Sir,
I purchased a black ink cartridge no.678 for Rs.500 from COMPUTER GALLERY, 143/A Raja S.C Mallick Road, Kolkata-700047 ( mob. No. [protected], [protected] ) on 22/7/15 but unfortunately found the cartride not working which was verified and confirmed by their service man Mr.Samir Mondal to be defective on 23/7/15 . They received it for replacement along with a photocopy of the invoice, but informed me that it will take around 28 days . My question is that if this is the procedure and time limit for replacing a newly purchased original HP cartridge which is defective, then I think that the credibility of HP is at stake . Hope you would certainly take action in this regard and advice the concerned people to replace it immediately .

    Dear All, I woiuld like to mention here, that I was so happy purchasing laptop of HP from one of my local vendor DCC, unfortunately after purchasing a laptop r15-250tu, it is throwing a blue dump error and DCC, chinchwad is saying no support, I logged the call against hp for support their service engineer came down and taken the logs from the system. After a long wait for 8 days the concerned person came back and answered like a foolish that the wireless LAn driver is not installed and not getting supported because my windows version is not activated. This is the silly reason I heard first time in life. Again I have activated that windows 7 ultimate version and now it is throwing the same error of blue dump. I spoke to the people in market and they said give them some bribe to change it. The question arise over here is this is a warranty provided by hp to the normal person, why should I go in the loop of offerng them a bribe and request so many times to rectify that issue. The concerned head name are: 1. Raju Rajput, 2. Vikrant Kamble, 3. Dipika Patil, 4. Snehalata Dube, 5.Deepak Hirwe I would like to tell you that I am a resident of pune, and here there is no support for a retail customer i[censored]nfortunately the piece have some genuine issues with the mothereboard or hard disk.       I had purchase this printer (Serial No CN42HFW28H/FPU Number CM[protected] R3/Regulatory Model No:SNPRC[protected] within the last 9 months and very much within the warranty period. Unfortunately I have misplaced the bill. But the issue is not this. Its has been more than a week ( July 12th 2015) that I have been trying to get a technician to help me retrieve a paper jammed . I have a series of numbers[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]) to which have contacted several times. It's the same demand. Show us the bill to prove its with the warranty period. And I have been constantly and repeatedly impressed upon them that I want to pay. I am willing to pay. But PLEASE rectify the problem! I still have a non working almost brand new printer. My mistake? Its a home pinter and not in any large Office! I am not looking for a free visit by the Technician either.My business is taking a hit, my work is suffering as I can't scan, copy or fax!

          Extended warranty of laptop

This nachine had display problem so with much this type of complain finally my machine was DOA I got new machine LT-HP 15-P206TX CORE I5 K8U18PA#ACJ with serial no 5CD4494LP9 on 18th Feb 2015.           Sir,
          Without my permission how you guys closed my case. My laptop is in warranty and from starting i am facing the problem with my laptop ..sometimes bluetooth problem and continuously the sparkle sound is coming from my laptop (beneath CD drive) and till now it is not rectify .Your engineer 3 times visited to my address and till now he is not able to rectify the problem. What you guys are doing, you guys think so that customers are fool. How you people are sending such type of products in market in which there is problem from starting days. It is clearly indicates that you guys are not doing your work properly without checking the products of hp you are sending it into the market for money without thinking anything about customers.
          You are making the products of hp for sucking the time, patience and blood of customer.
          How such type of products are in market ???
          And the persons who are sitting in hp customer care center for attending our calls and talk to us nicely, with patience and appropriate information; they are doing there work properly or not go and find out in your recordings!
          Customers time is also important think twice before sending the products of hp with problems, if you guys are not sincere its not at all our fault we don't have that much of energy for wasting it for such type of things (why we are suffering because of you fellows??)
          Find out ejact solution for my laptop, again and again i am not going to give you guys permission to open the hardware of my laptop ..if not then i will go for some further action. Be ready for it.

