I have submitted my HP H2300 Wired Headset (Black & Red) to HP Pune Wakdewadi, service center on 22/4/2016 due to connectivity issues during its warranty period. Representative there told me that they will replace my product within a week and will inform me on phone about it.

Since, i didn't received any call from them I called them various time, each time they told me that the company has approved the case. But they have not received any product till now, whenever they will receive it, they will inform me. This has happened 3 times during the past month.

Below are some details about service center:

    As laptop having win 10 preinstalled ...they trouble shooted many time and result is now My lapi's OS is corrupted, no boot available,

      are dealing in spurious hp products .
      we the undersigned purchased 2 32gb pendrives(v 220w) which turned out to be spurious according to Balaji solutions 19 RN Mukherjee Road Kolkata.
      The said agency has blocked their contact path so we cannot even lodge our complaint to them. the price was attractive backed by hp brand name
      so we easily fell for it. We deem it important to inform you of this development and would expect replacement in exchange thereof. We hope you will respond to the plea
      forwarded by an aggrieved customer who saw nothing but the hp brand and goodwill while making the purchase.
      We expect a quick response from your house and that this malpractice dealing must be put to an end by your esteemed organisation

        Mere pas hp 2520hc printer hai jiska s. no. CN52R2H0GK hain isme paper jam ki problem hai complaint kiye hue 8 days ho gaye hain 20 may ko maine iski complaint ki thi abhi tak bhi mera printer thik nahi hua hai meerut se 23 may ko engineer aaye the part nahi hai order kar diya hai ye kah kar chale gaye abhi tak koi responce nahi hain. ye problem april main bhi ho gai thi tab bhi 10 din me printer thik hua tha. hp ki service thik nahi hain majbooran mujhe apna printer change karna pad raha hai .

          I am working as typist at charkhi dadri


          My printer no. Hp 1025 colour needed servicing so

          I gave my printer to hp service hissar on[protected]

          I visited two times the centre but service was not completed

          Today[protected] one massanger came with my printer. Printer was tested but it was not working as earlier it was giving a noise and work was not satisfactory

          I head talked with manager on telephone, he said that the printer got damaged at the time of servicing and it needs a new parts which is not available and he agree to pay the service charges rs. 850 which was given by me on dated[protected]
          I refuse to take the money as well the damaged printer

          You are requested to please solve my problems as i am loosing rs. 500/- per day in my shop

            We have locked the complaint on 16th May, 2016 and till date the problem has not been resolved. Printer had an error b3333336 displaying. After filing our complaint the service person had arrived on 20th may and the part that was supplied was defective on arrival. We could believe that how could Hp supply an part which is broken badly. After that we are following with HP and the service centre everyday but nothing has been done to make good our product. Our work is suffering a lot due to non-availability of the machine and we hope our problem will get resolved soon

              My name is akshay vats and i have submitted my hp laptop in their service center at prakash house, rajouri garden delhi on 11 may 2016.
              They committed me for its repair within 48 hours with all formalities like quotation and fault identification & its repair but my experience with them is very poor, today on 26/05/2016 even i have not got any quote or fault from their side.
              They gave me contact number of service center but after calling 7-8 times a day they picked called only once somedays they even not picked my phone. My total working has been stopped from that day and i am not getting any satisfaction from hp side. Even i have not got any quote or communication from their side. My case id is [protected]-471.

                  We purchase 500 new laptops from HP company. One of the laptop which regulatory model no. HSTNN-C80C. We face lots of problem in it. The measure one is windows not opening properly and the message showed in it is the window not properly installed. Presently, the screen is blank and not responding to window. So, in the aforesaid matter please do the needful as soon as possible.

                        I just bought my laptop a few days back and its already showing troubles. I am very much disappointed. I can't get past the password screen. I am unable to type in my password. I tried again and again with no use at all. It's like the screen is frozen. The cursor moves, but unable to type in the password. So I am basically stuck without any access to my datas! This is pathetic, as it's a brand new laptop!

