Hi Sir,

I have bought my hp pavilion dm1 laptop from hp world geonet mall.

Within 7 day it have some issue and i lodge a complained and simtech service centre have declared tech. issue and go to replace with new.

and hp manager have given DOA letter for replacement But distributor have not same laptop and denies to give my laptop and money with wages.

I am run behind hp service center here and there but no one ready to listing my issue.My purchase date is 2052012.

Still my money used by hp and ..why they ere doing this i have no idea.

    I have purchased laptop 11 months ago . Since one month it is not getting fully charged. When I have opened hp support assistant and performed battery check it is giving the status ok . there are also no loose connections . and also my laptop has i5 intel core but then also it is not running fast it is taking so much time to open.I wish you would kindly help us by changing some parts and making my laptop working sucessfully.

      1. I am Lt Col C Ravindra Reddy. I Purchased a HP-Pavilion Notebook G6-1201TX (QG470PA#ACJ) on 24 Dec 2011. While involved in procurement of IT equipment, I thought, HP was known for solid engineering and reliability. And in fact, HP touts “A reputation for quality and reliability” as part of its brand promise.

      2. But my personal experience has been different, as I have had to send my HP Laptop in for repair (or replacement) for three times, and that I have personally invested about a lot of my own time working with HP tech support team to try to work through various issues in order to end up with a stable, correctly configured system.

      3. The following are my complaint Ids:-
      (a) [protected]
      (b) [protected]
      (c) [protected]
      (d) [protected]
      (e) [protected]

      4. The problem with the system is two fold;
      (a) It shuts down on its own and it restarts. No error messages are displayed. There is no set pattern for this to happen. It may happen twice or thrice a day and sometimes does not happen even for week.
      (b) The other problem is that, the display becomes flickering and the system hangs. The only solution is switch off the system. The frequency of this occurrence is again unpredictable as above.

      5. My system began showing these Problems shortly after purchase. Initially, the tech support team of HP tried to on-line diagnosis. All permutations and combinations such as system recovery, memory check or hard disk formatting were tried out with no results. Then the mother board was replaced. But no improvement in the functioning of the system was noticed as the above problems persisted. So I took it for repairing to customer support system, Syntech Pvt Ltd Located in Pune, India. They kept the system for observation for three to four days and detected no fault. Same thing continued for next three months. They take it for observation and return with no results.

      6. As a result the laptop could not be used for which it was purchased.

      7. The center supervisor Mr Umesh told me that this definitely is a faulty system. They were just taking the system for observation every time and did little to rectify the fault. They noticed flickering of screen while they had kept laptop with them for observation but did not notice shutting down. But it is evident as the frequency of this occurrence is unpredictable.

      8. Now they want again take the system for observation which I protested as I feel, they want spend time till warranty period expires. I am insisting on replacement of the unit as I can not endlessly keep leaving my system with customer support system. Already it is looking a second hand system.

      9. Please help me out and suggest way out.

        i have purchase laptop on 7/5/12 on 2 or 3 day i found this problem i have done many time phone in the service canter of hp but they told me pls send the spnce short of your screen but i told them i donot know how to do than they told me pls go to service canter in service canter they told me we will give u replay in 2 days but no replay has came than i done phone than they told your case hase been closed now we will file a new case than they told me eng. will come at your home but after two days the eng. mr. rohit has came he told me i will try for doa but after 4 days i have not received any replay i done phone than they told me your doa has been not proved now u have to pay but still i have not received qutaction after 5 days i have rec, 10, 989/- than i recactade than they told me we will give u discount than on today at 6/6/12 i have rec.8289/- qutaction but i am not readay to pay i think in 1 month they r doing chiting with me so in 1 year what they will help me i think i should do something i[censored] can give me any suggaction to do fight with tham so pls give on my email id

            Purchased a HP laptop with Seriall No. 5CD148101J on 23.03.2012 from Computronic Engineers, Nagercoil. On getting information from the company site regarding two year additional guarantee against the payment of Rs.1133/- I sent the DD for Rs.1133/- along with the copy of bill, wrapper detailing the barcode of serial no. product no, copy of id proof on 02.04.2012 to the HP redemption cell, New Delhi on 02.04.2012 through Speed Post. But no reply so far. I have not been provided with any kind of documents for the additional insurance from the company. I feel I have been cheated by the company as well by their dealers.

