I bought HP Pavilion g6-2101Tx laptop on[protected] from Nehru Place, New Delhi. According to HP diwali offer they are giving a Nikon COOLPIX 16MP, 6 X optical Zoom Camera worth Rs 6,950/- on payment of Rs 2,499/-. But after purchase I found that there is no customer care number to whom I can contact to get status of my claim. There is only a site that updates status after 2-3 days. I wanted camera for diwali (as this offer is for diwali) that’s why I sent completed documents along with demand draft on[protected]. But now I am in dilemma of whether to go for new camera or wait for arrival of my gift as there is no one to whom I can contact. I have tried many times sending mail to [protected]@solutions-intg.com but it fails every time. I asked query to [protected]@solutions-intg.com but got no response. I also tried contacting customer care but that is also of no use.
I am very disappointed with HP’s after sale service. Can’t imagine HP’s services in other part of India after seeing it in a metropolitan city like Delhi.

HP — Complaint regarding after sales service.

Hi All,

I Ravi Sonwane, purchased a HP Compaq Laptop Model no - CQ45-137TX Serial number CND8293BQD on 10th January 2009 from BABA Computers Camp, Pune however the AC Adapter of this Laptop stopped working on Saturday 31st Jan 2009 so i visited HP service center SIMTECH COMPUTRONICS (P) LTD located at Kothrud on 2nd Feb 2009 where so called engineer checked the Laptop and informed that the Part will be available in Minimum 3 days and i was given case number [protected] and Token number as 10905. So as per the engineer's Statement i called on the 3rd day i.e 05/Feb/2009 at 12.30pm and i was informed on call that the Parts arrive at the service center after 1.30 pm and if the part comes i will be updated, i did not receive any update on that day. I called at 2.00pm on 6th Feb 2009 and the receptionist informed me that the part is unavailable and whenever it is available i will get it. Is this called a good after sales service???? Its not more then a month also and parts of this laptop are turning defective!!! I am unable to use this Laptop from last Monday!!! i purchased it as i needed it for my work, but now it is of no use!!! I can understand that it is a thing and can go bad, however i cant understand that why cant i get this Part????????? I spoke with a person at the service center who said that he is a Team Leader over there and said that there is Shortage of Adapters all over India, so does that means that HP has stopped manufacturing AC Adapters for this Laptops. I already own a laptop from HP and this is my second laptop from the same brand, however this aftersales service has put me off from buying HP Products. One more question on mine is IF HP CANNOT GIVE AFTERSALES SERVICE WHY IS HP SELLING THIS PRODUCT IN MARKET????????????

I understand the computer parts carry a one year warranty and July 31st, 2009 will be one year since the purchase of the Laptop, kindly reply before the warranty is terminated.

I purchased HP pavilion laptop with diwali offer for Nikon Camera, I got confirmation email that the cheque has been received and the status is approved but even after 25 days I have not received my gift nor any call or email from HP, Please accept my complaint.

      i have purchased a hp laptop on 24/10/2012 from croma centre southex newdelhi. Its serial no was HP G6-2103TU 38 CM. as per the criteria there was a offer of nikon coolpix with it which will be received after sending dd of rs 2500 and documents. . I have send dd of rs2500 , pan card copy, bill copy, cut of barcode sticker. but till today i have not received any reply. dd no is055131 . my redemption no. is 5330286.i have send by speed post on which my vill address was mentionbut i have registered my address of orissa where i study( where coolpix will be delivered). I request you to please overcome this problem.

            I had bought an hp pavilion m6 1005tx laptop and within 15 days it was giving many software problems. so i contacted the service center but they were unable to help. from last 40 days the laptop is with the service center and now they are not responsing properly. I am tired of going to the service center and calling the toll free. I want my laptop back. So plzzz help me out.
            two months ago i had a problem in my laptop nx6120 for this i give my laptop to service center varanasi they said it has a problem in mother board n repaired i works good for last two months but again some problem is coming now they are simply not entertaining me i dont know what to do

            HP — Laptop Problem

            I have submitted my laptop on 6th jan at ludhiana service centre,
            case ID [protected] and reported two problems, display and low backup.
            They have rectified display problem after 20 days but are not
            ready to resolve low backup problem. The laptop gives a backup of 50
            min. only whereas it was 2.5 hours when I purchased it. Backup shall not be less than 90 min in any case. I have written to them and loged complaints on website many times, even I have talked to company officials many times, but they only harass me and try to fool me. Please help me and guide me what to do?

