I am Sangam kumar working in Okaya Engery systems pvt ltd. I brought a printer behalf of Okaya energy with model HP office jet pro 8600 series from Delhi. We shown this printer to your HP service center and that they returned to me my product after customer care observation they returned the printer to me and say go to other service station for reparing , after that i write a mail to you. please suggest to us what should i do.

For easilly solution i requested to you please send your technical representative to this address for reparing the printer.

HP Officejet Printer — HP Officejet Printer Not working

Purchase HP Officejet Printer L7380 Batch: Mrn K-702, Sr No.SMY750521CI on 30th April 2008 from M/s The Trade & Technology Pvt Ltd, 304/305, Sikkim Commerce House, 4/1, Middleton Street, Kolkata - 700071(W.B) - complaint several time for repair - as the same has not been working till date nor any action has yet been taken - I therefore request your gtoodself to take up the matter and solve my problem immediately.

    HP Printers — Printer Not changed

    I m working with Bafna Motors (M) Pvt. Ltd.
    this has happen with me when after hours of meeting for the network printer with my boss, I got the approval to purchase the printer, When I purchase the printer some six months back they committed tat the printer Model: HP Laserjet M1120n MFP. is a network printer and it has the feature tat it can scan and copy.But as per the instruction I have configured the printer in the network and when I tried to scan from network it was just not possible, I looged the complaint with Hp, they call centre girl told me tat let me do some research on it wat kind I don't know and even lots of Toll free no has been given to me, firstly stating tat for this printer service is not provided on this toll free. Then I spoke with my vendor and he gave me a no. of HP employee and when I screwed him, he took me on concall other superior and and said to mail the complaint so tat he can send it to the concerned service centre and them the person from Redington(Vashi) came took the printer and kept with them for a month, after serveral followup they returned me the printer along with him a Enginneer name Mr. Bhaskaran came for my rescue and gave a excuse tat the problem is of my Network and the printer is perfect, then I loosed my temper and again I have repeat the process for him. then he says "see I m not the network engineer so cannot solve ur problem", then why the hell he was in my premises I don't know, then again I hav to followup with all the officials now they said tat we will take the printer back. till date not a single person has turned back to do so..
    The printer is still in my office, What a committment towards Job...

After that i have couriered all required documents along with the cheque to your office address in New Delhi - 110020.I sent all the document on the date[protected].

      Have not yet received the acknowledgement that was supposed to be sent from your side within 2 days of receipt of all documents. Eagerly waiting for your reply

        I would like to share my grievance I am facing from HP (Hewlett Packard):-

        I have purchased one workstation machine “HP-XW4550” on 18th June 2008 from Embee Software Pvt. Ltd. (Authorized dealer of HP) with 3 years onsite warranty. Being a branded machine, I expected excellent efficiency & after sales service.

        I am very much displeased with the performance and after sales service of HP and seems to me that they are totally deceiving the customers.

        Though the machine used very rarely, even then we find the machine is not user friendly. Most of the time giving trouble, hardware wise as well as software wise (OS).

        No doubt to say that we are not at all happy with the machine supplied by HP. In the last four years almost we are compelled to call the service engineer no. of times in spite of our very minimum use of the machine, since we never felt comfortable with it.

        The following case studies would cite as good examples of the pathetic service HP has provided us:-

        1. On 11th July 2011, the Motherboard of my workstation was not functioning properly. The HP guys diagnosed the problem and replaced the Motherboard with another one. However to my surprise, I found that the replaced Motherboard is a recycled (repaired) and NOT a Newly Box Packed one. My question is how a company like HP provides a recycled (repaired) Motherboard instead of a new one when my workstation was under the warranty period.

        2. On 8th May 2012, we again faced a major issue on the Workstation. When contacted the authorized service center (Embee Software Pvt. Ltd.), they diagnosed the system and informed that the motherboard has to be replaced again and slapped a Rs. 22,000/- quotation on us. When contacted regarding this issue directly to HP, the concerned person Mr. Rahamatullah informed that a new Box Packed motherboard will be provided to us. However as a contradictory statement, the Redington (India) Limited (another authorized service center) personnel told us that a recycled Motherboard would be given.
        I fail to understand that why should I take a recycled motherboard when I am shelling a good amount of money for that?? Why should a company like HP befool its customers by providing a second hand motherboard & that too taking money for that?

        Therefore, as a conclusion to my incident, I would advise the readers of this post to take utmost precaution while purchasing a system from HP.