                        I am sorry you had such a bad experience. I'd like to try to help. To the confirm the possible reason, Why Internal HDD is not detected in your system. I give you some basic troubleshooting steps. It may help you to solve the issue.
                        -Try to use different Port on same MOBO.
                        -Try to use different SATA cable.
                        -Try to use different HDD with same MOBO.
                        -Try to use HDD in another computer.
                        -Try a different disk to make sure that the problem is with the Port and not with the original disk.
                        -Try to connect HDD with working computer and run the diagnostics tool from the manufacturer of hard drive in system, it may help you to find the issue.

                          Complain locked on 12th may and today is 19th may till date there is no feedback from. I am calling again and again they give only number, but, there is no response from that number. I get only the message. There are 3 message that shows diffrent date, for delivering the part. I want to complain to the higher authority for such type of activities. I attached all the message for this case. The message shows 3 different dates for the same case, but till now there is no engineer visit at the site.

                            I had bought hp notebook in jan 2016 and with in 4 months dc connector got damaged and not getting charging unless any breakage and water damage. While using only it was damaged and when i reached to hp service center he told it will get charge and will not cover under warranty. I was so frustrated because i had already used dell laptop which is with me from past 10 years and never i get any complaint like this but only the thing its old model. Thats the reason i went this time with hp but really disappointed because it was very delicate which by using only in 3 months dc pin got damaged.

                              Try this :
                              Option 1. Disconnect all the external devices (printers, scanner, USB (universal serial bus) drives, etc...) Except mouse and the keyboard and then boot up.
                              If this corrects the issue then add the devices back one at a time until you discover the piece of hardware causing the issue. Then get updated drivers software for that particular device

                              Option 2. I suggest you to boot the computer to Safe Mode and check if the issue occurs or not. Safe mode starts Windows with a limited set of files and drivers. Startup programs don't run in safe mode, and only the basic drivers needed to start Windows are installed. Follow the article below to boot the computer to safe mode.

                              It might be a hardware issue. In the meantime, do you have any kind of temperature monitoring program installed? If yes, then would you mind sharing with us the temperature for the components that you can monitor? Just a suggestion, for better performance and for life of your system, you just add a good casing for PC and combine with a liquid cooling system on it.

                                I am a bonafide and old customer of hp products, have a lot of hp products in my house and always recommend hp to all my known people as they provide good range and pretty good products. And i can boast that i have helped hp sell so many products in my circles.

                                My problem was pretty simple, exaggerated only by "lazy" attitude of the call center. The laptop keyboard is not working properly and is causing a lotttt of hassle in general work.
                                When contacted the hp center on number 30306363, it first took 5 calls to finally get the thing "heard" to the respective service agent.
                                The fault was clear and simple and needs a site engineer to visit and service the laptop, which is under warranty, but they refrain from giving a prompt reply and delay the whole process. There is a untold hesitation to send a service engineer though it is said that engineer will come and do free service, "at your door step" and "whenever" called at the time of selling the product and while extending the warranty.
                                The technical floor supervisor - mr. Deepak was not answering the questions asked and came on line only for few minutes and handed over the phone silently to his junior, without answering or giving a proper reply. Which is highly unprofessional and unheard of while calling a big reputed company like hp.

                                I hope the higher ups take a quick note. I have to write it here as i didnt get any email ids from either the floor supervisor or call agent. They said and maintained that they are unaware of "any" complaint or feedback email ids of hp company. Another shocking thing to hear.
                                So if hp doesnt have a feedback or complaint id they should create one asap. They are a big company now.

                                  I am a disgusted and unfortunate owner of a new
                                  Hp 15-af024au n4f82pa laptop bought through flipkart. Within 10 months o[censored]se, one fine day, the lcd screen turned into a muddled one with several pink lines running vertically forming an eye sore curtain. Btw, this happened while i was watching a really long movie (4.5 hours) at the tailend of it. Since it was still under warranty. I thought it could be salvaged and raised a case. However, even after several calls and escalations and fights that i could put up with (Of course i was always the one to follow up on this case), the hp reps simply did not believe me when i told them about what happened and they reneged on their warranty obligations claiming that there is liquid spillage and that i was responsible for the damage and hence this wont be covered under warranty. I never spilled anything expect my damn bucks on this piece of junk and i had to put up with their mind numbing and bookish technical expertise that concluded and concocted against my real experience that i had somehow spilled liquid on it and that it couldn't have happened while i was watching the movie. I am not blaming flipkart or the seller here but hp squarely for this awful experience of buying a defective product and getting shafted by their customer support which has left me hanging here by closing on the case with their version of it. After going through this ignominy (I have never ever raised a case before with the company), i totally distrust hp products and support and would like to warn others about my experience and let you all know that you will be ill advised to buy and rely on their products or support.                                   So the end result of another round of HP customer service intervention in my life is more wastage of my time and unpalatable consumption of a brand new unsatisfactory technical explanation to replace the old nonsensical technical explanations that i endured before. Perhaps the social media team that picked on my post for redress made a sincere attempt but their efforts were rendered superficial by their engineering/case handling team which lacks basic comprehension of what the customer really went through with their product.