            Complaint has been lodged to HP authorities on 13.07.2015, vide Case ID No. [protected]. But today (21.07.2015) problem not been resolved. In this connection we will highlight that product is just one month old from the date of Purchase and HP authorities is showing negligence in all respect to rectify / resolve the issue. I have contacted Ms. Arunima Ghosh (Coordinator) having Mobile No.[protected], but she is not picking up calls. Hence, my request to HP to replace my Laptop with a new one. Regards, Joy Mukherjee

              hi there, I have purchased "802 Small Black" cartridge from you online on[protected]. My order id is : 571041 ( as printed on the invoice ). I am really surprised the printer shows "Very Low Ink" level, just got empty after 20 print-outs. How this has happend. I request you to please replace this cartridge with a new one. For your confirmation I am sending a snapshop of the blue enveloped on which i have received the Purchase Invoice.

                i have purchased a new laptop 15-r284TU worth 27000 . I hve purchased it from kbits in amritsar inside nehru shopping complex. the dealer told me that u can claim for the adp redemption at any time anywhere.Now when i have claimed the the damage warranty the hp has rejected it . I mean you have purchased the thing from a branded company HP and you have to register for the redemption in 30 days otherwise your notebook does not worth even for a single penny if its broken . i want the claim or i will take the case to consumer forum .

                  Bluetooth is not detecting the other Bluetooth devices like mobile. I informed the same to the seller (khosla electronics) khadina more, chinsurah, hooghly.west Bengal according to them it is a new advanced system in hp laptops. now the laptop will detect only Bluetooth devices of laptop. I want to know what is the advance system in it?

                      To avail HP gift schemeof Rs.999/- (which was available on purchase of HP product more than 30, 000/- till 30th June 2015) Desktop details- item code- 185650, item description- HP AIO 20-2212, was purchased on Rs. 50, 999/- . We were unable to avail scheme thru on line as the invoice was raised on 17/06/15 and the desktop was delivered later on 24/06/09 at Croma, sector-29, Gurgaon. Further we thought to avail later but its time was over and the same was discussed with Croma executive & Mr. Eric Thomas, Executive HP customer care, Gurgaon (Mob. [protected] ) and send no. of mails/ mob calls, he confirmed till yesterday to put up to his Manager but now stopped attaining call/ mail. Pl help me to avail the scheme..

Now when I try to activate windows there is error message "windows cannot activate, try again later". I don't have any product key. Kindly provide a Product Key for this PC.

                            Dear Sir I'm Dr Sridevi. I had bought HP laptop with the following description - Product description: HP 15-r007tu Notebook PC Product number: G8D27PA Serial number: CND4201VQF Within one month of purchase it developed Bluetooth connectivityproblem. I took it to the sales shop. They could not rectify and directed me to HP service center. But the problem has been persistent since then. I have visited the service center more than 15 times and each time the laptop is kept in the service center for at 15 days. Wifi card has been changed twice, cable also has been changed. Still problem persists. I also got online help. But it was of no use. I requested the service center to replace my laptop as it is a defective piece .But they refuse to do so. And keep giving some or the other excuse. I regret to say that service is horrible. I have been facing hardships since the day I bought this product. If a customer goes to the service center for the same problem each time, isn't it time to replace the product? Why is customer taken for granted? When the problem crops up repeatedly it means that the product needs to replaced. I kindly request you to do the needful Thanking you Dr Sridevi

                              Dear sir, i am not so technically advance that i can verify my device after service that it is 100% working. But as far as I observed i wrote on feedback form. further observation of service executive found that charging port on motherboard is broken. They( service executive) told me if it is broken by our men it will be replaced. but when final service executive came for service he told me, ' this damage was not intentional so it will not be covered under replacement policy. Here I enclose image of all feedback forms . please give me solution as soon as possible...

                                  Dear sir I have gone to Geonet service centre vashi which claims to be an authorised service centre of hp. They replaced the lcd screen after charging rs 6th . The bill date is of 14th June 2015. Subsequently the issue of display once again cropped up and this time they replaced the display cable charging rs 2500. The laptop stopped operating on 05th July and after a week and after repeated calling they said the motherboard needs replacement. I am unable to get how come a product from a reputed vendor like Hp needs frequent repairs. Further surprisingly hp hasn't published this service centre on its site.

After online Registration confirmation I have got a Message on my computer scene "Redeem your HP Reward".