        Hewlett Packard — motherboard failure

        I have purchsed HP Pavilion tx1100 in September 2007.
        In last 18 months I needed to chage the mother board 2 times.
        It is the worst notebook I have ever used..My Earlier Toshiba is working for 5 years without even a battery change.
        on my father' mobile we receive a msg. That congrate u have won gbp-400000.00 in hewlette packard mobile draw for claims contact mr. Martins i want to know that what is the meaning of this msg. Is it of hp or any kind of fraud

              Two months back my HP Deskjet Printer f 735 was sent to the service center for problem of lot of noise when the printer was started. All other function was normally working except for the noise when the unit was put on. The same was rectified by changing the paper feed carriage & I was charged Rs.1250.00 for the same. Now just after 2 months the same problem has arisen & I was again charged Rs.1000=00 for the same & was told that the gurantee was for only one month from the date of repairs. I now fail to understand as to how when the whole carriage assembly was changed & no repair work done on the parts then how can the same problem arise. Is this the quality of the assembly that they supply which lasts only 2 months.

                Recently I came to know , that this offer is valid within 7 days from the date of purchase, but unfortunately i am not fulfilling this condition, please help me by wave-off this condition and extend the warranty of my notebook under the pack of Rs. 1133/- (999+Tax) for two years extended warranty .

                  I have bought my hp pavilion dm1 laptop from hp world geonet mall.

                  Within 7 day it have some issue and i lodge a complained and simtech service centre have declared tech. issue and go to replace with new.

                  and hp manager have given DOA letter for replacement But distributor have not same laptop and denies to give my laptop and money with wages.

                  I am run behind hp service center here and there but no one ready to listing my issue.My purchase date is 2052012.

                  Still my money used by hp and ..why they ere doing this i have no idea.

                      1. I am Lt Col C Ravindra Reddy. I Purchased a HP-Pavilion Notebook G6-1201TX (QG470PA#ACJ) on 24 Dec 2011. While involved in procurement of IT equipment, I thought, HP was known for solid engineering and reliability. And in fact, HP touts “A reputation for quality and reliability” as part of its brand promise.

                      2. But my personal experience has been different, as I have had to send my HP Laptop in for repair (or replacement) for three times, and that I have personally invested about a lot of my own time working with HP tech support team to try to work through various issues in order to end up with a stable, correctly configured system.

                      3. The following are my complaint Ids:-
                      (a) [protected]
                      (b) [protected]
                      (c) [protected]
                      (d) [protected]
                      (e) [protected]

                      4. The problem with the system is two fold;
                      (a) It shuts down on its own and it restarts. No error messages are displayed. There is no set pattern for this to happen. It may happen twice or thrice a day and sometimes does not happen even for week.
                      (b) The other problem is that, the display becomes flickering and the system hangs. The only solution is switch off the system. The frequency of this occurrence is again unpredictable as above.

                      5. My system began showing these Problems shortly after purchase. Initially, the tech support team of HP tried to on-line diagnosis. All permutations and combinations such as system recovery, memory check or hard disk formatting were tried out with no results. Then the mother board was replaced. But no improvement in the functioning of the system was noticed as the above problems persisted. So I took it for repairing to customer support system, Syntech Pvt Ltd Located in Pune, India. They kept the system for observation for three to four days and detected no fault. Same thing continued for next three months. They take it for observation and return with no results.

                      6. As a result the laptop could not be used for which it was purchased.

                      7. The center supervisor Mr Umesh told me that this definitely is a faulty system. They were just taking the system for observation every time and did little to rectify the fault. They noticed flickering of screen while they had kept laptop with them for observation but did not notice shutting down. But it is evident as the frequency of this occurrence is unpredictable.

                      8. Now they want again take the system for observation which I protested as I feel, they want spend time till warranty period expires. I am insisting on replacement of the unit as I can not endlessly keep leaving my system with customer support system. Already it is looking a second hand system.

                      9. Please help me out and suggest way out.

                            Purchased a HP laptop with Seriall No. 5CD148101J on 23.03.2012 from Computronic Engineers, Nagercoil. On getting information from the company site regarding two year additional guarantee against the payment of Rs.1133/- I sent the DD for Rs.1133/- along with the copy of bill, wrapper detailing the barcode of serial no. product no, copy of id proof on 02.04.2012 to the HP redemption cell, New Delhi on 02.04.2012 through Speed Post. But no reply so far. I have not been provided with any kind of documents for the additional insurance from the company. I feel I have been cheated by the company as well by their dealers.