            I purchased one HP Laptop (DV4 1211TU) two months back from Laptech solutions, Pune.
            Two weeks back I found some problem in the display screen as there are some lines in the bottom of the screen.
            I went to HP Authorized centre Vintech Electronic Systems Pvt Ltd,Pune to know the problem, as they told me that the display panel needs to be replaced and they commit me to get it after a week.
            But now its 2 weeks they people told me that the part is not available in the Hp stock.
            I contacted to HP India,they people just ignoring my mails and wont give any popsitive answer.
            Can you please let me know that what will i do ???

                I have bought hp g62103 tu from a hp dealer with serial no.5CD2312CYT.I have registered for redemption process to extend 2 year warranty @ Rs.1700.I have sent each & every required Document with the cheque of Rs.1700.
                The amount has been widrawed from my account but Still now even after 45 days , i haven' t got a single message or call. My redemption code is 5141936.

                      non delivery of laptop after DOA letter

                      I have purchased a laptop on 30 August 2012. After a while, it got some problems hence service center's engineer took it to service center on 25 th September. On 10 October, official DOA letter( attached along with mail) was issued on my mail and same was done on retailer email. I spoke to retailer on same day and he said he will deliver me the new laptop within 3-4 days. He did not keep his promise. Again...

                      hello,
                      i have purchased a hp laptop, model name:- pavillion g6 2136tx, on 07/09/2012, within 15 days of its use there was a problem of hard disk. i took help of hp service center and submitted my laptop to them. With a delay of one week they repaired my laptop and the hard disk got replaced. But now I'm facing audio problem, the sound quality is very poor and also poor battery back up( which is hardly 2:30hrs, which is less from the standard back up promised to me). and also the CAPS button is also not working properly. i am just fed up of new problems every few days, causing great trouble to me. Cannot tolerate this any more. Take a note of my issue and help me with a DOA Certificate as soon as possible so that i can get my laptop replaced with a new one.

                        there is a HP Officejet j3608 All-in-one Printer from last 3 years. from last 15 dasy printer is working properly i.e.printing very slowly. it aslo feed paper slowly also. i have load CD and unistalled all HP components from PC and then loan all drivers and neccessary componenets but yet today the same problem is not solved. pl tell us how it is possible.

                        HP - Officejet J3608 — Non Attending the Complaint by the Dealer

                        We have purchased One HP-Office Jet J 3608 form a Authorized dealer of Malda on[protected]. There was warranty of one year. The machine was out of order since Mid of July 2009. In spite of repetitive intimation of complain the dealer does not bother to visit the office to fix the problem, though the machine was on warranty. It was also informed that due to the break down of the machine we are facing the tremendous problem on our day-to-day business, but he did not pay heed on that.                           I purchased a laptop (HP-430) from my college side (United World school of business, Gurgaon). Everytime I am facing same issue with the display. When I did 1st complaint, HP engineer resolved the issue. But within a week of service, I faced again same issue. Now in the second complaint, HP engineer replaced mother board, again issue resolved. But again within a week of complaint, I faced same problem. Now this time your engineer replaced RAM. Again the issue resolved. Till this point, laptop is under warranty. I told to engineer, this issue has not been resolved but he ignored. Now again, I m facing same problem with display.

                          I fed up with the company's product and service.

                          Engineers are not skilled and not ready to solve the problem. Even their behavior is not up to the mark. Nobody is reliable.

                          Now you tell me what should I do?

Several calls, emails to grabmore customer care made. They keep telling stories but not able to ship the missing part or replacing the entire monitor.

                              hello sir,
                              I am yadvendra pratap singh, student of MNNIT allahabad .Last year i purcahsed one laptop HP-630 from Hp-Showroom.It was my first Laptop so at starting i was very happy to purchase this. when i purchase ,i found 1 year warranty.

