This draw is being organized to create and improve a larger awareness record for internet user’s worldwide.
They had asked my personal information.I replied to their mail .In reference to my email now they are asking for RS. 25000 fopr clearance of the parcel and the demand draft for the custom office in the airport Now I suspect that it was a fraud one.I suspect that they may use my information for wrong cause.So i have also launched this complaint.

This draw is being organized to create and improve a larger awareness record for internet user’s worldwide.
They had asked my personal information.I replied to their mail .In reference to my email now they are asking for RS. 25000 fopr clearance of the parcel and the demand draft for the custom office in the airport and also 14000 for clearance of the demand draft at New Delhi signed by Minstry of finance. Now I suspect that it was a fraud one.I suspect that they may use my information for wrong cause.So i have also launched this complaint.
How is this possible?Is there any draw like that organised by HP?
I have recived a mail from hp and they inform me that i have win a prize of 1 million british pounds i don't know how ? and i provide them all their needed information on 3 october, 2010 and i got surprise that when i replay the first mail then they immediately replay me about the delivery person and custom clearence but when i send them the sec. mail in which i inform them that, upon reciving their mail i inform to the indian police and india custom then they donot replay me ... so i think this is the frad mail

Yeah i also received the same message. I think this should be taken to Hewlett Packard Company notice immediately because this may cause harm to that organisation as well as the people hard earned money.Government of India should take neccessary steps to avoid this in future.
yeah i also recived this kind of mail. i also gave my detais i also got call from some person saying that he is at delhi airport and i got to send him 25, 000. When i said i can't pay he said you are disqualified if you don't obey the rules. M scared that it may be a problem for me later.

Hello, I also received the same email. Likewise, I too replied them on their email. However I did not take it very seriously and also went ahead and deleted the emails. Then one fine day I get a call from some UK agent telling me about my prize. After ample R&D I discovered it is all fake and a way of extracting money! DON'T FALL FOR IT. however, I need your help, if anyone still has the emails in which they mailed the snapshots of the IDs of the UK diplomats, please mail the same to me on 's.kumar.[protected]@gmail.com' asap. Please do so, it is important and would help in further investigation.

I have got a mail from hp that you have won lottery of rs.40000000 and they have told me to give rs.32500 as custom duty. I want to know that is it true or not they have asked me to give my detail and i have a doubt about it as its a case of fraud.

allignment change

I have 15-n259tx . i gave it for service at coimbatore centre in key board. After that i got problem in my power switch and also is operating system. The drivers are also not installed .

    AMC SERVICES FROM HP AUTHORIZED CENTER

    There were some problems as dvd writer and some USB 'S were not working. i got a call from the person mr. ramit (mention in below attached mail) he introduced himself as a hp authorized service center and gave me the confirmation of fixing all problems if i get an amc from him for a year. amc date was 20/7/10. i received...

    Hello,
    myself pravin gaikwad form pune.

    last year on 8th april 2009 i purchased Hp tablet pc TX2009AU,SN.-CNF8322ZCK
    in February 2010 pc started giving me troubles..screen was going off while rotating the flap.sometimes it was getting blue screen while rotating.even flap moves then screen was getting off..but after taking flap down and opening it again.it was working..i used that way cause i had exams and i dont wanted to waste my time.but it was toatally going black from normal in a frequency of 3-4 seconds...even if i open and close the flap it was showing screen for 1 second...
    then i contacted authorized hp service station in model colony,pune.named VINTECH electronic systems...and told them that the issue with my laptop screen..they took there time to figure out the problem and gave me there smart advice that the motherboard has gone and need to replace it..it was not motherboard i was sure..cause everything was working fine...even my touchscreen also...just screen wasn't showing...i know cause i use to connect that to external monitor to use my applications...
    i asked them to sort it out by doing loose display cable if there any...they did that but again they convinced me to get motherboard replaced...please remember this was going on under warranty.
    they ordered part and gave me replacement..though it was working fine before..but i had to go with them cause i was out of time...due to this replacement my softwares with the motherboard identifications no.stopped working ...i installed them agin with new serial no..this headache dosnt paid off cause.after this repair laptop waorked finr for week or 10 days then agian it started flickering and agin it got worst than ever..this time also...again this service center people gave even smarter insight that my motherboard needs to b replaced..how it is possible?they just replaced my board with new one...and again they are saying this..after 15 days they ordered new motherboard and replaced but it didnt worked out...and this time they came to the conclusion that my screen need to be replaced...i was completely gone mad..cause i missed my exams because of this.....when i was saying at first time that my screen have problems..they didnt listened to it..an did things their way...in this all i was out of warrenty.. and now they are sayinfg that ...screen will cost me 30000 rs...