                                My name is Saptarshi Roy. I had purchased a HP Compaq Presario V3000 laptop amounting to Rs. 37,000 from a local personal computer retailer on 27/09/2007. The unit came with a factory warranty for 1 year which expired on 26/09/2008. A month after the factory warranty expired, I saw that the laptop had no display at all, however, the leds on the front panel were glowing but were not responsive. I could hear the fan running inside and the DVD...

                                Below is my one sided communication to HP. Hope you can do something.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                This is my fourth and final reminder about my claim status. If I wont get reply within 2 days I am going to file a case in consumer court. It is not about money but it is about harassment and cheating. Please let me know my claim status as it is very frustrating not recieved even after 25 days, the time specifically given by you(HP). It is giving feel of being cheated.

                                Earlier I was glad to know that HP is giving gifts as a promotional programme. I submitted my details and claimed for the same on 27 April 2012. But not received items yet or any further communication. So I like to know my claim or delivery status.

                                  I bought a HP LAPTOP, model- g6 1200-TU, on Feb'12 from Khosla Electronics, Kolkata. But the bagpack which is given to me is very poor quality and this is not that bagpack which is originaly comes with this series Laptop. Whereas my one of the friend bought that same series on three weeks ago, got that 'awasome' bagpack which I want. Also my colleague on my recommendation bought the same series 2 week later and get that Bag pack. I called up on your Help Desk no, also send a e-mail, but their is no response from your side.

                                  I'm a first time buyer of your brand & frankly speaking the experience is not good.

                                    I bought an HP PAVILION DV6-3217TU Batch-CNF10842W1 on 13-June-2011. For past few weeks i was facing some problems with my laptop such as usual hanging problems, non workable without charging and shut down due to over heating so i approached inTarvo Technologies ltd. (address- G-7/B, PATEL NAGAR-III, Ghaziabad) on 25-May-2012 . I was told all my problems will b solved either by Saturday or Monday i.e 28-May-2012. At the time of submitting my laptop to the service centre i asked the officials to call me for any kind of discrepancy or unsolved problem but i didn't receive a single phone call from them instead i had to call them regarding the matter. When i took checked my laptop i saw a major problem unsolved which was earlier justified to be solved, so i enquired about the same and the officials present there gave me 3 different replies for the same.
                                    AS A CONSUMER WE HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO ASK ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND HOW IT OCCURED but the service providers failed to do so.
                                    Later in the evening today i found the major issue of hanging which was said to be solved was unsolved.
                                    I am really regretting to buy HP and would suggest others not to go for HP.

                                      1.TO start with a postive note i was very happy when my husband gifted me with a pc even though i already had a desk top ( HP product ) but was lazy to go to the first floor to use it.
                                      2. secondly i am happy that hopefully that i can get in touch with you and i do hope that u can help me
                                      3.I got got a pavilion dv6 3208Tx notebook pc 32 ( bit )which i upgraded to ( 64 bit - )i was advised to do so because of my apple phone on[protected].
                                      4.I am not very computer savy and about a couple of months later i started facing some problems and used HP support chat which started with with by first
                                      stating my problem which i could not explain in technical details then as per system my data was transfed to HP.
                                      5. They asked me to find the issue which i was unable to find because i did not know what to do and what to look for ( they told me to tap f8 , f 5 , f 8 )

                                      6. They insisted that unless i found the issue they cannot help.
                                      7.All i can say is that had they given me help then my pc would not have crashed which happened over 2 weeks back i informed microsoft and HP .
                                      8. I recovered the pc to factory settings about which i again informed HP and Microsoft asking for advice as to what to do next.
                                      9. I agreed to even pay for the support but they send me help sites again where i am lost as to what to do.
                                      10.Right now i feel that the pc is unstable or i am using a double pc.
                                      11.I have never had to use the word please as much as i have used with HP chat support infact once i was advised by chat support to call up phone support regarding my problem so that i could speak in hindi.
                                      12.worst news for me i realized a couple of days back that office 2010 is not working and i do not have the key i am being told by HP tech that it was a trail version and
                                      inform them that outlook was working even up to the time it crashed then i am told that it is microsoft problem and microsoft says that it is HP problem i clearly stated to them that i am no happy to be used as a shuttle cock in their blame game
                                      then i was told by the HP tech that the dealer could have given some kind of a special deal when we purchased it.
                                      13.I informed them that i am prepared to lose a pc which cost 36,ooo ( not sure ) but not my self respect .
                                      14.I got your details from my husband today and wanted to inform u about the mistake made by buying a windows 7 pc HP pavilion dv6 3208Tx
