i have hp 16 gb 3.0 pendrive ... its not showing in laptop. i want to replace this pendrive but hp not giving me currect answer to replace. in jaipur and jodhpur i called all service center but any service center not replacing pendrive they all say we are woks only for pc& laptop. plz give me proper answer to replace pendrive or give me pen drive replacement service center detail. i purchased pendrive from flipkart.com. i have been attached copy of my bill.

    Dear Sir, I have purchased 01 HP laptop model pavilion G6-2103 TU from Hp authorised center in Nehru Place New Delhi. My case ID is [protected] which is already open with HP help desk. Since this year Hard disk of my laptop is been replaced two times(one in feb2014 and again in Aug 2014) and now again in OCT 2014 hard disk crashed. I have already lost so much of important data twice in this year. Now HP again just want to replace my HARD drive which is a temporary solution of the problem. I spoke to their customer care and refused to have new hard drive as their is some serious manufacturing defect in this laptop and by changing hard drive again I will be facing same problem after few months. I requested HP to change my laptop and give me new one as My laptop is under extended waranty which is valid till 2015 march. But HP is not interested to change my laptop and just want temporary solution of changing hard drive. Sir please help me to have correct product as I have paid correct amount. I am having all supporting documents which include original bill of purchase, extended waranty, changing of hard drives two times and visit of HP staff for changing hard drive third time which i refused. waiting for help from your side as you are my last hope. thanks kind regards Ankur Mehta-contact number is 0091-[protected] email id [protected]@yahoo.com (one of the customer who is cheated by HP)

      Dear Sir, This is for your kind information that, I have purchased one HP Pavilion Laptop on 25/01/2014, From the date of purchase I am facing tremendous problems in this HP Product. I have made several complains. Every time your support team generates a new case and without rectifying, without taking any feed back they close the case just to increase their targets. I have not received any legal and genuine customer support from Hewlett Packard. Each and every time HP support team :- 1) sends some URL/ link and asks to follow the steps, resulting HP Pavilion still defective. 2) asks to run various test, resulting HP Pavilion still defective. 3) have even said you will not receive any support as you have crossed warranty period. Even when my purchase date is 25/01/2014. 4) visits the place, change HP parts like mother board, hard disc resulting HP Pavilion still defective. 5) calls in the morning and do not turn up in the said time. You are requested to replace the product and provide the customer a new and genuine HP product ASAP.         I bought HP pavilion laptop 15-N003TX on 26.4.2014. I found some problem in board and bluetooth after some days, regarding which i complained customer care . But they did not responded properly. After complaining again and again they checked the laptop and told me that everything is fixed but after 2 days it had again bluetooth problem. still they are not responding properly after somany calls and visits i have made to their service centre. As it is still in warrenty period I want proper action against this behaviour.

          Hp laptop is a very horrible product. I bought it 6 months back and it started creating problems! The keyboard doesn't work often and the screen doesn't respond to brightness touch and many other problems. Dell is way better than hp and being a college student hp laptop creates problem in my life. I am not able to do my work. I want my product to be replaced as soon as possible. My friend also has the same model and he has been to the hp center 12 times in a year. What kind of products is hp selling. This is very disappointing. I recommend all college students to avoid hp laptops at all costs. I don't want to make their life hell.

            The printer was initially functioning well but after replacement of ink cartridge the ink level was not shown for both coloured and black ink. As a result it is not responding to any printing task.               j error paper jam issue in hp deskjet ink advantage 2520hc printer

              sir, , i have been complaining thrice time regarding same issue of paper jam in my deskjet inkadvantage 2520hc printer.i bought this product from patiala dated 19 nov 2013.but since i bought it i have been facing the problem. being within the warranty my device has been repaired by the company.after all again i have been going throug same issue.the company holds such a big reputation.but the product i recieved didnt go to satisfactory results.it...

