This office named Divisional Engineer, Lining Division No.5, PWRMDC Ltd. 11-A, New Sham Nagar, Near Sunet Railway Crossing, Ludhiana is a Punjab Government Office and purchased computer as well as printer of HP from Secant Technologies, Aarti Chowk, Ludhiana and also planning to purchase 2 No. computers alongwith printers. But the service of Ludhiana Centre is very poor. For example, our printer was out of order and needs repair which was delivered to your centre at Ludhiana on Dt.08.03.2016 till today no satisfactory reply is received from the concerned engineer named Mr. Arun. Inspite of repeated calls made by the concerned official of this office. You are requested to look into the matter and the printer of this office may be repaired as early as possible because work of this office is suffering very badly. If the service is improved we will think to purchase more computers for our offices in Punjab near future. Otherwise, we will see other option.

            Firstly hp laptop model no.Hp- 15 ac083tx was purchased from shop name bit n byte from gandhinagar, jammu ( 180004) on date 11/11/2015 of amt.Rs 35, 000( including tax of 5%) with invoice detail as shown:

            After 2 months prior to purchase of this laptop, certain problems came as described below:
            On 27 jan 2016 the case was registered by me in hp customer care with case id:[protected] about the problem of no power issue then on onsite service an engineer from hp service centre came and checked and concluded the problem with system board recovery.After this, within 5 days of gap hp engineer came with new system board and he replaced it but damaged the panel while opening the laptop and then he was unable to update bios of a system and case was closed by service centre of hp without my permission and case was left incomplete .Then again i called many times on hp customer care number:[protected], i talked to many person of hp, with their supervisors too but no response, they only give false beliefs.
            After this some battery issues too came and some function keys also was not working.Then i called again to customer care of hp and they locked that previous case again and then engineer again came to my resident place and was not able to solve that problem.
            And other case more was registered for accidental damage with case id:[protected] which was too closed by hp on their own.I have provided the snapshot for that problem to mail name: [protected]@hp.com, but unfortunately it was not processed.
            So, i request the consumer department that please look into the matter deeply because i am fedup with hp product because in short duration of time of 3 months, it is having so much problems like system board failure, then it means i have waisted all my money to get this problem in my life.Genuienly i am saying that i don't need this product, i simply want from company is that please refund my paid amount of rs.35000, i am not satisfied with this hp laptop.
            Its a defective product i have received from hp company, everyday new problems are there in this laptop.
            Please consumer team help me in this.

              I bought an hp ab-219tx laptop from SEVI INFOTECH, 8 ASHUTOSH MUKHERJEE ROAD, KOLKATA on 14/01/2016.Along with the laptop I was promised that I will get my second year additional warranty once I register my laptop online with the hp website. I did all the necessary procedures. But after two days I got an email that my additional warranty has been rejected as the seller was not a registered one. I called SEVI INFOTECH and they said it might have been a mistake and they gave me a phone number saying that he is the head of hp sales in the region in that area(Mr Kaushik-[protected]) .I called up the hp complain number but there was no reply. Then I called up Mr Kaushik and he assured me that my problem will be solved as soon as possible. but still now I have not got any answer from him nor was my warranty claim approved. I am very much shocked with the kind of customer support that I was provided by HP. Seriously HP being such a reputed name in the computer domain and they provide with this kind of help to its customers. Such a shame.

                  i purchase a hp pro book 450 laptop the dealer says that the windows 10 are pre-installed but when i checked they show activate windows and dealer do not provide any operating system disk with this laptop.because dealer said that company do not provide any operating system disk with that, so when i call HP customer care for activation of windows 10 they say that kindly provide a product key but i haven't any product key. so kindly resolve my problem as early as possible.