    is it my fault that they didnt recognize the problem at first palce...they void my warranty.i cant pay for their mistakes.i need my screen to be replaced by HP without any charges, otherwise i have to file a compliant with all the legalities..i have already lost my acedemic year due to this... even this replacement is not worth to it...the mental toture and abuse happened in this process ..i want to get back my mental peace.

      I Purchased a New Laptop Model No: DV4-2126TX, Serial No: INA01500X4 and Bill No:- 910 dated on 25/08/2010. from the second day My System was creating problem. There was a Problem of hanging the system was also slow. I Complained H.P. World (k.C.Electronics).
      there was a sales man named Pradeep Garg Suggested me that I Should Check My Laptop in H.P Service Centre. H.P Service Centre informed
      me that there was a problem of Harddisk and Keyboard. My Laptop Case No:- 12219, HP Authorised Service centre Intarvo Technologies Ltd.
      So, I am requested sir please give me a New Laptop on his Behalf Because I am not Interested in Repairing the old laptop.....

        My husband had purchased alaptop from one distributor of Compaq in August 2009 at moradabad, the laptop had been having continuously problem with it's screen which finally was faulty and replaced by bareilly srervice center of HP in the month of June-July 2010, later very soon agin the software faced problems which the service center initially refused under pretext that the same is not covered under warranty but fiinally they agreed & resolved the problem (Before August 2010)
        But now again the laptop faced asimilar problem of screen not appearing on switcing on, when the laptop was taken to same bareilly service center they had exorbitant charges beyond our pocket since the piece was now out of warranty in september 2010 beginning, now the question is to HP services as to whether is it normal for a laptop to mal function so quickly in succession before even completing a year despite whwn it is being taken to ur service center far from our place of residence though it is being used single handedly with utmost care as per its user manual.
        If that is the quality that is being manufactured at HP then where arises the question of customer satisfaction, he only feels cheated and the laptop appears like a burden that will keep on incurring unreasonale repair expenditures much before its normal wear n tear, now my request to HP is either to extend its warranty by a year n for once getting the machine checked for all possible existing faults in case they care for their image and customer satisfaction at all.

          Our company purchased a Print Head for HP- Inkjet Printer No.K8600. Print Head Model No. is C9382A. Expiry date:--2010/10/11. This print head stoped working. When we contacted HP authoried Service centre M/s Radington India Limited, jaipur. They refused to change the head. Reason cited was "Invalid Invoice".
          It is realy a bad experience.

            My name is Rahul Kohli and I am writing in regards o problematic HP TX1000 HP laptop which I brought in 2007. I brought this laptop from HP Retailer in Nehru Place, New Delhi on 13th Aug 07, Just after buying the machine I realized that it gets really hot when I use it for more than Half an hour. But I ignored the problem thinking it may be just the hardware, after about 18 months o[censored]se the machine suddenly stopped detecting the Wifi, and within days it won’t start and will only show a blank screen.

            I went to HP service centre in Melbourne Australia for getting this computer repaired and they advised me that the motherboard needs to be replaced and will cost me around AUD $600, as I was travelling to India in some time I thought I will get this problem checked in India as it was the place of purchase of this machine.

