Hi, We purchased this computer on 13th Aug 2015 (still in warranty), Since my office has a recent setup we just started using this computer. I am really disappointed with this machine Product HP 20 All in one Pc, Serial number: 3CR5040PF1, Product no: K5N45AA#ACJ, Model no: 20-2312in. It does not work online at all. I have spent 3 hours over phone talking to the technician. Even after that one of the them came over to check the computer left with no results. Most disappointing fact was that the customer service is zero and pathetic. The agent was Anuj Garg who i last spoke to with ref no: [protected]. He says the computer works fine and there is internet issue. Where i have different devices using the same internet which works fine with great speed. When offline it works ok however whats the use of the computer which does not work with basic websites like Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn & Gmail. So the company provides 2GB Ram in the config. However it should at least support the basic online options. I was told that this is internet issue and get it checked by my internet provider & get your Ram upgraded. People are not dumb to not understand that its the ram with less capacity which does not allow the computer to function online. When asked the agent connect me to the concern person who can take decision about the same cause i left the option that if we could exchange this and get a new one and also pay extra to what is needed.He did not allow me to speak further and said that we are closing the case by mentioning the above. How ridiculous is that? Need a urgent solution to it.

    Very poor service

    It's been a week since i posted my complaint on consumer complaints regarding hp laptop but they have not done anything till now... Hp customer care service didn't even bother to call me... My case id is [protected]... Very disappointed....

    To respected sir/madam, i purchased a laptop on 8th august 2015. from microage computers vasai maharashtra. HP 15-P201TX NB PC PAVILION .SERIAL NO:5CD5056VZ0.and as the laptop was delivered there was multi coloured horizontal line in the screen.within 7 days on 13 august i showed it to the dealer microage computers vasai since he said if there are issues there will be refund of money. but he said laptop would be fine. later the scree started going blank everyday for around 30 seconds.inspite of little use .later the 8 no. would keep coming contionously.the hp care technician tried to sort it out.but now there is a asterix sign coming up continously.and a warning .exe.i paid hard cash.and now i am getting firing from my family for trusting hp.please help me.i cant take this all anymore.i dont get sleep now.please see into the matter.still my complaint is logged in.complaint no:[protected].it has multiple issues

      Planned obsolescence and after-sales service

      10 months ago, I bought this laptop from HP named 15-g002AX. Why this model? Well it was called the most affordable gaming laptop at Rs 34, 000 by several sites and seemed like it would fulfill my basic needs too like a little programming and photo editing. Sadly the person for whom the gaming part of the device was meant disappeared just a few months later. The laptop worked OK mostly, but never ran like it was the big bad machine it...

      I am Dhananjay Jadhav. I purchased HP pavilion laptop from hp showroom Nashik, Maharashtra. I didn't get Product Key of Windows 8.1 OS which is preinstalled on my laptop. I contacted to company also but i couldn't get satisfactory answer.

      You can create a set of discs for future usage:

      You can also recover your machine any time using Recovery Manager:

      The key is in the BIOS of the machine and already activated.

      hey if you want product key of windows 8.1 OS you can get by downloading daossoft product key you can download it from softonic or other trusted web. It helps me too. otherwise their is no need of it as product key is already in bios of your lappi or at the time of Installing and reinstalling Windows it will automatically provide your licence product key.

        Respected sir/ madam, I will be so thankful to u i[censored] could pls go through my complaint. I bought a hp laptop few days back 21st oct '15 from Flipkart (HP Notebook - 15-af114au) but my enthusiasm didnt last so long as the moment i opened it up few display pixels on the screen were damaged and appeared to be white in color. when i contacted flipkart, they were telling me that hp doesnot take up display pixel issues and it doesnot come under replacement or warranty unless its a major issue. i agree that as of now its a minor defect but i have seen frm my own experience that usually LED defects end up with white lines which happend to my TV also. So pls take up the issue and do the needful. waiting in anticipation

            I have purchased hp laptop on 19.10.2015 at "jnana prasunamba computers", Bhimavaram.
            laptop model :
            intel core i3,
            5th generation,
            4gb ram and screen is 15.6 inches.
            PROBLEM:
            at time of purchasing the hp laptop has windows version of 8.1, it has problem at the time of starting..it takes about 15min time to start up.so, finally we have uploaded windows 7.i would like to know the reason for this fault why this lapy is unable to support windows 8.1 version.

              I purchased HP laptop 630 windows 7 home basic ( from vijay sales delhi ) on 11/12/2011...after some time its windows stopped working...from then i have complained to hp customer care so many times but to no avail...every time when i complained they said that they will send me the windows recovery copy...but they always send me the link for some other windows...sometimes they send the link for pro windows, sometimes for ultimate windows and sometimes for standard windows...i have requested them several times to send the link for home basic windows as my laptop has home basic windows but they said that it is not available...how can they offer me some other Windows when my laptop is home basic... please do the needful..

                Ma laptop model is 15-ac033tx.i have purchased i last month.the wireless driver is BROADCOM BCM43142 802.11 BGN M.2 ADAPTER.it is not working in kali linux.i have visited the broadcom site to install the driver but the driver is not available.i am not able to use the wireless card. PLEASE DO CONSIDERATION AND HELP ME.

