After I installed windows 8 on my computer which had windows7 earlier the computer restarts itself showing a message that- your pc ran into a problem we are still collecting data the system needs to be restarted, it happened for few days then the keyboard (the number keys) also stopped working

    Dear Sir, I am Utpal Kumar Raha, S/O- Prosanta Kumar Raha, resident of Michale Madhusudan Lane, Noapara (N. E.), P.O. Noapara, Barasat, Kolkata 700125. I want to bring the following facts under your consideration: 1. That I am a law abiding citizen of India. 2. That I am a “Research Fellow” and working with Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law (RGSOIPL), Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur. Being a researcher, I opt for the doctrinal mode of research here and I am very much dependent with a laptop for this research work. 3. That I have purchased a LAPTOP HP 15-R036TU, Serial no. CND426BD92 from TECHNOCARE (herein after mentioned as the shop) of 2699/13/1, TIASHA APARTMENT, PIONEER PARK (NEAR HELABATTALA), BARASAT, KOL-700124, VAT NO [protected]. The Invoice no. for the said product is TC/1590/14-15, Dated 20th July, 2014 4. That on 26/10/2014, suddenly I saw that the “TOUCH PAD” in the laptop mentioned above was not functioning. I rushed to the shop and explained it to the shop owner on 11 am on the same day. 5. That the shop owner examined the said laptop and suggested me to seek the HP Support which I did around 3pm on 27/10/2014 from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur by Case no. [protected] and I also got reply against the complain through the e-mail against that. 6. That in consequence of that an engineer, namely Sourav De came to me and opened the said laptop sitting in the RGSOIPL around 4.30pm on 29/10/2014. 7. That was the FIRST OCCASION when my laptop was opened since the date of purchase i.e. 20/07/2014 from the shop. 8. That we (me, said engineer and my friend namely Jayanta Ghosh) surprisingly saw that a “LITTLE AREA” in his (engineer) term, mother board is damaged and is fixed with “CELLO TAPE” (snaps attached) 9. That he examined the said laptop and verbally said that the “TOUCH PAD” was not functioning due to internal damaged and verbally told me to wait until further reply from the HP Support. 10. That it is clear that the laptop was damaged at the time when it was purchased and I was sold a defective laptop. 11. That the defect was in the laptop within itself which is not only difficult but also impossible to detect for a common consumer like me. 12. That somebody who has broken the said laptop knowingly suppressed this fact and sells it and being the ultimate user I have been cheated. 13. That now I cannot work with this laptop and this disturbances is really affecting me in my research work. 14. That at this moment my questions are that a) Am I not a consumer bestowed with legal rights? b) Why a damaged laptop was sold to me? c) How many days I have to continue with this defective laptop? d) Why will I be deprived of a lawful remedy against this malpractice?       I took my laptop to Jayanagar service centre and it was in warranty. I had a screen flickering issue. They told me they fixed it and i got it back. But when i reached home, i had many lines on the monitor which i have never experienced before. When i took the laptop back to the center, they told they cant repair it again and it was out of warranty. Actually i never had the lines problem. It came after they fixed the other problem. Still they are acting like i did some damage. This is very bad from HP. Please consider this as serious issue My no is [protected] id is mayank.[protected]@gmail.com

            I had purchased a HP deskjet 2545 printer, it has been just 3 months and now the printer is not working properly. I took it for servicing center and they said they repaired it. When I came home and connected my printer the issue was not solved.It seems they did have least touched my printer.It was really disgusting for a reputed company to opt such a worst performing service station

              [protected] Dear Madam/Sir, I have bought a HP ENVY 15-k006TX Notebook PC from Flipkart. as per terms of purchase, there is an offer to extend onsite warranty & additional ADP by payment of Rs.999/each. i have visited the HP bendtherules website and filled the form prescribed therein. however, on pressing the submit button (which i first did on 26th Oct & again on 28th Oct, 2014), there is no acknowledgement. neither have i recd the redemption code nor the order confirmation email as mentioned on the web site. in absence of same thereof, I am now unable to proceed further. the timeline of completion the registration process is 1st Nov, 2014 and the payment etc. on or before 20th Nov, 2014.                 This complaint is from KSREC, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. We are having fifty to sixty HP machines and presently we are facing Complaint booked many times and Ms. MAHA Electronics and Ms. NORTEK are coming and taking the call but could not identify the issue. We are loosing our time and presently two machines they could not identify the problem itself. It is very hard that we feel the support from HP is not upto the standard we had before. We are falling short in our targets as the new machines purchased are showing serious issues. Try to rectify the issues and the support should be made faster. It is not at all customer friendly now.

                  i have hp 16 gb 3.0 pendrive ... its not showing in laptop. i want to replace this pendrive but hp not giving me currect answer to replace. in jaipur and jodhpur i called all service center but any service center not replacing pendrive they all say we are woks only for pc& laptop. plz give me proper answer to replace pendrive or give me pen drive replacement service center detail. i purchased pendrive from flipkart.com. i have been attached copy of my bill.