            Upon doing some research I realized that hundreds and thousands of people all over the world are experiencing exactly same problem with this series laptops ( references given below ), I also realized that this is a problem due to overheating of a NVIDA graphic card which damages the motherboard and it’s a Manufacturing defect, and replacing the motherboard will still not permanently fix the problem as the new motherboard will get damaged again in its due course, and it was confirmed by many users on hp support forums on www.hp.com and verbally by some HP service center engineers.



            After having such problem, I again for some reason put my trust in HP and brought another HP laptop Cn series (professional model) hoping it won’t have any problems, but to my shock this laptop too has gone defective with similar problem, and again I found out a huge number of customers are effective by similar problem in this model too!



            After my long discussions with HP repair centre and customer service has given no result I am forced to go to the consumer court, As my experience with HP Service centre in Okhla new delhi has been very poor, upon giving my laptop for initial inspection they came up another fault with my display panel too, which according to me never existed ( as confirmed by HP repair centre Australia and later by HP Service center themselves), upon discussing they agreed that display panel is “ok” and can work with a minor repair, and they finally sent me a quote for repairing only the motherboard problem, but after 1 week they came back with the issue and now will not repair my computer as its according to them is beyond economical repair! I seriously doubt their work ethic. I have talked to few more customers in India with a same problem and they have agreed that HP repair centers are doing foul play and try to deliberately hamper other hardware so that they don’t need to fix the computer with an excuse of “Beyond economical repair”. Although I have a written quote from the service center for Rs.14000 only ( As a written proof that they agreed there is no problem with the display panel and replacing motherboard will completely fix my laptop), Please see Attachment 1 &2 below.



            I seriously feel that HP is not taking care of its customers by not repairing / replacing these faulty laptops, on the contrary I have been told by everyone in HP that this model does not have any problem and there is no advisory from HP to repair these laptops without any cost.



            This problem is so prominent that it’s also been covered by a Canadian News please see the video here http://watch.ctv.ca/news/clip245461#clip245461 and the customer has been given a replacement by HP, and if HP can give replacement to international customers then why not to Indian customers.

            My question to you is why HP is refusing to give a free out of warranty repair or replacement to me? Does HP gives these privileges to people who contact the media or go to consumer court?
            I have faced the exact problem problem in tc series and that too in se time.
            After too was treated badly by service people and asked to pay 13000 I have filed a case in consumer court but even they aren't doing anything and ho doesnot reply to the mails.

              I purchased a dv9734tx laptop two years back for Rs. 72,000. after working fine for 1 year, one day suddenly the screen turned blank and did not respond even after i tried restarting etc.

              I tool it to HP authorized service station, they told the graphic card's power ICs have failed, and they don't do board level repariring, so the entire mother board needs to be changed, costing Rs. 22000.

              Another solution suggested by them was to get it repaired by some local laptop repari shop, who does chip level repairing. I went to Data care corporation, they told this is a common problem in dv9000 series laptops, faced by almost all buyers. I got the power ICs replaced for Rs 3000 and it worked fine for 3 months and again screen went blank. I got this thing done thrice and each time it spoiled again in less than 3 months.Now they say it cannot be repaired further.

              I asked HP about the garantee of their repairing if I get the mother board replaced for Rs. 22000, they siad its 3 months only. And if it spoils again after those 3 months?? I need to spend Rs 22000 again.

              This is hopeless after sale service by HP. I bought a 72K laptop from them, and if it is having such problems, which many others are facing, they should replace it, even if not with a same model, by a cheaper model. Right now I have the laptop lying at my home useless, and I hae no idea what to do with it. Sale value in market is less than Rs. 10000.

              I want all those who are having the same problem to come together so that some justice can be done.

              I have seen such replace offer issued by HP in the US, why not in India also??

                My system is HP Pavilion a1514 Home PC and printer is HP Photosmart C3188 All in One. I had purchased a set of cartridges 854 & 850, a fortnight back through your Dial-a-Cartridge service.Till now I have used the printer for two colour printings of normal type. Today the 'status of the cartridge in the printer' as indicated by the desktop is almost EMPTY. I had verified the colour changing hologram on the cartridge box to my knowledge also. I give below the particulars of the cartridge for your verification.

