From 9 months they are solving problem and making fool to me

I want replacement of this laptop or return me the cost of this laptop and compensation also.

    Dear sir (S),

    My hp omni120 all-in-one (Model 130-1160in) is lying damaged tft with the hp authorized service center (Viz. Ensure support service, okhla-i, new delhi. Tel. No.[protected],[protected] for almost two months now for want of tft.

    Hp's authorized service center is unable to repair the machine due to non-availability of spare part (Tft).

    It is surprising that even hp isn't providing its tft (Screen) despite several mails stated to have been sent by the service center.

    Can anyone help???

    Company representative contacted me on June 24, 2016 seeking your name, email address, and unit serial number that I provided on July 1st, 2016. But thereafter, nothing seems to have been done and my PC is still lying with the Work Shop, un-repaired.

          After a huge frustration am writing this mail to you...

          I have started business with hp in early days with 500 plotter, after then i have taken numbers of plotters from tmpl...

          I have never suffered so much earlier but i hope your company hp is now harassing me in many ways after taking a giant machine pagewide...

          I am regularly complaining about a parallel 3 or 4no of white patch on solid prints still no solutions has been provided.In hhi when demo has been arranged followed by launching event there where no lining but in my machine from very first day am facing mentioned problem but no solution yet...

          Also when you came to my shop along with jai, vikas, nagraju, &pramod you all committed that i will be able to print tracing but still no response from your side. Your newly appointed r. M has also no value of his commitment as few days ago he committed me to provide additional stacker and tray but no response yet. Is this the level of service which you commited???

          Today my heart cramped down when one of my customer has rejected 98 nos poster worth rs 20, 000.

          Plz take this matter seriously and personally as you were directly involve in this case...

          I am still giving positive feedback to the peoples who are asking me about this machine and also entering those to whom tmpl is showing my machine as a demo.

            The worst service ever I have experienced in my life..Even after keeping my laptop for two they are not able to solve my screen flickering problem. Won't recommend anyone to buy HP products.Just bought my product in Feb. 2016 and it has started creating problems within 3 months.I want proper support and guidance from company HP LAPTOPS and asure me that my product would either be replaced or will be repaired properly so that I don't suffer anymore. Can't even work properly on my laptop because of frequent flickering problem

                    I had called up the customer care service of hp in the last week of may to get the problem of overheating and the power remaining on even after shutting down my hp pavillion laptop to be rectified.

                    The executives on phone made me do certain troubleshooting settings despite of which the problem wasn't solved. After about 4-5 repeated calls and talking to me for almost the entire day, making me do absolutely random stuff, they sent an engineer from the rajouri garden centre new delhi. The person who came stayed for just about 10minutes, did practically nothing and went away, the problem of overheating was resolved but the problem of power remaining on was corrected for just 2 days after which the problem surface again. I called up the engineer exactly 2 days back after his visit telling him about the problem, he promised me to visit me the following saturday. But he didnt. When i called the engineer named anil, he refused to visit my place. I even called up the incharge of the rajouri garden centre ms. Suman. She did nothing except for leaving me to talk to the same engineer, anil. I was told that the complaint was closed and now i will have to register another complaint for which i called the hp centre yet again, explained the problem to 2 executives for the billionth time to no avail. The call was frequently being disconnected without anybody calling back. No fresh complaint was registered.

                    The hp service centre staff is absolutely unskilled and ridiculously irresponsible and ignorant. My laptop is well within the warranty period and thats why my complaints are not being taken seriously.

                      Unfortunately I purchased a HP Laserjet MFP Printer about 15 days ago.l installed it as per instructions & it worked very well initially. A few days later it began to creat problem in printing by computer. Then I contacted costumer service.
                      I got ref.no.[protected] and got some instructions to do & printer started. Next day when I tried to get page.It did not work.Again contacted & the problem resolved.It happened many times
                      Again I was given ref.no.[protected] & engineer tried his best to solve the problem remotely but failed.
                      He arranged a complaint case no.5789634 & told that engineer Prakash will soon resolve your problem at your home.He gave p.no.to contact [protected] which is not related to printer. When I rang I was given another no.to talk i.e.[protected].A madam replied that Sandeep will come to you & gave his no.[protected].When I asked him he assured to come in evening.But he did not come.When I called in morning today I was replied at least 10 times that concerned madam is about to come.Everytime I was asked to ring after a shortwhile.When I continued to ring one madam suggested to contact Kamlesh.When rang he assured to look into matter but in vain.Then I was given a new number [protected] to contact.
                      When I rang the reply was printer related person did not come.I wad suggested to contact on Monday.
                      So many calls.So many false replies.
                      I repented to purchase HP Printer.