              Dear Sir The above mentioned laptop was purchased from fairdeal electronics, 26 A, K Block, Raja puri, Uttam Nagar, New Dealhi. on 19 january 2014 . The sales executive has explained us the additional offer of extended two years warenty by paying additional fee of Rs 1499/-. We have sent the cheque bearing no 798464 amounting to Rs 1499/- dated 20.01.2014 in favor of HP laptop, the cheque number mentioned above was cleared within three days but till today i havent received any letter of confirmation or e-mail from your office regarding the same .                 it is unfortunate that i decided to go for a hp printer, 1005 laser jet from your dealer m/s computer vision napier town, jabalpur in m.p on21/10/14, but even after 3 days he is not sending anyone for installation and is behaving irresponssibly. even after my decision to return back the product he is least cared about the reputation of co. in view of above i request you to take necessary penal action against the dealer otherwise i would be constrained to take legal action.                   My name is Nilesh Kothavade from Nagpur. I bought new hp 15-r014tx laptop on 15 aug, 2014. Display of that screen was damaged on 21 of aug. So I call to hp customer care for solving the problem. Then they asked for adp. Then I register for ADP and on 10 sep my adp was approved. Then my case id [protected] was register. On 18 sep engineer came and took the photograph of damaged screen. Then they doing nothing. I call them every day they said that we will come to you in 2 days and on 14th oct they close our case on15th oct they open new case [protected]. Again they close our case on 20 oct and open new case [protected]. Total 2 months completed for incident, but till they are not completed our work and not giving satisfied answer even I have adp.

                    I have bought the new lab top of HP Pavilion Series with i5 processor and original window 8.1 dated on 15th Aug 14. Now its not working due to some problem about window recovery as confirmed by HP employee. From last fifteen days everyday i am talking with HP employee regarding my complaint on your complaint no. Still its not resolved by HP. My complaint nos. are mentioned below:- [protected] - old no. [protected] - new no. My work is suffering due to the same problem and i did not got any positive response from HP employees. You are requested to please re-solve the same ASAP.

                      I have applied for back to college offer for my HP i5 R014tx series notebook.I have made the payment offline totalling 1999+999=2998. but still i have not received any contents about my offer for Mcafee subcription, additional ADP, book my show and myntra. i have already complained at [protected]@redemptionsupport.com and no feedback has come from them.

                        Sir, I had purchased your lap top a detailed below : Laptop - HP2000-2D03TU Product Serial no.5CG3245F9T Date of purchase 15/08/13 from Reliance Retail Limited, 17/401, C1, 2nd Floor, Focus Mall, Calicut, Kerala-673002. The above product was purchased for Rs.26, 500. I was prompted to buy your product only because of your HP brand name. But to my dismay, the laptop keyboards became unserviceable within a year. I tried to contact your dealer at the above address but they were not picking the phone. Then due to my busy schedule and as I was out of station on official requirement I could lodge the complaint with Reliance Retail limited at the above address just a week after 15/08/14. Immediately without even a iota of doubt they replied that my guarantee period of one year is over and nothing can be done. I was forced to buy ( since there was no other option) a keyboard from Reliance after payment of Rs.625/- which has to be connected to the laptop as they said the original one I have to pay huge amount. It may not be out of place to mention that I even advocated about your laptop and my few friends have purchased your products. I cannot comprehend with what had happened to my HP laptop. After paying a huge amount, this is the price I have to pay for having purchased a HP product. In view of the above, I request you to kindly arrange replacement of my laptop key board free of cost.                           I have purchased HP Pavilion 15-e006TU laptop Serial No. is "5CD325473G" from Flipkart.com my order Id is OD[protected], Order Date[protected]. I am facing some technical problem on this laptop screen so took my notebook on 26 September 2014 to the authorized hp service center Jaipur “Sysnet Global Technologies (P) Limited”. They took my notebook and give me two days to inspect notebook. After two days I went to the service station they told me that we are unable to verify your notebook bill from invoice and need some more time. Now every time when I go to the service center they told me the same thing “we are unable to verify you notebook bill”. I also asked to the flipkart customer executive regarding my bill issue and they answer me not to worry about bill from flipkart. I am fully exhausted with the hp service center executive. I think they are waiting for the laptop warranty period lapse which will be ending on 30 October 2014 and after that they can charge me service fees.                             I bought a new hp brand laptop of Rs .37000 On 12 October 2014 from Jumbo Electronics in Chandigarh .Laptop Is packed in box with inside charger and battery with sealed .When i opened box and start laptop at home i found battery of laptop is completely dead .This is unfair situation for me that i buy a new genuine product of hp but battery is dead on that instance of time.Now I have no trust on HP.I request That file a case against hp or solve case and talk hp to give me extra charges for that mistake .                               I purchased one hp laptop hp notebook 15 - r014tx serial no. Cnd4338hm1 from mangalam, jaipur on 19. 09. 2014. As per hp diwali offer, i registered for the same. But my mistake, email id was mistyped and i realised it later. I called hp customer care to know how can i change that email id and she advised me to mail on [protected]@redemption.com to get the help but its much more than 24 hours i am still waiting for any reply. I have sent a mail as well as lodged a complaint at [protected]@redemption.com but have not got any reply. I request hp authorities to amend the mistake.