                    Dear Sir, I have purchased 01 HP laptop model pavilion G6-2103 TU from Hp authorised center in Nehru Place New Delhi. My case ID is [protected] which is already open with HP help desk. Since this year Hard disk of my laptop is been replaced two times(one in feb2014 and again in Aug 2014) and now again in OCT 2014 hard disk crashed. I have already lost so much of important data twice in this year. Now HP again just want to replace my HARD drive which is a temporary solution of the problem. I spoke to their customer care and refused to have new hard drive as their is some serious manufacturing defect in this laptop and by changing hard drive again I will be facing same problem after few months. I requested HP to change my laptop and give me new one as My laptop is under extended waranty which is valid till 2015 march. But HP is not interested to change my laptop and just want temporary solution of changing hard drive. Sir please help me to have correct product as I have paid correct amount.                       Dear Sir, This is for your kind information that, I have purchased one HP Pavilion Laptop on 25/01/2014, From the date of purchase I am facing tremendous problems in this HP Product. I have made several complains. Every time your support team generates a new case and without rectifying, without taking any feed back they close the case just to increase their targets. I have not received any legal and genuine customer support from Hewlett Packard. Each and every time HP support team :- 1) sends some URL/ link and asks to follow the steps, resulting HP Pavilion still defective. 2) asks to run various test, resulting HP Pavilion still defective. 3) have even said you will not receive any support as you have crossed warranty period. Even when my purchase date is 25/01/2014. 4) visits the place, change HP parts like mother board, hard disc resulting HP Pavilion still defective. 5) calls in the morning and do not turn up in the said time. You are requested to replace the product and provide the customer a new and genuine HP product ASAP.                         I bought HP pavilion laptop 15-N003TX on 26.4.2014. I found some problem in board and bluetooth after some days, regarding which i complained customer care . But they did not responded properly. After complaining again and again they checked the laptop and told me that everything is fixed but after 2 days it had again bluetooth problem. still they are not responding properly after somany calls and visits i have made to their service centre. As it is still in warrenty period I want proper action against this behaviour.

                          Hp laptop is a very horrible product. I bought it 6 months back and it started creating problems! The keyboard doesn't work often and the screen doesn't respond to brightness touch and many other problems. Dell is way better than hp and being a college student hp laptop creates problem in my life. I am not able to do my work. I want my product to be replaced as soon as possible. My friend also has the same model and he has been to the hp center 12 times in a year. What kind of products is hp selling. This is very disappointing. I recommend all college students to avoid hp laptops at all costs. I don't want to make their life hell.

                            The printer was initially functioning well but after replacement of ink cartridge the ink level was not shown for both coloured and black ink. As a result it is not responding to any printing task.                               j error paper jam issue in hp deskjet ink advantage 2520hc printer

                              sir, , i have been complaining thrice time regarding same issue of paper jam in my deskjet inkadvantage 2520hc printer.i bought this product from patiala dated 19 nov 2013.but since i bought it i have been facing the problem. being within the warranty my device has been repaired by the company.after all again i have been going throug same issue.the company holds such a big reputation.but the product i recieved didnt go to satisfactory results.it...

                              Dear Sir The above mentioned laptop was purchased from fairdeal electronics, 26 A, K Block, Raja puri, Uttam Nagar, New Dealhi. on 19 january 2014 . The sales executive has explained us the additional offer of extended two years warenty by paying additional fee of Rs 1499/-. We have sent the cheque bearing no 798464 amounting to Rs 1499/- dated 20.01.2014 in favor of HP laptop, the cheque number mentioned above was cleared within three days but till today i havent received any letter of confirmation or e-mail from your office regarding the same .                                 it is unfortunate that i decided to go for a hp printer, 1005 laser jet from your dealer m/s computer vision napier town, jabalpur in m.p on21/10/14, but even after 3 days he is not sending anyone for installation and is behaving irresponssibly. even after my decision to return back the product he is least cared about the reputation of co. in view of above i request you to take necessary penal action against the dealer otherwise i would be constrained to take legal action.                                   My name is Nilesh Kothavade from Nagpur. I bought new hp 15-r014tx laptop on 15 aug, 2014. Display of that screen was damaged on 21 of aug. So I call to hp customer care for solving the problem. Then they asked for adp. Then I register for ADP and on 10 sep my adp was approved. Then my case id [protected] was register. On 18 sep engineer came and took the photograph of damaged screen. Then they doing nothing. I call them every day they said that we will come to you in 2 days and on 14th oct they close our case on15th oct they open new case [protected]. Again they close our case on 20 oct and open new case [protected]. Total 2 months completed for incident, but till they are not completed our work and not giving satisfied answer even I have adp.

                                    I have bought the new lab top of HP Pavilion Series with i5 processor and original window 8.1 dated on 15th Aug 14. Now its not working due to some problem about window recovery as confirmed by HP employee. From last fifteen days everyday i am talking with HP employee regarding my complaint on your complaint no.                                       I have applied for back to college offer for my HP i5 R014tx series notebook.I have made the payment offline totalling 1999+999=2998. but still i have not received any contents about my offer for Mcafee subcription, additional ADP, book my show and myntra. i have already complained at [protected]@redemptionsupport.com and no feedback has come from them.