                My name is Saptarshi Roy. I had purchased a HP Compaq Presario V3000 laptop amounting to Rs. 37,000 from a local personal computer retailer on 27/09/2007. The unit came with a factory warranty for 1 year which expired on 26/09/2008. A month after the factory warranty expired, I saw that the laptop had no display at all, however, the leds on the front panel were glowing but were not responsive. I could hear the fan running inside and the DVD...

                Below is my one sided communication to HP. Hope you can do something.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                This is my fourth and final reminder about my claim status. If I wont get reply within 2 days I am going to file a case in consumer court. It is not about money but it is about harassment and cheating. Please let me know my claim status as it is very frustrating not recieved even after 25 days, the time specifically given by you(HP). It is giving feel of being cheated.

                Earlier I was glad to know that HP is giving gifts as a promotional programme. I submitted my details and claimed for the same on 27 April 2012. But not received items yet or any further communication. So I like to know my claim or delivery status.

                  I bought a HP LAPTOP, model- g6 1200-TU, on Feb'12 from Khosla Electronics, Kolkata. But the bagpack which is given to me is very poor quality and this is not that bagpack which is originaly comes with this series Laptop. Whereas my one of the friend bought that same series on three weeks ago, got that 'awasome' bagpack which I want. Also my colleague on my recommendation bought the same series 2 week later and get that Bag pack. I called up on your Help Desk no, also send a e-mail, but their is no response from your side.

                  I'm a first time buyer of your brand & frankly speaking the experience is not good.

                  So Sir/Madam, I'm very much greatfull to you, if you kindly look after to this matter as soon as possible.

                    I bought an HP PAVILION DV6-3217TU Batch-CNF10842W1 on 13-June-2011. For past few weeks i was facing some problems with my laptop such as usual hanging problems, non workable without charging and shut down due to over heating so i approached inTarvo Technologies ltd. (address- G-7/B, PATEL NAGAR-III, Ghaziabad) on 25-May-2012 . I was told all my problems will b solved either by Saturday or Monday i.e 28-May-2012. At the time of submitting my laptop to the service centre i asked the officials to call me for any kind of discrepancy or unsolved problem but i didn't receive a single phone call from them instead i had to call them regarding the matter. When i took checked my laptop i saw a major problem unsolved which was earlier justified to be solved, so i enquired about the same and the officials present there gave me 3 different replies for the same.
                    AS A CONSUMER WE HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO ASK ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND HOW IT OCCURED but the service providers failed to do so.
                    Later in the evening today i found the major issue of hanging which was said to be solved was unsolved.
                    I am really regretting to buy HP and would suggest others not to go for HP.

                      1.TO start with a postive note i was very happy when my husband gifted me with a pc even though i already had a desk top ( HP product ) but was lazy to go to the first floor to use it.
                      2. secondly i am happy that hopefully that i can get in touch with you and i do hope that u can help me
                      3.I got got a pavilion dv6 3208Tx notebook pc 32 ( bit )which i upgraded to ( 64 bit - )i was advised to do so because of my apple phone on[protected].
                      4.I am not very computer savy and about a couple of months later i started facing some problems and used HP support chat which started with with by first
                      stating my problem which i could not explain in technical details then as per system my data was transfed to HP.
                      5. They asked me to find the issue which i was unable to find because i did not know what to do and what to look for ( they told me to tap f8 , f 5 , f 8 )