                                I took my HP 2 laptop to a HP showroom for repairing of the hinge connecting the screen and key board. When the service man connected the laptop to the power adaptor, the laptop burst with fire. The laptop was immediately taken out, after the intensity of fire was reduced by blowing air. The laptop was completely destroyed, but the incident was life risking. It was quite shocking and fortunately didn't took place at residence or didn't affect any life/injury, since the service man and others were away from the lap. I still have the burnt laptop as an evidence of "HP product risking life".                                   I purchased one HP Laptop HP ENVY 15 K005TX serial No. 5CD426603R from HP World, Citi Mall, Lokhandwala, Mumbai on 10.08.2014. As per HP Back to college Offer, the shop owner(named Chandu) told me that he'll do the registration part for me and I'll have to pay him Rs.999 for 'Two year onsite warranty with ADP and 1 year McAfee".After the offer expired on 8th September, the shop owner said that he'll still manage to get that offer for me but am waiting for it. I have sent a mail as well as lodged a complaint at [protected]@redemption.com but have not got any reply. I request HP authorities to amend the mistake and advise me accordingly urgently.

                                  I had purchased HP Pavilion Notebook 15ab027TX dated 13th July 2015 from Vijay Sales Ahmedabad. Same time we registered the product on HP website with Serial No : 5CD52209KB. That time HP was Campaigning about BACK TO COLLEGE OFFER. So we registered for this scheme online and paid the amount .

                                  We got the letter from HP REDEMPTION about approval and speicfy that, all that free gift will deliver very soon. But after two months we didnt get complete gift from HP.

                                  a) 2 Years Extended Warranty - Yet Pending from HP SIde
                                  b) Cordless Mouse and Headphone - Not received
                                  c) Book My Show 5 Digit Code is invalid - Message from BOOK MY SHOW
                                  d) Invalid Ley of Mcafee Antivirus.

                                  As very big brand in Computer, and the way they are cheating with customers.Its ridiculous. We want all free gifts and warranty as per the scheme otherwise we will move further against the company

                                    Hi my name is ganesh thite . I purchased this laptop from vijay sales thane. After purchasing this laptop within 10 days it shows the led imbalance on screen as I attached the snapshot of same. I gave the complaint to the customer care on 25 th sep purchased laptop on 14 sep. The officer taken the snaps of the product and mailed to higher authorities or engineer now they are saying that I did not able to get laptop replacement. From last 1 month I am waiting for resolution of the problem and replacement of my laptop. They are blaming on me that i did something to the laptop that's why it showing the error.
