    I purchased a new HP laptop having Model No. Ab522tx from Bhagwati Computers Pathankot on 27.02.2016 for Rs. 55, 200/-. On the very next day it showed a problem in Hard Drive. But in Task Manager it shows hard drive is 100% used without running any software. Then i submitted complaint on consumer complaints.in. After that engineer came but he said the laptop is OK. But since last 5 days system again not responding. I had called number of times on your toll free number but no one bothered and still no action is being taken.
    This is totally harrasment as i have bought such an expensive laptop and its also a negative impact on your company. I dont want to repair the laptop at all. I want to replace this laptop at the earliest. I will be grateful to you.

      We are purchased hp lj 1005m printer ( all in one ) & it was stopped working within 20 day's from purchased.
      Purchase date - 25/11/2015
      Incident date - 14/12/2015

      Product stopped working suddenly due to power supply problem. After complaint given to customer care. They sent engineer to examine product. He told us power supply parts are ant bitten. & it will be replace in 2 to 3 day. After 4 day's he visit again & told those parts are not covered warranty. So repairing is chargeable. Customer care gives us quotation of part after 3 month. It is more than new product price. Repairing charges are more than product price.
      1st visit date - 15/12/2015
      2nd visit date - 19/12/2015
      Quotation date - 14/03/2016

      HP is the worst ever ... In case of mine I have a m4 pavilion 1012tx laptop. The mother board was changed for two times, audio port as been changed for 4-5 times, HDD has been changed for 4 times, , Optical drive has been changed for 3 times, , power cable (charging light issue) inside the laptop has been changed for 2 times, , , top panel along with touch pad has been changed for 1 time, , , keypad has been changed for 1 time. Battery got damaged after 6 months and the battery was not replaced by HP. Now there is a mark on the display and hp does not want to replace it, they said there should be at least 5 marks on the display in order to get the replacement. Now I am waiting for more marks to be appear on the display.

      Moral is - pay 12k per two years and make sure that your HP laptop is always in warranty else you may be in huge loss.

        I have purchased a laptop from US . and after 2 months only the HDD got corrupted . I took that to HP India Service Center . They told me that they will replace it . And after some days they told there was some motherboard issue. After having some conversation with the technical guy, i want to inform you that when i gave the laptop to the service center, it was switching on and was having problem in booting up as the hard disk was corrupted. To which the service center guy checked my laptop and ensured that the hard disk was corrupted and they would replace the hard disk and made the job sheet. Today i had a talk with the service center guy and he said that they replaced the hard disk and were installing windows and while installing drivers the mother board got corrupted and now the laptop is not switching on.

        And now they are telling that the mother board for my laptop is not available in India and i have to ship the laptop to US to get it repaired ( Mother board replace). The in and out shipping is going to cost me more than 15k.

        The worst service I have ever got and have never expected this type of service from HP . Even if its their fault they wanted to put it on me and make me to do all the expense . How ridiculous!!! I recommend everyone never go for HP product . No quality, No service .

        As the motherboard problem was caused due to service center so should be responsibility of "HP" to take care of it as it has "Global Limited Warranty".

          Dear HP India Team,

          Please help me.

          The problem with my laptop is LED lights are keep blinking and display blank.

          I log the case in HP . my Case ID #: [protected].

          I have given my HP ProBook 4540s Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR) to Indranaga, Bangalore HP service center.


          I went to the service center to collect my laptop its not even swathing on!!! i ask them what was problem the person told it was mother board issue how ever when i give to the service center the laptop was getting on, only display blank. latter when i ask the technician give me the laptop in the same condition, he ask me to wait until he repaired it i waited almost 2 to 3 hours and it was not rectified, then i ask for the laptop again one of supervisor came to me and he ask me come back on Monday to collect the laptop, and i told him i wont be able to come back on Monday because of my work and long distance and then the supervisor told that he would send the laptop by courier .

          when i call the supervisor on Monday he told the problem was not rectify and wont be able to send back in given condition he also told that motherboards needs to replace and the coat for that 24 k. i don't want to replace the motherboard and need my laptop back i given condition


          please help me HP .

