I had purchased a Note book PC Pavillion 14-dh1011TU vide Order No CHNCO826793 under student scheme offered by HP India in July 2020 and the same is guaranteed/warranted for 3 years (1+2 Years extended warranty) i.e. upto July 2023. Not responding properly and not picking call and very less educated in engineers my laptop is not working and any person is not responding and it is already 15 days very poor kind of service from you and engineer make more problem in my laptop after repainting engineers number is +[protected]

    It's been less than 6 months we purchased this laptop but display got damaged on its own without dropping/ Falling or anything.
    Please need a repair of the display or replacement.

      Hi

      My HP laptop hinge(joint) near the start button is broken. i want to repair the same. i tried to check for the hp contact number in the website . the no . displayed like [protected] [protected] are not working all other no are bangalore number. i am located in chennai and need some authorised hp person to walk in to assist.

      pls remove the above no from the website.

              Do you people have misunderstood the consumer or Do you guys think that the customer has a lot of time or have you mastered in making the consumer mad?

              If you want to resolve my complaint then do it, otherwise tell me clearly that we are unable to do it, so I proceed further to the consumer forum, why I call you again & again and wasting my time.

              Daily one of your executives told me that sir your issue is escalated...

              I purchased HP AIO 24-df0000a model for my business use. I am a stock trader. Since the date of purchase, this pc is showing signs of crashing when we save Microsoft office file or when we start the pc. When using it also, It hangs in between during my trading times. I have incurred huge losses because of the crashing. I have made videos also when the system crashed or not working. I have to restart the computer atleast twice in a day. I need replacement of this defective product

                Recently, I bought 4 HP Laptops for my Call Center and when I connected USB microphone with the laptop, two of them were working and two of them are not working. I tried several updates. Removed the headphone driver and re-install it, but nothing works for me. So, I tried connecting to the HP Support center, and they told me to update the BIOS of the system. I updated it but not helped me. After that I contacted HP WhatsApp support team, the message from their said is like a joke... They keep saying it is the problem with the external device ... They mean the headphone. I connected the headphone with other laptops, and it is working fine. I sent them a video to understand what is the problem, but even they are saying "we are not supporting external devices". 4 Laptops of same brand and 2 of them are not taking USB microphone, and they are blaming the USB microphone that works with other two laptops. Bad service from an reputed company called HP.

                    Please refer to case id [protected] which was raised on Sep 2nd 2021 for replacement of poor quality back cover owing to which my new laptop's hinge gave away. I have been struggling everyday to use this laptop and am desparately hoping that HP would take quick action and resolve this issue at the earliest.

                    I am a premium hp laptop user. I registered a complaint on 31st july and it was found there is some issue with the motherboard as my laptop is in warranty they should get it fixed but instead of that they are asking me to pay 43, 000 Rs to get it fixed. Since then i called them several times to lower the price they always say they'll look into it but no action has been taken and i get no updates from their end on this issue.                         I have purchased laptop in October 2019 HP pavilion 15csxxx.
