i purchase a hp pro book 450 laptop the dealer says that the windows 10 are pre-installed but when i checked they show activate windows and dealer do not provide any operating system disk with this laptop.because dealer said that company do not provide any operating system disk with that, so when i call HP customer care for activation of windows 10 they say that kindly provide a product key but i haven't any product key....

My HP laptop crashed a few days back. I ordered a recovery media on 22-Feb and payment was successfully processed on 23-Feb. The customer support promised me the delivery with-in 4-5 business days from the payment date. Least I knew at the time of payment that I would be experiencing the worst customer service of my lifetime till now.
