    I bought a hp laptop and also buy additional hp care package.
    Just after a month my laptop screen Damage accidentally and it should coverd in hp care package. But Service hp they didn't response me since 20 days
    I submitted laptop to service center even they didn't pick my call or pick after hear my voice they cut call either there manager do this. It's very loss for my work and education
    Kindly repair as soon as possible under care package

        I purchased a HP ENVY Laptop 14-eb0019TX from the official HP website on or around November 8 for INR 1.05 lakhs, and it was delivered to me on or around November 10, 2021. Inside of 2 weeks o[censored]sing this laptop, the microphone on apps such as Zoom and MS Teams stopped working. Given I had purchased this laptop for work purposes, this was a very serious defect in the product as around 50% of my work-day is spent on Zoom/ Teams calls. This was truly disappointing, given the product was brand new and extremely expensive.

        I contacted the online HP support team on November 29 to try and resolve this issue and followed all steps recommended by them, including downloading and installing some drivers. As per the instructions of the HP support team, I switched off my computer and tried restarting it after installation of the drivers recommended by them. However, to my utter dismay, the laptop did not switch on. I flagged this to the support team ASAP, however after relentless following up for 4 working days, HP finally sent a technician to my house yesterday (December 2). I was then informed by the technician that the motherboard has blown up due to a short circuit and it will need to be repaired. I demanded that I do not want a "refurbished" laptop inside of a month of purchasing a brand new one, and that HP should be replacing this defective laptop. This is the only resolution to my mind since the issue happened solely because of the steps and instructions given to me by HP team itself (and not because of any mistake or error at my end). I have chat records with the online HP support team to prove all this. Why should I, as a customer, be penalised for a defective product and deficiency in service by HP? All I am asking is that I should be provided with a new laptop (and not a refurbished one) because had it not been for inherent machine issues and incompetent service by HP customer care, this issue would have never arisen in the first place.

        I am disappointed to state that my replacement request was summarily dismissed and rejected without any valid justification. The only reason I was provided was that more than 14 days have lapsed since the purchase so it cannot be replaced. But one needs to be logical here and see the root cause of the issue! I am not trying to swindle HP or make any money through this. If anything, I am genuinely and truly aggrieved and harassed with this entire experience. I believe what I am asking for (i.e. a replacement) is well and truly justified for the reasons set out above.

          I bought HP Laptop on 8 november 2021. and from 16 november 2021 i am facing issue regarding front camera. i contact hp customer support at 16 nov 2021 they solve my issue by doing some troubleshoot process i.e. recovery method, then on 25 november 2021 i start facing this issue again and i contact them and then again they did their troubleshoot process, then on 26 november 2021 again this issue occur then again they did troubleshoot process or whatever, then on 29 november 2021 again there was issue in my camera then again they want me to do their troubleshoot process and then on 1 dec 2021, 2 december 2021, 3 december 2021 i am facing this issue again and again still it doesnt get resolved. I asked them many times to replace my laptop because it even didnt crosses 1 month and within 1 month it start creating this issue. I am student and my exams are going on but everytime they only asked me to do this troubleshoot process that troubleshoot process each and evrytime making false promises that this issue will not come again. This HP Laptop team which includes vikramjit, priyanka, gaurav, nishat, amrutha all are just asking me to do all this that troubleshoot process. They are not replacing my laptop at all infact giving excuses that they will resolve this issue by troubleshoot process only. please help me regarding this as they are asking me only to do this that.

                  Hi
                  I have been facing with the Laptop issue like it hangs many times with different behavior, like sometime it crackling sound some time it freezes and sometimes it freezes for short period of time and got restarted and some time it restarted .

                  I have been following with HP care and after 4-5 rounds of the issue HP has replaced the mother board and now again I am facing the similar issue again and again and no resolution.

                  Now I am fed up with it, each time I spent two three hour and it is wasting my time.

                  So let me know what could be done and why the [protected] case was closed without knowing that issue is resolved or not.

                  I am expecting a professional reply and resolution from HP.

                      Respected Sir/Madam

                      I am Santhosh Kiran writing this mail to you with disheartened service on my HP laptop. I had complained about my system which was not functioning properly. My laptop keypad was not working and I had run the system diagnose according to your consultant on 25th November and received case Id [protected]. I was told that the engineer will reach me on 29th November. Since there was no sign from your side, I called the customer care number and I was given the service centre number which I did call in which one number came as switched off and another number as the wrong number. Then again I called back to the customer care and I was promised that the engineer will reach out to me by evening but there was no sign. But in the evening I did receive a mail saying that they tried to call me but I was not reachable, which is an utter lie…because I was at the place from morning till evening one place waiting for the service. You just cannot bluff me. In the evening again I called customer care which went on for 25 minutes to find out why they did not turn up and finally I was told that the key pad was out of stock.

                      Is it a way to deal with the customer? I took an off from the office only so that my system is repaired, I took an off since I had received an assurance and message that the engineer will reach on 29th. Worst is in the evening you people are telling me all your problems and they will do it only on 1st December and I have to wait till then? I humbly request you to compensate me by reaching out to me by tomorrow. Hope you understand me. Please do find the copy of the mail which was sent to me saying you people reached out which is a lie.

                        I purchased Hp laptop before 6 months. But one week before I had issues in my laptop so I gave my laptop to the authorised service centre because it was under warranty. I received my laptop serviced after one week. But a day after I received my laptop the same issues raised . Again I gave it to the same service centre . I got my serviced laptop after one week again. After two to three days i got the same issues in my laptop. Again I gave it the same service centre. This is the third time.
                        I'm working in a private sector. I'm going all the way from Purasaiwakkam to Tnagar for servicing my laptop. It's a time consuming and hectic work. Either I need my laptop to be serviced properly or I need my laptop to be replaced

                          Laptop bought two months ago has manufacturing defects. The motherboard is defective.
                          They refused to replace laptop.
                          They are not even replacing the defective parts.

                            My printer was purchased in Oman and needs to be regionalized to India, so that i can purchase a local cartridge.
                            In the support - i see 2 vendors but none of them are picking the call. Mainly Wipro Limited - Skypro technologies is hopeless not even picking the call to enquire about the same.
                            Very bad service from HP

                              Jyotsna filling station cheat people by filling petrol for two times. When someone ask to fill the tank, they pretend that hear to fill for 500. They really don’t put any petrol, just pretend of putting the petrol. When you complain and ask them to fill the tank they do it and this time they really fill the tank and take the money for both filling. This way they keep the 500 for themselves. My husband and me were cheated by this people two times. Don’t know where to complain.

                              Any concern person please investigate and take proper action against this filling station. Thank you!

                                  One of the agent called from naukri to my sister that there is a job opportunity in hp (Hewlett-Packard) company and needs to pay 2500 and paid already for registration. They said it is a refundable. After that I received a mail from hp and below details are mentioned. And I rejected the offer and I refused to pay the money and refund the amount for registration.Now they said won't give refund the 2500. Kindly check these issues. Somebody's cheating with your brand .

                                    I have made a gas booking on HP Gas App online on 12-November’21 for 960 rupees. The Booking does not reflect on the App and on trying to reach HP twin city gas, there’s no answer at all from over a week-none of their numbers work.
