I, Harshit Mittal, purchased an hp notebook 15-ac034TX throught flipkart on 6/9/2015. With 1year of accidental warranty.
Now, i'm facing an issue with my product and i even tried to register my product to claim the warranty 1 month ago but some error occurred.
I contacted the hp officials on e-mail but they refused my claim and said that i had to register the product within 1 month of purchase.
No one including the hp authorised seller or some one from hp notified me of the fact that the registration has to done within 1 month so i couldn't do that.
I feel totally cheated and i can't afford to spend money to have my laptop repaired my myself so demand my claim for accidental warranty must be issued.

    I purchased hp printer model no.2131 from reliance digital in alwar rajasthan in which you provide its CD driver of model no. 2130. because of this i m facing problem in installing in laptop for my work. so keeping in mind my problem. as my work is also getting delay, pls provide me CD of model no.2131 as soon as possible.i will be very thankful for this.

              I am submitted my laptop in nehru place, New Delhi on 25 jan i have purchase on 10 feb 2015 but i lost my bill the executive said me its not under warrenty coz i dont have bill and they said you have to pay 500 for checking charge i accepted and deposited laptop and today i received a call from service center they said it will take 16000 its too much and now when i checked warrenty it on HP website its under warrenty now let me know how my product goes out of warrenty the executive didnot check.please try to short out my problem.

                I have purchase laptop model HP 14-r113TU Notebook after 9 months its problem found on screen in starting dot found day after its progress automatically. I will complaint in customer care of HP, They have told send lap top screen photos and told no issue its under warranty our engg will visit they have told or its repaired or replace. I am wait one week the not any respond us after I have recall the cc and ask what is status my complaint? then they told
                its screen damage its not covered in warranty. so we will hep us to give the question for service ... I am shocked

Contacted c care on 25/1&27/1/16 but no positive reply except correction of address by executive.Dispatch address was wrongly forwarded to agencies. Please sort out immediately.

                    I bought HP laptop (Product J8B81PA#ACJ) in March 2015 from India. It's cooling fan stopped working and laptop getting System fan 90(b) error.
                    Presently, I am in Canada. HP Canada technical support team told me that they can not repair laptop under warranty here unless they get some correspondence from HP India. As such, I talked to HP India 15 days back i.e. Jan 12th and they registered my request. Case ID # [protected].
                    I was told that my case would be resolved in 24-48 hours but I am still waiting for response. My laptop warranty will end on 12th march, 2016. I want to get it repaired at the earliest under warranty.
                    I want that suitable action should be taken immediately on my complaint. I fail to understand what is taking them so long? HP is such a big and reputed company and such delay is not expected from them.

                        Dear Sir,
                        I bought two cartridge "Inkjet Supplies" product number CZ107AA and CZ108AA. At the time I bought that product, they were seal packed with hologram, we started using them but after few prints ( approx 8-10 prints) they got empty.
                        I was not aware that HP supplied empty cartridge in a seal packed box. Now the related person is denying to replace those faulty products.
                        Their response is breaking my trust in HP.
                        It is a humble request to you that kindly reconsider my case and issue me new cartridge.

                              Hello HP, I had purchased HP pavilion x2-10-n 125tu from HP store computer land Nehru place Delhi on 15/1/16, from the first day I am facing issue of mute led and hang problems, two times your engineer visited my place for upgrade and download the drivers and software even Customer support also taken the remote session of my laptop and troubleshoot some steps but unable to resolve the problems, now I request you to please provide me replacement or refund my money because I am fed up with the service of HP and also suffer mentally harassments, So pls do needful asap.

                                HP IS CHEATING US !!
                                by making false commitments and posting wrong configurations on their official Indian E-store (hpshopping.in)

                                I purchased hp ab522tx pavillion laptop 20 days back.
                                according to hp official store mentioned config on their website...the model or product has IPS display. ( hpshopping.in/laptops/hp_pavillion)

                                i loged a complaint regarding the non-working of the IPS display to hp customer care on 4/1/16, after many days discussions...finally hp people agreed that The product does not have IPS display and its wrongly mentioned on their website. !!!
                                now, the website has been corrected and that false feature has been removed from the website, but still i have some screenshot of older one, supporting my point. PFA
                                this is same with other pavillion models..like, ab219tx.

                                i have spent 60000 ruppees on this laptop, as i needed IPS display in particular.
                                even, i have the pamphlets of HP showing IPS display in this particular model.

                                this multinational company is cheating us, by making false promises and selling faulty products !!

                                I request every hp pavillion user to re-check their product for same problem...shall respond and launch a complaint.

                                  Since the day (11 november 2015) i bought HP laptop (Pavilion ab029tx) i am facing a problem till the time (20 january 2016). Technician visited many time and i had given my laptop in hp service center but still facing same issue with my laptop.
                                  I am Litterly very disappointed with hp service. They misled me whenever i asked for replacement.
                                  I don't want to use hp anymore and never will recommend anyone to buy it.

                                    I bought a cartridge (TONER CARTRIDGE HP-88A) from one of your dealers in Dehradun, India named Computer Trade & Technology which turned out to be a defective piece. They told us that they have sent it to the service center. It's been 2 weeks now that I haven't received the repaired one or a piece as a replacement. Dealer confirmed after two weeks that the piece will be replaced but it will take another 4-5 days(Now this is ridiculous). Your customer gets harassed because of you for A DEFECTIVE CARTRIDGE. Why can't the DEALER REPLACE the same??? I think it to be my mistake to buy any product of Hp. There is some urgency and that is why I bough the same, correct????? I am not being able to continue with my professional work. What am I supposed do now? Wait for how many more days??????

                                      Sir,
                                      1. I had purchased HP laptop model no HP 15- AB032TX srl no 5cd5173pcl from Boss Computers Pvt Ltd, SCO 56, Sector 20-C, Chandigarh on 09 Jul 2015 vide their invoice no 1770.
                                      2. In the last six months the laptop has become faulty thrice. It just hangs and does not boot up again. I took the laptop to the dealer twice and once to your authorised service center in sector 34 Chandigarh and the same was repaired.
                                      3. My point is that I have purchased the laptop worth Rs 50000/- having full faith in the HP company but to my dismay, I now feel that I have been cheated either by the company or by the local vendor by palming off a faulty laptop to me.
                                      4. Since the laptop is in warranty I want my Laptop to be changed. All the software and anti virus that has been installed has been supplied by the company/auth vendor.

                                        Since when I purchased my laptop on 01.06.15 I am getting many complaint on my laptop from the starting week I call them several time for my issue Firstly they asked me there is Software problem do format it After one month I am facing another issue of lagging then heating And now hardware issue and within 6 month of purchasing a laptop I am getting these many complaint So kindly go through my problem and give me right solution
