Dear Sir
I booked gas for home delivery on 8th Nov. 2010 but till today 29th Dec. 2010 not delivered After five time reminder. Whenever I make phone call to Gas Agency (Kay Ess Enterprises, 8, Upkar Shopping Center, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Phone:[protected], 2520578, 2520150 ), he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say that we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. When agency confirmed that I must sent the cylinder then take leave from my institute therefore, I have lost approx Rs 20,000/-from my salary. This is mentaly and finential harassment. It is humbly request that look in to the matter and try to send my gas cylider other wise I will go consumer forum.
It is very shameful that HP Gas announce that agency will supply the cylinder within 24-48 hrs after booking but after 50 days I have not receive the cylinder.

      I went to the service centre of hp located at panchsheel towers in secunderabad, andhra pradesh. my printer was out of warrenty so they directed me to a private guy in the lower floor of service centre. What i found was unbelievable, lower staff in hp are sending customers to him for commission form this guy.

      This person is a cheater, he cheated many customers like me, he said that he will inform me the estimation by phone. i was not happy for the price he quoted and went to pickup my printer, this guy demanded 500 rupees for returning my printer this is for testing my printer, which he never informed earlier I found that I was true as service people came there to pick money for the sent customers right in front of me. he said that he has to pay commission for staff in your service centre he is cheating a lot of hp out of warrenty customers with the cooperation and understanding from staff in hp service centre.

      EVERY ONE SENT IS SUGGESTED TO GO THERE, HE IS RIGHT PERSON FOR REPAIRING OUT OF WARRENTY CUSTOMERS FOR THEIR COMMISSION THEY GET FROM HIM. I never expected this type of cheating from a company like HP. please take care of culprits in your service centre. Please see that others wont get cheated on the name of hp, you know very few people like me complain while a lot of people suffer silently.

            I purchased a hp Pavilion dv6 1319TX from Docketcare System Lucknow UP in January 7th,2010. At that time a promotional offer
            for Videocon LCD was existing, for which I sent a Demand Draft of Rs. 9000/- along with other required documents. I recieved a mail from HP redemption on February 1, 2010 stating my Redemption code as S6HJEPME7I. Two months back I got a mail from Ms Pallavi & then Telephone call from some Mr. Bhatia asking me for an alternate address, as the address given by me was not being covered by their courior. After getting permission from Mr.Pankaj Agrawal of Docketcare, I gave their address as alternative address. BUT after that till date neither I recieved my LCD TV nor I'm able to contact anybody at hp redemption cell. After many mails I was informed that my LCD has been dispatched on 24th Nov through Madhur Courier vide consignment No. 82903079 but it has not been reached Lucknow till date. When Lucknow Branch was cotacted, they said that they have not recieved it yet and when Delhi Head office was contacted they said that that they have no record of this consignment number. Now no one answers my mail nor the attend my call at hp redemption cell. My mobile No. is [protected]

              I was loot of time follow up by mail but i have not received any reply from there side and call many time hp call center and he was give me redemption inquiry no but this is closed no of phone.

              So finally i want to share my issue with Hp consumer complaint and i hope you will give me respectable reply from your side.

              please do the needful and reply the status as soon as possible i am waiting for your fast reply.

              We had purchased a hp laptop in the Jan, 2009 with which there was a Philips Home Theatre System free. But they courier the gift to u only after u send the required documents to their delhi office. We sent the docs on 8th Jan n received a message from them that the gift is dispatched thru Overnite couriers on 23rd march, 2009. Its been 2 months and we havnt yet received the gift. Inspite of repeated enquiries, all that they say is we r looking into it. Its so disgusting!! n that too from such a reputed company!! I have vowed never to believe in such schemes. I wud recommend to all to never fall for such schemes especially from HP.
              We have purchased a Hp laptop on June06, 2009 with which there was a Scheme that for buying Motorola Mobile of Rs 13, 799 we will get it in Rs3, 999.But they courtier u only after u send the required documaents to thier delhi office. We send the docs on 8thJune, 2009. Its been 3 months and we havnt yet received the gift.I kindly request you to please look for it.

              I had purchaed the lap top from Mr.Pankaj Dogra (Dogra Computers Solan HP, who is affiliated to your Chandigarh based dealer.As my priority to purchase this lap top was DDR3 which in fact I could not get. Moreover, at the time of purchase the supplier could not show me the details depicting installation of DDR 3. It was only at my own that I could explore the details of DDR from the lap top itself. When I came to know with the factual position I immediately contacted the supplier and asked him to get the lap top replaced with the required configuration. The supplier contacted his Chandigarh based dealer for the replacement but he could not get the same replaced. Presently my lap top is still lying with the supplier. In view of above mentioned fact your good self is requested to look in to the matter personally and my lap top may kindly be replaced with new one.

