          My name is Jagannadha Rao Romala, I am from Jatani, Odisha, India. I bought a laptop of HP model-14-dv0084TX, Serial no. 5CD1208VD3 on 28th July'21 which carries 1 year global warranty.

          Since first moth of purchase its automatically moving into sleep mode. I thought it was some setting issue. And I tried many times to resolve but no luck. Day by day more new issues appeared. Now its automatically restarting frequently.

          Then, I have approached HP Technical Support on WhatsApp on 17 Jan 22. They have tried many troubleshooting methods like Hardware component test from UEFI menu, system Recovery, reset, etc. But, still issues not resolved. Now issue is increased more. Each time after giving my user credentials its restarting. Not able to switch on my laptop. HP Technical support created a Case Id - [protected] for HP Technician visit on 24th Jan 22. But, after that there is no update from them. I'm daily check with them to know about my case status, but no response from them.

            Hi, we have purchased a laptop of HP in the month of october 21 from vijay sales delhi, it was a display piece so we got am additional Rs 1000/- discount on a 70+k machine, we were told this is brand new, when we came home and tried to activate the antivirus, it promped that it is already expired, it means someone had used the machine previously, or a possibility that some one activated it while on display, our doubt got confirmed when I tried to register my notebook online amd it showed me warrantee left for 9-10 months... Now it is confirmed that the sold me a used laptop, I contacted HP and they changed the warrantee as per the vijay sales receipt., now after 3 months o[censored]se the laptop shuts down automatically at 38% batter or 80% battery and gives an error that battery critical amd does not start again unless we plug in the charger, now I am behind HP since 23 Jan22 to help me, even wrote an email but they said some one will get back to me on call, meantime their bot is talking to me and I am also happy to talk to an AI bot, the bot comes with new names eveytime amd tells me to follow a long procedure which I follow but the issue is not solved, can anyone from HP will send someone to my place with a new battery to replace as I was told one year warrantee onsite.                 Hello Hp I am writing this as an old Hp customer but this time I am really disappointed with the issue I am facing.
                I am trying to solve the issue since months but all the workers at the Hp department give me more problems than solutions...I am a customer not a staff on your company...They say me to do this and that for a numerous amount of time but with no Good results ...
                I am saying this I have recorded all the conversations of how lame and how ineeficently Hp deals with its customers...I am being forced to take some legal actions against it...If soon my problem is not resolved ...

                  Hp India is not able to diagnose and fix windows resting issue since Feb-21 and from last 9 months running experiments as they replaced hard drive twice, motherboard once and Webcam once. Despite all components replacements and laptop was deposited to service center for 15 days - HP is not able to fix issue. This laptop bought in July -20 is unusable since March 21

                  There were so many hours wasted on calls with HP customer care and many service request were opened and closed.
                  As HP is not able to fix issue, I requested for replacement of laptop.

                      I have informed the HP support Assistant on 17.01.2022 with the following descriptions
                      "The screen of my laptop is detaching from the lower panel. This may be happening due to the cracked pulley on which we used to open the laptop. We need these problems to be resolved. Please do the needed services."
                      They have registered my complaint and advised me Case ID: [protected] which is still open. the details of my laptop are as under:

                      Further, whenever I contact them through HP support Whatsapp, they told us to provide the details and pics and create different case id.
                      After so many days have passed but no official visited my residence.
                      So, please look into the matter and resolved it quickly. My laptop is still in warranty up to Nov 2022.

                            I have send my laptop to Nashik service center…. but 5 to 6 times they have not cure the problem. The laptop is not responding they have change 2 times motherboard, 1 time ram and 1 time harddisk. The condition of my HP laptop is as it is. and hence the condition of laptop is not good while I have give them to 5 to 6 time. (It is under warranty). They have damage the buttons of the mouse and the body is also bend. They did not handle the laptop properly. This issue is from 4 months and so I have very disturbed from this. So I have request uh to refund or replace my laptop.

                              I bought this laptop 2 months ago and i already faced screen issue twice the screen is replaced but still the same thing i need a whole product replacement as fast as possible i can waste my valuable time on you troubleshooting stuffs now i feel that i made a mistake by buying your product i wont be considering you company for a relevant product...

                              So, I have an HP Pavilion Gaming 15-ec0073AX (model no: 5CD0036521) laptop and the letter "D" keycap is now damaged as it is unable to hold itself in place, so when typing it pops off the keyboard.

                              So I tried to make a replacement of that and for that, I was told from the service center that I need to replace the whole upper chassis of the keyboard section, which costs me around $60-70, which could have been repaired by just replacing the keycap set of $1-2 and save a lot of my money.

                              Also when searching over the internet I cannot find any option where I can buy one by myself and repair and start using my keyboard as normal.

                              I really need support in this case
