          I bought a laptop 4 days back and I paid money for HP DV 1001 TU laptop, while I have been provided HP DV 1000 TU laptop, there is a whooping eight thousand rupees difference between the price of both the models . I want my money back with detailed clarification regarding this fraudulent act. I have customer copy of bill and I would sue the company for this cheating.

              Hi HP Team,

              I bought a new laptop from HP kondapur Hyderabad showroom 2weeks ago. and I opened that laptop today only and found the X360 rotation part was bent so what do I need to do and how it should be resolved since it is a new laptop.

              Left side movable part only showing wrong but not the right side part.

                My name is vishal siddhpura: i have a local hp printer technician at last 10 years, (information technology.org in gujarat) my issue is regionalisation in my officejet-4650 printer, i have purchase new cartridges in hp-803 tri colour cartridge compatible is my hp printer (below in hp store. but hp support assistant tell me wrong reason and wrong issues, i already check my printer is ok, so i have a face to hard or poor support in hp-india,
                last saturday i talking a hp assistant, assistant say purchase a 803 new cartridges, after solve my issue, after i will purchase new after contact hp support today, hp assistant(name is siddharth) unnecessary reason my printer,

                i am not satisfying hp supports.

                    I had bought my HP Envy laptop in the month of October 2021, from past some days I figured out that the charging port in my laptop getting loose day by day.

                    I contacted HP Technical Service, they told me that it would cost me money even though it's under warranty. They provided me with a quotation of around 700.

                    I told them that the part has got loosened up by itself but still, they're asking me to pay for the aforesaid issue.

                            Every time they come thy don't give signal as they is no specific time when they come sme time we forget 2 keep the cylinder outside n later after calling them thy say that there is no stock available with them, n later they say that i[censored]ll keep the cylinder outside will give it, we won't understand we want a solution.

                                  Myself Gopinath K from Vellore. I bought my new HP laptop on[protected]. Since it has been two years now my laptop's battery life is dead and my warranty period is also expired. I have run a battery component test in HP PC HARDWARE DIAGNOSTICS WINDOW it shows me that my battery is very weak and while turning on my laptop it displays HP BATTERY ERROR 601. So now my battery has to be replaced since it is an internal battery. I am giving you additional information and my laptop details below. Kindly send me a service person to replace my laptop battery.