                                  While HP customer service did look into the request again, they simply reverted back to their stance of not covering for the defective LCD screen even though its still under warranty. I saw an improvement in their techie explanations from my prior entanglement with them. During my first exposure to their "technical" treatment, they had told me that the defect could not have happened while watching a movie completely belying my real experience. Then after my resistance, they changed it to you could have probably poured liquid before watching the movie.

                                  Now, after the social media team picked off from my post here, they have concluded with a whole new explanation that it is due to unintentional damage because of pressure exerted between layers that resulted in the liquid seepage in the LCD. When pressed by me to understand who or what applied pressure to cause the liquid seepage, i didn't get a clear answer. So going by my experience, since I really dont have monkeys around in my house bouncing my laptop up and down, the mere pressure of simply using this unfit product on a day to day basis must have crashed its screen.

                                  Long story short, i got one more new BS explanation with the same evasive result that they cant cover for this product defect under warranty. They did offer me a discount on replacement ! Nice try indeed after being once bitten. Like i am ever going to be sucker enough to trust another HP part or product again which might fail me unintentionally causing me to wind up with all this bother once again.

                                    After a major accident, most of the laptop parts were replaced. Keyboard was not replaced because it had no cracks. It have dent and the left part of the keyboard do not work properly. Specially the finger print censor. After registering a case 3 times with the team, nothing happened. I bought this laptop for 70K and this is of no use.

                                    Also the engineer installed the windows did some settings to graphic card and it never updates now. The DVD sent to me were faulty and they never install windows properly and get stuck after installation of graphic card starts.

                                      I'm sorry you had such a bad experience. I'd like to try to help. Based on your post, its may be a hardware issue. I give you some basic troubleshooting steps. It may help you to solve the issue.
                                      To check if it's a motherboard or cable issue:
                                      Try to use different Port on same MOBO.
                                      Try to use different PATA cable.
                                      If possible, try to use different Hard Drive with same MOBO.
                                      To confirm if it's a hard disk issue

                                        Hp support team,

                                        I am trying to contact hp staff since three days or so.
                                        Hp has nice system to shuffle customers.
                                        When i make a call - i am given complaint no. And asked to contact customer care dept. — very big name!!

                                        When i contacted customer care dept. If you check the files of chatting; i requested for assistance from mr. Dasgupta. He had chatted with me on thursday and knew all relevant details.
                                        But no. I was given yet another phone no. Every-time. No body cared to connect me to mr. Dasgupta. Neither anybody could solve the issues.
                                        I was asked to repeat filling forms online; repeat the whole story without any fruitful results.
                                        I am a doctor and found it disturbing to chat-chat and chat with no results.

                                        When i called the phone nos. Many times the no. Does not work; sometimes i am directed to customer care dept.
                                        Shuffling customers from one point to next and back, again to next and back — repeating the game.

                                        I have attached files of chatting. Unfortunately i chatted many times; but just saved two files only. I never disconnected the chat, but the caption is 'you disconnected the chat'.

                                        Now i do not know how to contact some sensible person from hp.
                                        Would anybody from hp listen to my grievances?

                                        I am not a computer man; but i think there is problem with the in-built software of this laptop. Only hp expert team member can sort out the issue.
                                        Hp company has not lost anything. I paid for laptop and now i am at loss.
                                        If there is no response from hp in next week, i will just forget the story; give it up and
                                        Buy another laptop from market - may be this time non-hp make.