              I bought a HP laptop 2 months back and since then i have made hell lot of calls to HP to highlight my issue of brightness function not working on my laptop. I registered multiple complaints through mail for which i received many case id's. One out of them is [protected].
              HP is not at all bothered to resolve the issue as they are busy giving me stupid advises asking me to update the drives, bios setting, and then when nothing worked they asked me to uninstall and install the OS on my laptop assuring me that after the re-installation of OS the brightness will not be there.
              It was a headache re-installing the OS but still i managed to get it done from an IT guy, to my shock there was no change at all after i re-installed the OS. I have sent many emails to HP after this but they seem to be more stupid than i assumed them to be. They have not replied to my single email and nor are they bothered to call me. Also when i check the warranty on HP website, it says the product is out of warranty when i contacted HP, they are giving stupid excuses saying they need the bill copy and such other stuff.
              I have approached the consumer court for the same and have been advised to draft a case file which will soon be submitted to the consumer forum for not showing interest in resolving my query.

                This is Avinash sancheti and I have bought a HP 15-AC121tu in November, 2015. Recently, it was confronting hard disk issue and I registered my complaint through Case ID-[protected] on 25th Feb, 2016. Service personnel has visited first on 27/2/16 and ordered for a hard disk and it was replaced on 1/3/16 but the recovery and OS login failed and it has not been fixed till yet. If the personnels cannot do it, HP shall either replace my Laptop or replace the personnels. It has been 12 days since then and there is no positive response till yet. If companies like HP are unable to do it, then it is worthless.

                  This office named Divisional Engineer, Lining Division No.5, PWRMDC Ltd. 11-A, New Sham Nagar, Near Sunet Railway Crossing, Ludhiana is a Punjab Government Office and purchased computer as well as printer of HP from Secant Technologies, Aarti Chowk, Ludhiana and also planning to purchase 2 No. computers alongwith printers. But the service of Ludhiana Centre is very poor. For example, our printer was out of order and needs repair which was delivered to your centre at Ludhiana on Dt.08.03.2016 till today no satisfactory reply is received from the concerned engineer named Mr. Arun. Inspite of repeated calls made by the concerned official of this office. You are requested to look into the matter and the printer of this office may be repaired as early as possible because work of this office is suffering very badly. If the service is improved we will think to purchase more computers for our offices in Punjab near future. Otherwise, we will see other option.

                            Firstly hp laptop model no.Hp- 15 ac083tx was purchased from shop name bit n byte from gandhinagar, jammu ( 180004) on date 11/11/2015 of amt.Rs 35, 000( including tax of 5%) with invoice detail as shown:

                            After 2 months prior to purchase of this laptop, certain problems came as described below:
                            On 27 jan 2016 the case was registered by me in hp customer care with case id:[protected] about the problem of no power issue then on onsite service an engineer from hp service centre came and checked and concluded the problem with system board recovery.After this, within 5 days of gap hp engineer came with new system board and he replaced it but damaged the panel while opening the laptop and then he was unable to update bios of a system and case was closed by service centre of hp without my permission and case was left incomplete .Then again i called many times on hp customer care number:[protected], i talked to many person of hp, with their supervisors too but no response, they only give false beliefs.
                            After this some battery issues too came and some function keys also was not working.Then i called again to customer care of hp and they locked that previous case again and then engineer again came to my resident place and was not able to solve that problem.
                            And other case more was registered for accidental damage with case id:[protected] which was too closed by hp on their own.I have provided the snapshot for that problem to mail name: [protected]@hp.com, but unfortunately it was not processed.
                            So, i request the consumer department that please look into the matter deeply because i am fedup with hp product because in short duration of time of 3 months, it is having so much problems like system board failure, then it means i have waisted all my money to get this problem in my life.Genuienly i am saying that i don't need this product, i simply want from company is that please refund my paid amount of rs.35000, i am not satisfied with this hp laptop.
                            Its a defective product i have received from hp company, everyday new problems are there in this laptop.