                              Actually at starting i have no idea how much is battery backup and how much should it heat.
                              but after 6 month i suggest my friend to purchase HP-laptop. he purchase Hp-laptop.when he purchase hp laptop then i realize my laptop is much heating and battery backup of my laptop is less.
                              So i call to hp service center. they provide me online utility to chech battery health. when i run this software result shown by software is ok.so i told to them.so they told if softtware show status ok then we not provide the service.
                              But i was facing problem. I call them many time but every time they provide same software and every time software show status ok, and they did not provide service to me.
                              after 2 month my battery backup become very low and heatting problem incresses day by day. Again i call and lock the case for overheating problem . they provide service and change the fan sink,but my problem not remove. 2nd time i call then again then they again change the fan and not need to check other problem. They are nor agree may some other problem in laptop or they passing time when warranty period become expire .but this time also problem not remove,. so lock the case 3rd time . but this time they told Engineer will come and check in one week,but no one come and they close the case without informing me i call them then they told i am sorry for that and we send engineer please provide one week more time ,so i do ,but no one come and close case again without informing me. This process take two month time. after that i lock case at 4th time but this time also they close the case without informing me and told your warranty period over .

                              and not proving service. Now my bateery backup is very low not possible to work without cahger pulgin. and due to overheating it hang(stop working) and not possible to work.

                              so please provide suggestion to me what i do.

                              H.P. Laptop — low running battery

                              we purchased a HP laptop model dv4007AP 2 yrs back which had a low running battery right from the beginning. Initially the battery time was around 30 minutes which has come down to less than 10 minutes. Kindly look into the matter & suggest as to what can be done for the same.

                                I registered a complaint(Case No.- [protected]) on 19th September relating to my notebook HP Mini 110-3736 which is not working. After making repeated phone calls to Redington India a personnel turned up (1ST October) and after checking said that there is some issue with keyboard and that would be resolved soon.However it has been 9 days and I am yet to get my keyboard issue resolved.The most surprising part is that I got a mail from Hp India on 4th October that material has already been posted.However on calling Redington India personnel say that they have not received the material yet. With great regret I have to mention that this is not the service I expected from HP India.My notebook is well within warranty period and still I am facing so much trouble in getting it repaired.I am at a loss as my work is getting so much effected also I am unable to do any online transaction which was the main purpose of mine buying the HP notebook.I am really very disappointed with the kind of support been given to me by the company.It has been more than 20 days and still my netbook has not been repaired.Hope to get my issue resolved ASAP.

                                HP — Poor After sale Service

                                I purchased a Compaq Laptop in 7th Nov. 2007(Bill No.T3/2274) with utter trust of reliability on the Brand, the product was purchased from E-Zone Electrocnics Indore. To utter shock, laptop HDD became faulty in Dec. 2007 itself which was replaced in 14 days of time.. Further it was giving little problem which the service centre guy use to resolve on timely basis but in Nov. 2008 its motherboard got faulty and I again deposited the same at Service centre on 6th Nov.2008.. I am still waiting for My laptop from the service centre office, every day I go and check with Service centre people but the procastinate each time and saying that the delay is from head office. Its been more than 1 and half months I've yet not recd the Laptop, because of which My daily work is disturbed, My productivity has gone down hell lot of time is wasted because of every day visit at service centre. This month is My promotion month and just because of this laptop episode, I might fail to hit My target. Its really ridicoulus that No body is giving heed to customer.
                                This would be my last attempt to get this Laptop back thru company's internal process, I will wait for 2 more days, if no support and no reply, I am bound to take Media and Consumer Forum help both.
                                Plz look into the matter on priority and revert back to me asap.

                                    I have purchase a laptop (serial number : 5CD21952K2, PRODUCT NO - B6U28PA#ACJ, PRODUCT NAME - HP PAVILLION G6 NETEBOOK PC) on 08/09/2012. At the time of purchasing deater were infomed that his battery backup is more than 2 and half hours. But his battery backup is very poor (i.e only 01 and half hour without working condition). Accordingly I was lodge a complaint in HP office (complaint No -[protected]) for replacement of battery but HP company without solve my problems he has stopped my complaint. Hence you are requested to kindly look in the matter and direct to HP company to replace my laptop battery at the earliest please.