                Laptop — Non Receipt of gift voucher

                I purchase a laptop from a local retailer of gurgaon in sept 2010 on which a gift voucher worth Rs 2000 free for which retailer assured me. For that retailer registered the voucher online with other name with his mail id. Due to multiple registration of other cutomer from his mail id company reject the claim.By this reason i have not received voucher. When i discussed the matter with the retailer, he has not giving any satisfactory answer. He is saying it is not my matter, my work is to sell the laptop. Due to such reason i incurred loss of the voucher.

                Laptop — my suggestion to my friends in purchasing laptops

                i purchased a laptop of acer brand 14" with intel pentium P1600 with hard disk 500GB and ram of 6 GB (which was kept in offer list) at maithri vanam in laptop zone shop (ph.no :[protected],[protected]) its located at corner of ground floor 3 months back, since then iam getting shutdowning problems and i was vexed by wandering with that laptop to that shop finally i found he gave rams which are not working and in money aspect also he cheated me so friend iam requesting u not to buy laptops here and there,the money what we are keeping for laptop is nt a small amount and my hope no one will be cheated like me.
                one suggestion from me for laptop buyers CTC secenderabad its the best place for buying laptops

                    Please note the below mentioned complaint that i have emailed to the company(HP)



                    I had registered a complaint regarding my desktop on the 8th November 2010 and the same was checked by your technician.He claimed after checking, that the TFT monitor had some fault and advised us that the same needs to replaced
                    It has now been over a month and after numerous telephonic follow ups with Goa and Delhi offices, we are still awaiting corrective action from your side
                    Since the monitor is under warranty, we were given to understand that your company will be replacing the same.After speaking to your customer care initially it was conveyed to us that this particular monitor is not in stock which was very surprising
                    What was even more shocking was when we were told that you have stopped manufacturing this monitor and that “some one would get back to us shortly”. It has been over a week and we have not heard from anyone regarding our problem


                    My computer has been out of order for over a month and it is very disappointing to realize that a huge MNC like HP has this kind of an attitude towards their customers and the sorry state of your customer care policies&procedures



                    This entire experience has given me a lot of stress and inconvinience, not to mention the expenses that I have incurred to make STD calls for the numerous follow ups, without any measurable response from your offices



                    I sincerely hope that you will do the needful in order to solve my problem, failing which I would be forced to approach the consumer forum or other suitable agencies in order to get a solution

                      I have purchased the hp LAPTOP from the hp dealer and was assured that after sending the Scanned copy of Purchase Invoice and the Bar coded serial number sticker they would be sending me the Titan Gift voucher.

                      Till date(15/12/2010) no voucher has been received.

                      I purchased a Compaq v6608 notebook on 20th Nov 2007 which has a TV tuner card promotion.

                      But I when I tried to register for it with the name, address, email, serial number etc.

                      I got the below email which has no redemption number ?

                      I also bought Hp dv2910tx laptop on 19th November, 2008. I sent the required documents and received confirmation that they have received all docs on 1st December and that I shall receive the Digital Camera by 14th January.
                      I am waiting since then.
                      I atleast wanted to know the status of my redemption.
                      For this i dropped a number of maills, but no reply from those guys at HP.
                      Then I also tried calling them on the number given, but it looks like they have set "Number is Busy"... as their caller tune.
                      Today I had luck and got to speak with one of their SO CALLED customer care executive, She assured me that they will send me the gift within 10 dayz.
                      NOW THIS IS NOT WHAT WE EXPECT FROM HP.

                      HP Laptop — no redemption gifts received

                      I bought a Hp laptop on 17th February 2009 in bangalore. Under the offer that was going on at that point of time, I was told that that I would be getting a free Philips home theatre system on sending a DD of 1499 INR. As told by them I registered for this and sent a DD of the said amount for the same. My redemption code after registering for this offer is 5VYRCB6V7U.

                      Its been more than 3 weeks after registeration and I havent received any gifts not even any confirmation/correspondence from them.

                      Form a reputed compnay like HP, such kind of a response is totally unacceptable. I see that this problem is faced, not just by me, but several others who have bought these laptops looking at the offer.