                              I bought an hp ab-219tx laptop from SEVI INFOTECH, 8 ASHUTOSH MUKHERJEE ROAD, KOLKATA on 14/01/2016.Along with the laptop I was promised that I will get my second year additional warranty once I register my laptop online with the hp website. I did all the necessary procedures. But after two days I got an email that my additional warranty has been rejected as the seller was not a registered one. I called SEVI INFOTECH and they said it might have been a mistake and they gave me a phone number saying that he is the head of hp sales in the region in that area(Mr Kaushik-[protected]) .I called up the hp complain number but there was no reply. Then I called up Mr Kaushik and he assured me that my problem will be solved as soon as possible. but still now I have not got any answer from him nor was my warranty claim approved. I am very much shocked with the kind of customer support that I was provided by HP. Seriously HP being such a reputed name in the computer domain and they provide with this kind of help to its customers. Such a shame.

                                I bought pavilion HP 15, with 3 year on-site complete warranty, mean complete.but my system gets always problem like slow, graphics, etc as I look to waste my money of 50000rs, , , don't believe that they always give me excuse, try to reset my laptop always I lost my data 3 time because of HP, , , still get frustrated, , , my friends having Dell and feeling well, , plz take action.                                   Sir/madam,
                                  i purchase a hp pro book 450 laptop the dealer says that the windows 10 are pre-installed but when i checked they show activate windows and dealer do not provide any operating system disk with this laptop.because dealer said that company do not provide any operating system disk with that, so when i call HP customer care for activation of windows 10 they say that kindly provide a product key but i haven't any product key. so kindly resolve my problem as early as possible.

                                    My HP laptop crashed a few days back. I ordered a recovery media on 22-Feb and payment was successfully processed on 23-Feb. The customer support promised me the delivery with-in 4-5 business days from the payment date. Least I knew at the time of payment that I would be experiencing the worst customer service of my lifetime till now.
                                    The drama started on 26th of Feb when I contacted customer support to know the status. chat representative has told that the concern team has processed the order and I will get the delivery soon. on 27th when I contacted again, I was told that the product was shipped and I will get the delivery within 24-48 business hours. Only god knows what is this business hours.
                                    Now comes the actual drama, my patience was tested to full and this time contacted support through phone and after several minutes of hold ( around 30 minutes), the support person replied that my order is still in process, there comes conflict as earlier I was told, my order was already shipped.
                                    All this while I was just waiting for tracking number of the courier, if the product is shipped, then definitely there will be a tracking number. Unfortunately only later I came to know that ALL THE CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVES WERE GIVING ME ALL WRONG INFORMATION. MY RECOVERY MEDIA WAS NEVER SHIPPED AT ALL IN THE FIRST PLACE.
                                    HERE ON, THE DRAMA CAME TO CLIMAX, DOSTON, PICTURE ABHI BAAKI HAIN, I SOMEHOW GOT HOLD OF THE SUPERVISOR AND HE CALLED ME AND ASSURED ME THAT I WOULD GET THE DELIVERY BY 2ND MAR.
                                    GUESS WHAT HE TOLD ME THAT THE CONCERN TEAM HAS ATTEMPETED TO SHIP THE PRODUCT TWICE BUT FAILED. I.E. THEY SHIPPED THE PRODUCT, WITHOUT DELIVERY THE PRODUCT WENT BACK. AND FINAL AND ULTIMATE EXCUSE IS THE WHOLE SHIPMENT GOT DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY. THAT IS THE REASON WHY THERE IS A DELAY. OHH YES I FORGOT TO TELL ONE MORE EXCUSE FROM THEM, I ORDERED RECOVERY USB, BUT THEY HAD DVD, THATS WHY I DID NOT GET DELIVERY.

                                    EVERYTIME I CONTACT THEM NOT THEM, THE SUPERVISOR, A SUPPOSED TO BE SENIOR PERSON GAVE A VERY CLEVER EXCUSE ABOUT MY SIMPLE QUESTION, WHEN WILL I GET DELIVERY.

                                    FINALLY I CANCELLED MY ORDER AND ONLY GOD KNOWS WHEN WILL I GET THE REFUND BECAUSE THE CONCERN TEAM WILL STILL BE WORKING FOR THEIR LIFETIME TO RESOLVE ONE CASE.

                                    MY WORST EVER EXPERIENCE WITH ANY CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE WHOLE WORLD NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM HP.

                                    IN THIS ECOMMERECE WORLD, THERE ARE BETTER SERVICES PROVIDED BY LESSER KNOWN COMPANIES. PLEASE NEVER EVER NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM HP.