                    My HP laptop crashed a few days back. I ordered a recovery media on 22-Feb and payment was successfully processed on 23-Feb. The customer support promised me the delivery with-in 4-5 business days from the payment date. Least I knew at the time of payment that I would be experiencing the worst customer service of my lifetime till now.
                    The drama started on 26th of Feb when I contacted customer support to know the status. chat representative has told that the concern team has processed the order and I will get the delivery soon. on 27th when I contacted again, I was told that the product was shipped and I will get the delivery within 24-48 business hours. Only god knows what is this business hours.
                    Now comes the actual drama, my patience was tested to full and this time contacted support through phone and after several minutes of hold ( around 30 minutes), the support person replied that my order is still in process, there comes conflict as earlier I was told, my order was already shipped.
                    All this while I was just waiting for tracking number of the courier, if the product is shipped, then definitely there will be a tracking number. Unfortunately only later I came to know that ALL THE CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVES WERE GIVING ME ALL WRONG INFORMATION. MY RECOVERY MEDIA WAS NEVER SHIPPED AT ALL IN THE FIRST PLACE.
                    HERE ON, THE DRAMA CAME TO CLIMAX, DOSTON, PICTURE ABHI BAAKI HAIN, I SOMEHOW GOT HOLD OF THE SUPERVISOR AND HE CALLED ME AND ASSURED ME THAT I WOULD GET THE DELIVERY BY 2ND MAR.
                    GUESS WHAT HE TOLD ME THAT THE CONCERN TEAM HAS ATTEMPETED TO SHIP THE PRODUCT TWICE BUT FAILED. I.E. THEY SHIPPED THE PRODUCT, WITHOUT DELIVERY THE PRODUCT WENT BACK. AND FINAL AND ULTIMATE EXCUSE IS THE WHOLE SHIPMENT GOT DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY. THAT IS THE REASON WHY THERE IS A DELAY. OHH YES I FORGOT TO TELL ONE MORE EXCUSE FROM THEM, I ORDERED RECOVERY USB, BUT THEY HAD DVD, THATS WHY I DID NOT GET DELIVERY.

                    EVERYTIME I CONTACT THEM NOT THEM, THE SUPERVISOR, A SUPPOSED TO BE SENIOR PERSON GAVE A VERY CLEVER EXCUSE ABOUT MY SIMPLE QUESTION, WHEN WILL I GET DELIVERY.

                    FINALLY I CANCELLED MY ORDER AND ONLY GOD KNOWS WHEN WILL I GET THE REFUND BECAUSE THE CONCERN TEAM WILL STILL BE WORKING FOR THEIR LIFETIME TO RESOLVE ONE CASE.

                    MY WORST EVER EXPERIENCE WITH ANY CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE WHOLE WORLD NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM HP.

                    IN THIS ECOMMERECE WORLD, THERE ARE BETTER SERVICES PROVIDED BY LESSER KNOWN COMPANIES. PLEASE NEVER EVER NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM HP.

                              I had bought one HP Laptop on 23rd Feb, 2016 and very next day i report the issue to service center that there is HDD noise in this and asked for refund it but there response is so idiotic in such highly competitive environment and refused for refund and now i have go via consumer court to process further.

                                  My Laptop is under extended warranty.

                                  On 27th Jan 2016 while watching movie on laptop my laptop got off automatically. I think I was due to low charging. So I had connect the charge but still my laptop was not on. So next day I had registered the complain that my laptop got off automatically and even not taking charging. Next day engineer came and checked after that he found that mother board was burned due to moisture. He said MB need to replaced if it is under warranty then New part will come then we replace the mother board.

                                  On 18th Feb 2016 after may follow up I had mailed to HP for case [protected] I Had registered for my laptop saying that my laptop is not repaired till now.

                                  Then I come to know that they are not considering my case under warranty. I have to pay for the mother board.

                                  I had explained the issue but they are not accepting that it has been caused due faulty parts.

                                  When I have not done any think so why should I pay for the mistake of the other.

                                  I highly appreciate your efforts. But I would like to say that we(Lafarge India Pvt. Ltd.) are big customer of HP. And I request you to don't look this case as general case. You have seen the photographs only may be it looks like spoil due the some external harm. But I ensure you that during that period I was staying in company Guest House and I am using my laptop on daily basis and keep it in bag and my kids are also not staying with me during that period. So it is not possible in any case that some liquid will go inside accidentally. It is only due to moisture because during that time the temperature was very cold and there was fog all around.

                                  As I already informed you that I was seeing movie in laptop and it was off automatically. I think it was due to battery. So I put the charging on. But it was not open even not showing the charging light in the right side.

                                  So next morning I call to the customer care log the complain.

                                  And then engineer came he checked the charge, then for checking the charging pin he opened the laptop. After opening he found the mother board got burned. He told me due to moisture mother board was got burned. We will ask the replacement as soon it will come we will replace it.

                                  But after following up I found that HP denied to replace.

                                  And also say if the liquid go from out side it will also damage other component.