                      6. They insisted that unless i found the issue they cannot help.
                      7.All i can say is that had they given me help then my pc would not have crashed which happened over 2 weeks back i informed microsoft and HP .
                      8. I recovered the pc to factory settings about which i again informed HP and Microsoft asking for advice as to what to do next.
                      9. I agreed to even pay for the support but they send me help sites again where i am lost as to what to do.
                      10.Right now i feel that the pc is unstable or i am using a double pc.
                      11.I have never had to use the word please as much as i have used with HP chat support infact once i was advised by chat support to call up phone support regarding my problem so that i could speak in hindi.
                      12.worst news for me i realized a couple of days back that office 2010 is not working and i do not have the key i am being told by HP tech that it was a trail version and
                      inform them that outlook was working even up to the time it crashed then i am told that it is microsoft problem and microsoft says that it is HP problem i clearly stated to them that i am no happy to be used as a shuttle cock in their blame game
                      then i was told by the HP tech that the dealer could have given some kind of a special deal when we purchased it.
                      13.I informed them that i am prepared to lose a pc which cost 36,ooo ( not sure ) but not my self respect .
                      14.I got your details from my husband today and wanted to inform u about the mistake made by buying a windows 7 pc HP pavilion dv6 3208Tx

                        My HP printer will only print when it wants to print. The rest of the time, it will spit out a sheet of blank paper. It goes through ink like a thirsty man in the desert. Given the experience I've had with this printer, along with every HP computer I've owned, I will NEVER buy another HP product ever again!!!!!!!!!! We currently have 4 computers in the household, and have had computers in our house since 1990. We use both PC and MAC products. We are not newbies when it comes to electronics. It is not user error - it is simply a poorly made product. HP needs to stick to a few products and do them well instead of cheaply making hundreds of products that are just that - cheaply made products that fall apart close to or soon after the warranty expires.

                            I have new purchased printer HP laser-jet 400 color M451nw. the product cartridge is not available from HP. i raised numbers calls and complaints but there is no positive reply from hp desk.i kept the printer idle for the past 2 weeks due to stock. sill they didn't confirm the stock.

                            HP — Laser colour jet

                            We happen to be unfortunate owners of a HP colour Laserjet2600N bought at a handsome Rs17, 500/-.
                            We had sent it on Thursday 11.12.08 to Redington because the printing was non aligned and paper pickup problem. Sonali at Redington had said it would cost us Rs.150/- for checking what the problem was and we would have to send it to their address since it was out of warranty. We agreed to send it and specifically instructed her to get the machine checked then and there and report and return the machine, since we didn't intend to leave it at their works.

                            Inspite of it we were asked to leave the machine and to contact today. Today the machine was released after we had to cough up Rs750/- for cleaning it seems. (instead of earlier quoted Rs.150/-). What cleaning ? The machine has been used sparingly and kept dust free all along. Used properly single handedly. The problems still remains.The cleaned machine has gained new scratches on the exterior shows mistreatment of the machine while it was lying at your works .Sachin who says his role is to clean the machine and charge Rs.750/- If the machine is to be made workable we have to change the scanner and many other parts about which there is no report.
                            We have spent Rs.1000/- odd more for nothing. Rs.200 each time and man hours to send the machine one day and to bring back after 2 days.

                            HP Products are costly and and substandard. There is no after Sales interaction. Meanwhile the warranty runs out. and the so called appointed service stations also are out to dupe customers.

                            We need refund and a report on what the problem and what parts need to be changed and at what cost ?

                              I purchased my laptop from Hp showroom, Jhansi in August 2011..Within 1 year many hardware issues came like time and date battery is not working, charging battery not working , display screen disappears and internet connectivity problems..Every time they say that the viaos is not updated...I asked them to replace this model with another one but they havent taken any step till yet ..I want you to help me in getting this product returned..as I have wasted my money as well as my time in getting these issues resolved..I have report of all the problems which came during this year..

