Dear Sir,
I raised my complaint on dated 12/10/2015 and my case ID is [protected]-471. HP third party engineer visited my location on the very same day. He did not do anything to fix the issue However just screwed my laptop . Later on he took some pictures of it and went away. Moreover he did not check any failure of the product, did not run any test to identify the situation and did not even try replacing the parts to check where exactly the problem was. More the pictures that they have shared can be because of the moisture, which usually happen in winter season.
HP product should be compatible enough to safe guard from these issues as these are not created one by the users.
I am surprised that I am a single handed user of that laptop which we keep on a very safe place there is no chance of such happenings.
Moreover that engineer did not perform any test to confirm about the problem. without checking he simply tried putting the blame that its a water causing issue. If this of service is happening to such a big brand, there is no use of continuing the services. For me, It seems a self created issue by HP engineer to taken out money from our side as whatever he mentioned is not valid on any grounds.
Please take a appropriate action against HP.