                      In case the company is not sticking to whatever commitments it made then it has no rights to operate in India. Kindly, look into this matter and do the needful.
                      I strongly support this complaint because HP is a big name in computers and accessories but they are not delivering the redumption gifts to the customers in given time 4to6 weeks.

                      HP India / HP Pavilion Notebook — HP India not honouring its redemption offer

                      My brother had purchased a HP Notebook on 14 th Feb and there was redemption offer called ' Love bundle offer' along with it which had a wireless mouse, stereo headet and 4GB USB drive to be given to the purchaser. The consumer had to register online to redeem the offer. My brother registered online and submitted the scanned copy of bill and barcode as mentioned in the mail. He received the acknowledgement for it. But after few days, HP rejected it saying that this P/N - INA051R4GL has been registered for Christmas offer. How can that be, when the laptop has been bought in Feb?
                      I was with my brother all along while purchase and online registration. In fact, I had suggested him to buy HP since I already have a HP laptop from last 4 years ( bought in USA) and has faced no issues. I think HP is doing such things in India since it thinks laws here are not strong and they can get away with it. They had dare not do it in USA for consumer laws are very strong there. Writing to HP has been no use. How can HP be made to honour it's promise?

                            My brother purchased a HP laptop in Kolkata on 12th October 2010. Upon purchasing the laptop he got a promotional offer of INR 2000 which could be redeemed.

                            For the same he did the registration (registration code[protected] and sent through email the scanned copy of the invoice along with the product details like serial no.

                            After following the processes nothing has happened and my brother has got no information whether he would actually received any gift.

                              i have purchased hp pavilion dv6 3085tx laptop from luthra trader, dharamshala on 4th nov2010 under diwali redemption offfer and after that i have filled up the online form and got the registration code 2220775 after that i have posted on10th nov 2010 the photocopy of cash invoice serial no 488 and cutout of the product no. and seral no. which are XJ439PA#ACJ and INA0420v8 respectively, after the i have sent email twice to in.[protected]@hp.com to conform that required document reached the delhi address of the hp office but they did not respond so please help me to get adidas my redemption voucher my email address is [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                                Hi,

                                This is regarding Complaint No-[protected],
                                I bought hp laptop DM4-1006TU on 13th September, 2010 and with in 2 months there is a dead pixel (white colour) on my screen.

                                Serial No: CNU02403JH
                                Product: XC649PA#ACJ

                                I spending Rs.44,800 on a laptop and getting a dead pixel with in 2 months and customer care people say you cant replace your product as there is only one dead pixel on screen. If this is the scenario then better dont provide any warranty for the product.

                                Dead pixel is a problem which can not be created by a user, its due to some dust on the screen during manufacturing process. If you consider this a physical damage then better learn some basics of computers and then talk with customers.

                                Customers are not fool who just pay you money for the damaged product. Hp Customer support people are saying that they only replace those laptops which have 5+ dead pixels. It means i need to create 5 dead pixel by either breaking the screen or just forget the warranty cover.

                                I want some action to be taken for the damage of my laptop.

                                  Please find attached scan copy of the invoice and the scan copy of the serial number

                                  This is to inform you that HP REDEMPTION CELL is cheating there customer at the name of promotion.

                                  I had Purchase a HP G42 – 356TU ( S/N: CNFO3272C2 ) on 24/10/2010 from Bangalore . I was told by the dealer that Hp is providing Rs 2000 worth gift voucher by Titan OR Adidas . I was told to do online registration. I was told to submit the scan copy of the invoice and the scan copy of the Serial Number ( Available in the box in which HP laptop was kept) .

                                  I had submitted both the detail on or before time .Despite that I get mail from HP saying that last date for submission of the document was on 25 th November 2010 and my time has lapsed so I am not eligible for the gift . But I have the complete proof in my mail that I had submitted all the documents repeatedly and many a times before 16th November 2010.

                                  We I tried reaching customer care of HP redemption cell they had put me on hold for one 1 hr and no one picked up the call .

                                    I have purchased one hp deskjet 1050 AIO printer J410a on 17/11/2010 from a retailer at guwahati . After installation I found that leakage current shows on the USB cable ( though no sign of shock but tester shows of leakage current). I took it to HP service center they told me to get it replace the printer at the retailer, giving me a certificate mentioning of leakage current and declared as( DOA). I have checked other 1050 printer available at the retailer but shows the same result. Retailer says it is normal, & Leakage current may present as it is having two pin plug adapter. So I am confused pl , advice me whether is it a fault or something else. Is it safe to connect the usb cable to my laptop ? since then printer lying idle with me. where do i go now ?