                              I purchased laptop, model Pavilion g6 1201 Tx from Hp showroom, Allahabad.within 4 Months got one side speaker not responding with sound. I had lodged complaint through on dated 05.07.2012 complaint no. [protected], but till date neither respond from your side many nor any body conact me for this issue.
                              Please look into the issue and such a reputed product getting very slow response.

                              I purchased a laptop HP G42 intel i5 one and half year ago, but my laptop had many software and hardware problems, such as malfunction of keyboard, ihave change the screen, change the DVD writer .moreover its speed gone worse than the old processors.please respond to my request and complaint.

                                I, Satish Eknath Khot, staying at Type-III Qrt. No. 10, Block-A, CPWD Colony, Bunglow No. 17, Telangkhedi Road, Civil Lines, Nagpur-440 001 have purchased a HP Laptop Product No. A9R40PA Serial No. 5CD1504WK2 from Micro World Computers, Opp. Ghulam Building, Residency Road, Sadar, Nagpur-440 001 on 14th April, 2012 vide Tax Invoice No. CR/12-13/0544 dated 14.04.2012. As per HP's advertisement in the 'Times of India', Nagpur edition dated 7th April, 2012 I purchased this product as HP had claimed that it is offering extended warranty on this product for another two years on payment of Rs. 1133/-. Accordingly my dealer viz. Micro World Computers have sent a Demand Draft No. 58408 dated 18.04.2012 for Rs. 1133/- drawn on the Canara Bank, Sadar Branch in the name of M/s. Solutions Integrated Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi on the same day and assured me that within 8 to 10 working days I'll receive the extended warranty documents for my product. But even after three weeks, I have not heard anything either from the Dealer nor from you regarding the extended warranty. Kindly look into the matter and inform me.                                   I have purchased a HP Pavilion G4 1326 TU Laptop from the HP IT WORLD, EXPRESS AVENUE, Shop No : 303, 2nd floor, # 49/50, Whites Road, Royapettah, Chennai - 600002, Ph no[protected]/90 on 29.04.12, invoice no : 298. The employee at the store told me that I will get an extended warranty of 1 more year on this product if I register it by the next day by paying 1133INR more. I purchased the laptop then & there, but I was very upset when next morning they informed me that the offer is not available on that particular product and it was a wrong commitment by them. If I have to extend the warranty for 1 more year, then I have to pay 4,500INR extra and 6100INR for 2 more years. Kindly suggest me, what I should do now.

                                    I am sudhanshu Kumar . On 16th Of April 2012. I Purchased Hp Dv6 Series 7010tx Laptop @Rs. 58,400. from Mahi Computers in Patna. From 1st day my laptop get over heated ,thermal shutdown, not supported full screen games, rattling speaker sound. After this i contacted hp care but m not getting satisfactory answer from hp. Then i requested for DOA of my Laptop. Hp provided DOA letter to me and i submitted with Laptop and purchased Bill to HP Dealer. After submitted they are not taking any on this. When asked about this every time they said 'stock is unavailable' and finally refused to replace the defective laptop.

                                      I have given my HP Laptop (Model No.- DV5-1104TV, Sr. No. - CNF8491PG1) for servicing of
                                      problem screen blinking problem dated 11/02/2012. But the problem was sorted temporarily. After one month , the problem was reoccured. when we went to complain about this to HP service centre in Noida branch address:

                                      ELITE BUSINESS MACHINES PVT. LTD.
                                      B-106, SECTOR-64, NOIDA 301201 (U.P.)

                                      they again asked for the service charge (500/- ) and given the very negative response.

                                      This screen blinking problem is very general in the HP DV5 Modal laptop. My some friends also suffer this issue in their laptop.

                                      I have told them that problem was occurring from the next day of servicing but i was out of station. i was try to call to the office number. But the Telephone number was not reachable. that's why i was not able to complain that time.

                                      When i have to meet the service manager, he was response very aggressively and he was not listen us and argued that we could impose some extra charge when we servicing the laptop. This shows their service is totally fake.