                        Wrong warranty date

                        I have already bought hp Additional 1 year Onsite warranty from hp premium warranty online website at Rs. 199 to extend my warranty 1 years. After 3 days I get a mail from hp that it was given to 2018. But my status is still showing that my warranty is for 1 years. So, I need help. Please solve this warranty problem quickly. I also attached a proof of buying warranty.

                        I had purchased HP X 720W-16 GB USB 3.0 utility pendrive through online.
                        After two months, it stopped functioning. Now it is not recognised. I contacted over toll free numbers of HP. None of them are giving the proper phone number and address of your service centre. It is disgusting to note that such a big company is neither displaying properly on its site where the products will be serviced. The service centre names provided on the website are refusing to service pendrive stating that they only service laptops. Will the concerned person look into it?

                          The customer service guys called me repeatedly about the same issue which i had to narrate them every time they called me.
                          They forcibly did not generated any incident number for the same on repeated requests as well.
                          Moreover after 7 to 8 times repeating the problems both hard ware and software in my laptop the customer service representative closed my complaint saying that am being impatient after waiting for so many days.

                            Laptop purchased on[protected]. After that several problems occurred. Recently the hinges are broken within this short period. Seems to be the product has got gross manufacturing defects. Laptops of the same batch no and model no are reported as having different problems. Concerned authorities do not want to take any responsibility to repair or replace the defective laptop.

                            One laptop could not be damaged with broken hinge within this short interval after purchase unless the product is grossly defective having manufacturing defects. It may need to be checked by other experts whether the product is defective since inception or not. If it becomes true, then it must be replaced by a newer one immediately.

                              Dear sir
                              Kindly i want to state that i have purchased a hp monitor from allahabad in 2011 (S. No : cnc0250f1h product no : em874a model no : hstnd-2841-a). Unfortunately there was some technical problem arised in monitor just before 2 years, and it was not give the display properly. I have visited almost all hp service centers in allahabad but nobody can solve the problem and also said that this monitor will not repair any how. Further i have visited your paid hp service center on someone's reference that is 'ensure support services limited located at 112/8 benajhabar main road kanpur (Up)' but they have also give very unsatisfactory response and said that it is not a monitor, it is a tv so we can not repair it any more.
                              That means according to hp policy if any part of system is damage then customer should threw it and again purchase a new one, there is no any scheme or policy from your end to change the part or repair it. Now i am very disappointed and irritated with the service of hp. And along with this, how can i forward the good feedback of hp services to other persons.
                              Therfore please resolve my problem and suggest me your best regarding to repairing of monitor.

                                We have approached hp store at nellore and ordered for one hp laptop
                                On[protected] and hp manager. Mr deepak told to deliver by[protected] and taken advanceof rs1975/- and not delivered on ime and told no stock now at co and promised in a week and like that postponed upto may2016 and we fed up with his actions we telephoned him to cancel
                                The order and ordered on online and got delivery on 2-6-2016 and
                                Requested for rfund amt but he is not willing to return

                                Pl. Help us in this regard and advise him to refund order placed

                                  I filled Diesel in Vehicle in MS DEORE HP petrol Pump @ nashik Wadala.
                                  when on 1st I started from Nashik vehicle started giving jurk when we reached Maruti Authorised Service Station they checked Vehicle with Scanner which Shows Faulty fuel.
                                  they remove the fuel and check it was mixed with 50 % Water in it.
                                  they removed fuel tank from Vehicle cleaned it dryied it and that whole diesel was waste.
                                  I called the Petrol pump person he is saying it wont be possible.
                                  to avoid other people from trouble take action and revert me 1500/- diesel charge +1925 Garage charges +whole day waste charge 2000=@5500 for same.
                                  Already complained raised @ there website but no contact till

                                    I jatinder pal singh hold a gas connection with kshitij gas agency, goregaon east, mumbai. My consumer no.643671. It has come to my knowledge that the distributor is making false deliveries against my consumer no. The false dates come to my notice are:-cash memo no.118226, dt.26-03-16, cash memo no.124038, dt 11-04-16 & cash memo no.553253, dt.31-05-16. On enqiry from the distributor they have simply blamed the delivery men for it. How is it psbl that the distributor is not aware as the invoice have been generated in his office. It is a clear case of fraud and has to be checked. Whereas i request that the three false registered deliveries on my consumer no. Be reversed and my account corrected.

                                      When i tried to register the product on hp official site, it failed. After brief investigation i realized that my product was already register on 10 feb 2016, the details of which are attached.

                                      I am delivered a second hand product. I demand an immediate replacement with a new product with complete base warranty and support agreement or the reversal of my entire purchase costs.

                                      Note: i tried reaching hp customer care but it is completely non existent. Now i fear what i've got myself into by buying a hp product.