                  My laptop in the warranty and in the service center there is motherbord issu but they say the ct no. of motherboard is not matched so they doesnot repair my laptop .I don't understand why the ct number of my laptop is missmatched ,because i give my laptop only otherised RT service center 2 or 3 times when some problems is comes in laptop .                     CHEATING BY AN AUTHORISED DEALER’S SERVICE CENTRE

                    Dear Sir,

                    1. This is to bring to your immediate knowledge about a particular case in which one of your Authorised Dealer’s service centre tried to replace a part of my laptop very quietly thinking that the matter would not be known to the customer.

                    2. On 07 Sep 10 I’d deposited my laptop HP Pavilion Model No dv 1000 at Hari Computers Centre, Authorised Distributors of Compaq and HP in Jhansi [State – UP [India]] for some minimal repairs (display problem). I was informed by the service centre of the said dealer that they would come back to me on mobile about what the problem was and the repair charges by around 1600h in the evening. However, I didn’t receive any call. Finally, I spoke to the service centre and thus was informed that since it requires motherboard repair it needed to be sent to Delhi and that was the reason no call was made to me (To my surprise !!). I went to the dealer and service centre at around 1800h and collected my laptop back. When I took it to another workshop immediately for repair I found that my RAM which was initially of 512 MB has been replaced by a 256 MB one. I rushed back to Hari Computer Centre, when on enquiring I was told that “won’t I desire to get my laptop repair done from the same dealer”, and then when i refused I was told that it happened by mistake. The engineer then took out my original RAM from his drawer and replaced it.

                    3. These conversations and mysterious behavior of the dealer as well as his company very clearly states that it was done intentionally and these people are regular with such malpractices (which some people who are aware are able to catch it while most of them NOT).

                    3. This is to make you cautious that such cheatings are not expected from a reputed company like yours. Incidents like this only break your trust from the minds of your customers. You are requested to reply back at the earliest on the said issue alongwith a strict action .

                      I bought a Laptop mini computer model No.HP Mini 210-1085TU two months back from coimbatore HP showroom. While travelling the adopter has been misplaced and i tried almost all over india no where the adopter is available for this model. Due to this i am not able to check my mail and work on my laptops. All the Hp show room persons are telling it will come within two days but almost a month is gone still i am getting the same answer from them. Hence, I am registering this compliant with you. Please do the needful.

MRP of the product was Rs. 2175 whereas he charged me Rs. 2500 ( invoice no. 167 - 10th August 2010). When i questioned the owner i was told that if you want to buy this is the rate you will have to buy. Since i needed it urgently i did not have much choice. Answer me the following things

                            HP Pavilion Desktop(Product model No:-L1908W) was purchsed on 13-Aug-10. All of a sudden LCD had developed a black spot on the screen. Since we were still covered under the warranty period a complaint was logged(Reference Nos:-Docket no.[protected]. HP Support engineer had visited and left after examining without mentioning anything to us. Later on when we contacted the customer care we came to know that the engineer had submitted a report that the damage was a physical damage. We were quite shocked and suprised to hear the same as their were not even a scatch on the LCD Screen. We were suprised to hear how HP can cheat ignorant customers by passing of an internal product problem as physical damage. Inspite of explaining this several time to the cutomer care executives they were not ready to listen to us.We were feeing quite harassed as the desktop has been hardly used and inspite of the fact that it was an internaL product fault a reputed company like HP passes it of as a physical damage during the warranty period.

                                we have perchaesed an HP pendrive cost of 750/-. after one month of perchase the pendrive stop working and we give it for repair.it is the happens about 4 months ago. since that day we do't get back neither pendrive nor its cost.

                                  This is with reference to the HP PN 1000 as purchased from New Vision Imaging Pvt Ltd , New Vision House, TVIM Industrial Estate,Mapusa, Goa as mentioned to be the registered office address.
                                  Just wanted to draw kind attention towards my serious concerns with the machine as delivered to me...