                                  I again request you to arrange visit of an engineer to see it again. May be it happen due to some other reason. It is under warranty and I will not pay for that.

                                  If the damage was happened by me accidentally then definitely I will bare the cost of damage.

                                  But when it is not my fault then why should I may and laptop was in extended warranty. If you will not provide the replacement then I will take this matter to the consumer court.

                                  Still the problem was not resolved. HP is not accepting that the fault of the part they contentiously saying that it will not come under warranty. But why should I pay for the thing which I have not done. I will not pay for this.

                                  Did you ever get this problem resolved? I am an HP customer who was sold a sub-standard quality laptop. Battery conked off 1 month after the warranty expired.

                                  Then began my chase for a replacement battery (I did not even ask them to replace my laptop). It has been 2 months+ since my issue was logged with HP and they still have not responded..this despite the fact that they will earn money on selling me the battery!!

                                  Writing to you, because I am wondering if there is a trend with HP's incompetent customer service. And whether a group of defrauded customers can collectively haul HP to consumer court.

                                      I own a HP Envy M6 1215TX Laptop. I bought it in 2012, and since then I have been facing a lot of issues with my laptop. Now I am writing this mail only after being fed up fully and frustrated by both, the product and the service provided.

                                      Speaking of all the hardware issues faced, below I have listed them:
                                      WEB CAM ISSUE - MAY 2014
                                      LCD DISPLAY ISSUE - MARCH 2015
                                      LCD BACK PANEL ISSUE - AUGUST 2015
                                      LCD PANEL FRAME ISSUE - AUGUST 2015
                                      BATTERY ISSUE - AUGUST 2015
                                      AUTOMATIC SHUTDOWN ISSUE - JANUARY 2016
                                      MOTHERBOARD ISSUE - JANUARY 2016
                                      LAN PORT ISSUE- FEBRUARY 2016
                                      FAN ISSUE- FEBRUARY 2016

                                      Now lets concentrate on the last four issues which happened in the time span of one month.


                                      1) On Jan 22nd 2016I filed the case regarding automatic shutdown of my laptop, and after the visit of technician, problem in the motherboard was reported and the new motherboard was ordered.

                                      2) On Jan 27th 2016 the technician visited with a new motherboard and surprisingly the new motherboard was also not working.

                                      3) After ordering it again, the technician again visited on Jan 30th 2016 with a new motherboard and again surprisingly the new motherboard was also a faulty one. Here I would like to stress the fact that the two new motherboard which was ordered and brought by the HP(Hewlett Packard) were also faulty ones.

                                      4) After this my laptop was taken by the service center, saying that we will again order a new motherboard ( This is the third time they are ordering).

                                      5) After few days I got a call saying that my case was closed and a new case have been filed regarding the same.

                                      I hope that the case was closed just to show there efficiency of working by increasing the number of cases closed and also by not letting the higher authorities know that even the new motherboards were faulty, that too for consecutively for 3 times.

                                      6) So after a week, on Feb 8th 2016 I received my laptop.

                                      7) After this I was not able to install my windows due to some DMI tool problem, for which the complaint was filed on Feb 11th 2016 and technician visited on Feb 12th 2016.

                                      8) On Feb 12th 2016, within 2 hours after the windows was installed by the technician, I was not able to use my LAN port, since it was not fixed properly by the technician who repaired my motherboard when it was taken to the service center.

                                      9) I again filed the case the very same day and after I kept on calling the customer care and reminding them to solve my problem finally today i.e. Feb 29th a technician visited, who repaired the LAN port but surprisingly FAN stopped working !!! and the technician himself stated that again it will take one week to get back to me with a new fan.

                                      So currently I cant use my laptop, actually its been over one month that my laptop is not working.
                                      I have lost hopes on HP. God knows, after you fix FAN, again some problem bumps up in my life making it more worse for me to survive.

                                      I want my laptop to be replaced with a new one because I cant tolerate any more.
                                      I hope the concerned authorities will do the needful at their earliest and if my problem is not resolved fully then I am going to file a case in the CONSUMER FORUM.

                                        I have called customers and even had live chat, no one responds properly. HP support is the worst support i have seen, are they thinking customers are fools. If i called to them, keep on seeing our representatives are busy stay on line" continuously for 20 Min. In live chat they simply disconnecting in middle of chat.
                                        HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
