We have locked the complaint on 16th May, 2016 and till date the problem has not been resolved. Printer had an error b3333336 displaying. After filing our complaint the service person had arrived on 20th may and the part that was supplied was defective on arrival. We could believe that how could Hp supply an part which is broken badly. When i open my computer the screen of my lcd blink continuously and never stop. The lcd blink again & again. It create a lot of problem. I can not do my work properly. We purchase 500 new laptops from HP company. One of the laptop which regulatory model no. HSTNN-C80C. We face lots of problem in it. The measure one is windows not opening properly and the message showed in it is the window not properly installed. Presently, the screen is blank and not responding to window. So, in the aforesaid matter please do the needful as soon as possible....

I bought one hp laptop from m/s. Vijay sale at pune on 27/03/2016. Till my laptop working in good condition.

Hp warranty registration was delayed from my side. Registered it on 01/05/2016.Initially it got accepted but later received second mail saying not acceptable due to late registration. Request to accept my registration.

I just bought my laptop a few days back and its already showing troubles. I am very much disappointed. I can't get past the password screen. I am unable to type in my password. I tried again and again with no use at all. It's like the screen is frozen. The cursor moves, but unable to type in the password. So I am basically stuck without any access to my datas! Hp 15-af024au n4f82pa laptop bought through flipkart. Within 10 months o[censored]se, one fine day, the lcd screen turned into a muddled one with several pink lines running vertically forming an eye sore curtain. After a major accident, most of the laptop parts were replaced. Keyboard was not replaced because it had no cracks. It have dent and the left part of the keyboard do not work properly. Specially the finger print censor. After registering a case 3 times with the team, nothing happened. I bought this laptop for 70K and this is of no use.

Also the engineer installed the windows did some settings to graphic card and it never updates...

Pc is not working and showing a error massage "there is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive/device/harddisk1/dr1."

1. I have purchased HP Laptop from Reliance digital outlet City Center-Jodhpur on 26th January-2016.
2.After using 10-15 days and we realized after changing the Wallpaper that a white stained mark visible on the screen and moreover a noise coming out from fan cooler.

Dont ever believe in HP redemption benefits. They provided the invalid offer code and tried reaching for the new code. I provided all the proofs showing the code is invalid and i tried activating before the time frame. Some non sense fools are in customer care and they keep sending the same responses for the last 5months and keep annoying me. I lost some Rs3000 offer due to this invalid code. I purchased an black ink cartridge from Amazon on 16 Feb 2016. The ink level shows almost full but cannot print letters or photocopies.
The colour part works fine.
Called the 1800 number but could not connect(?)
A friend who was visiting from Australia and is a printer technician said the flow of ink in the cartridge seems to have dried out.
Request a free replacement for the damage cartridge please.

My laptop is under extended warranty service. My keyboard is not working properly, I asked for a help in service center, they almost took 20 days to solve and fix the problem and now lastly unknowingly they closed my case.My problem is yet not solved, they are charging or demanding some amount to replace my keyboard.but my laptop is still under warranty period.