                    HI, I purchased a new ab221tx series laptop, notice keyboard back light not working which i noticed immediately after opening the box, dvd drive ejection not happening, battery not working. The seller told now i have to contact the HP customer care for assistance. ( Prabhath IT solutions in Jayanagar). As i have already paid the amount i dont have any option to take the product as it is. Very poor service of HP. even after 2 days the issue was not solved. POOR SERVICE. DON'T GO FOR HP.

                      It looks like I didn't provide serial no. at the time of registration when I bought the new laptop. This was notified to me by HP. I then sent them the correct serial no well with in the cut off period during back to college offer. Now, HP is penalizing me that I am not eligible for that offer as I didn't gave the correct serial no.

                                I have purchased 2 nos cartridge from Prompt Stationers, Janakpuri on 3rd Oct 2015. But it was not working then I have called him (Prompt) & tell him all the issues. They told me to submit the cartridge to HP service centre at Jabil, Rajori Garden. Then I have submitted the cartridge at Jabil Service centre on 3rd Oct 2015. They gave me receipt & told me that they will replace my cartridge within 3-4 days. Now I am trying to call them so many times but they are not responding ([protected]; [protected]; [protected]). Please solve this issue & replace & return our cartridge. Invoice & Service call report has been attached for your reference.

                                  ON January 2014 I had buyed this Laptop and from that time my WIFI and Bluetooth is not working although Modem is also not working properly.I am in a WIFI campus but I am not able to use it. 1.In this Time Frame of 18 Months I dont know how many times I had visited Service Centre. 2.Full recovery of my System was already done but the same issue arrised after 7 days In recovery my 2 days was wasted and my IMPORTANT DATA was lost. 3.Two times my all the Applications was lost in RESET as recommended by the Engineer yet I am facing problem in getting the application and I had Again downloaded by using my Data charges. 4.Three Times ENGINEER visited my home and tried each and every aspect but he was not able to solve it Each of your Engineer had wasted my 3-4 Office Hours . 5.Three times my WIFI card was changed but yet the problem is not solved. 6.From 18 Months I am in a Mental pressure because of that Laptop.

                                    I have ordered a laptop against their quotation dated 4th sept.2015 with 3year warranty and full payment was made on 4th sept. Order nos. Are 628552 & 628553. Several time i have contacted through phone ([protected], [protected] -mr.Shaban siddiqui) and ([protected] - mr.Sumit) every day and every time they answering that with 10 minutes they will call and sort out the problem. On 8th oct. I request the refund of my money with interest. But till this time nothig happened.

                                    This mail is in regard to the problems i faced in dealing with your company and your staff.I had placed an order for Hp Pro book 440 G2 Notebook PC (L9S58PA) against your quotation dated 3rd September 2015. As per the terms and conditions of your quotation, I made full payment through net banking to your account no which was mentioned in your mail, on the 4th of September 2015 and it was clearly stated in the quotation that the delivery period is within two weeks. After making the payment I received an order No (628552) for Notebook PC and another no(628553) for extended warranty period respectively. Right after that i received communication from your end through mail stating that you have changed your delivery time from two weeks to a month. I made a call on 14th of September 2015 to Mr.Shaban Siddiquie (Tel.No.01246512730), reminding him about the delivery. He promised me that it would be dispatched within three to four days. There was no communication from his end past the mentioned time period;So I made a call on 23rd of September 2015 (10:20Am) to Mr Shaban again and he promised that my order would be dispatched within the next four days .On the 28th of September 2015 (11:44Am) I tried talking to Mr Shaban but he didn't reciprocate well and said that he will get back to me within ten minutes ;but there was no communication from his end as he promised. I tried contacting him through phone and mail but all that he did was to make up excuses(1st October 2015(10:50Am, 13:38Pm), 7th October 2015 (12:46Pm, 12:56Pm, 15:20Pm) 8th October 2015(09:52Am)-Details of Telephonic Communication); (For further reference you can check the mails sent from my end dated 30th September 2015 and 4th October 2015) .From 8th October 2015 onwards Mr.Shaban has not answered any of my calls. The next person that i contacted was Mr Sumit (Tel.No-01246610476) . He told me that he will he make necessary arrangements to send an upgraded version Notebook with in two days from Hp Bangalore Office and assured me that I will not have to run behind this anymore.He also claimed that the Telephone No mentioned above is his personal no an that I can contact him anytime in case of any grievances. I was relieved to get this assurance from him. I didn't receive any communication until 12th October 2015 and so I tried to contact Mr.Sumit again, he told me that he will check and get back to me . Due to no response from his end I tried calling him, he didn't answer the call but when i tried calling him from another number he picked and the same drama continued. Finally I contacted your toll free No.1800-180-1810 and the agent over there told me that a call back would be arranged within four hours, but I never received a call to this day. Whenever my call gets connected, the call centre agents either disconnects the call or else makes up some lame excuses .During my last conversation with your agent he absolutely refused to transfer the call to higher authority nor did he give me any solution to my problem. This behaviour from your end is absolutely unethical.I have no words to describe the agony i went through during this process. This is not the kind of behavior expected from the employees of a MNC like yours.Till this incident I was really happy with the service that i used to receive from your end, But now I am extremely disappointed and feel cheated as your customer. I am not interested in availing any of your products anymore and I want to cancel the current order that I placed.I want the entire amount to be refunded with 18% interest from the time i made the payment; for the time that I have wasted in you with immediate effect.I hope there will be a response for at least this mail .If there isn't I think you have left me with no other option other than to approach the consumer court and highlight this through social media.