                                  2009 - After the end of number o[censored]nlimited calls from your marketing / sales person Mr. P Chakraborty and also equal approach from Mr. H L V Prasad, mentionining all the best possible discounts and facilities and assurance of good quality machine and installation assurances, training at Goa etc etc amongst others , I agreed to establish the machine (HP PN 1000) at my 34 year old premises Studio Gem, Opp Pillai Hall, Sadar Bazar, Chaibasa in the year 2009 in the month of May - June 2009.
                                  Further I was made to believe that I am offered the machine as an special priviledge of making a downpayment amt followed by installments post installation of machine, to which I agreed and moved ahead with agreement as on 24/7/09 along with other process etc. Also, for the smooth and quick establishment of the machine at the premises, got the road permit done, paid for Rs (12000) and was told this cost will be later adjusted by the company as they are suppose to arrange for the road permit, Additionally l got with other infrastructural establishment done at my premises (AC/ Separate cabin wing to name a few which incurred cost) for the proper and smooth functioning of the machine.
                                  The machine was delivered to me as on 18th August 2009,which was to be followed up by a training session and installation by your company officials, which NEVER happened. After the machine was somehow delivered to me, both Mr Chakraborty and Mr Prasad happily vanished from the whole scenario.There was no one to assure and tell when exactly can we look at making thing work. I was told to get in touch with some Ms Shalini, who very politely kept on BUYING time from me for a prompt response, which never turned out. I was even made to follow up with almost every officer at the eatern zone (Kolkata,Patna ) for some assurance on the installation and training part, which failed again, and that was honestly NOT a part of my job.

                                  After almost 6 - 7 months, an engineer Mr. Ayaaz comes from your end and then he discovers the machine that was send to me was an obsolete stuff as 90% of the parts didn't function. He tried all possible engineering skills on the machine but could not rectify the defects, then was forwarded to Mr SUKOMAL BANERJEE from Kolkata and some Mr Arindam from GUWAHATI , both of them were acknowledged as the BEST engineer from your end but were of no help and happily went back . All the esteemed bunch of engineers found the machine to be an outdated model etc.along with many other issues better known to you. Now, when I re contacted your company, you and several other whom I approached , FINALLY assured me to get a new replacement for the machine, which took another 4-5 months.

                                  Now, on August 23rd 2010,almost after an whole year of entering the agreement and after another round of effort of mine for road permit etc etc, the so called replacement machine was sent to me. An engineer from your end Mr Ayaaz was here to install it finally on this sunday, August 22nd 2010. But now we get to know, this machine is of no relief to me, as it is an DEMO machine that has been sent to me.What do you have to say about this, If I am not mistaken, you are very well AWARE of the matter and no permissions would have gone unnoticed and without your consent to the respective departments. What made the company to send ne a DEMO machine???? Now when I contacted the current persons involved for the delivery of the machine (you Mr Padmanabhan, Ms Shalini at Goa, Ms Vinita ), the response is again the same - no proper assured response.

                                  It looks like a complete matter of ignorance and negligiency or delibaretely misguiding the customer (you have to clarify, which one of this is to be believed)??? And the way the transporter elope away with the earlier scrap machine that was sent to me, looks like a planned way of taking back the earlier device replacing with this demo as Mr Ayaaz was here to pack the old machine a day ahead, followed by the delivery of this new DEMO machine the next day i.e August 23rd 2010. I wish the planning were as smooth for customer satisfaction as well rather than trying to erase the loops from your end.

                                  I belive, everyone's time is equally important and schedules are tight but there has to be a solution for the trust and patience I gave your company.I belived in the product and the brand name HP associated with it, but nowhere this misguidance is accepted from your end.

                                  I have been in the photography profession for last 34 years, and purchasing latest well equipped technological support devices are not new to me. Right from learning about the machine, knowing the brand , negotiations , recieving the machine, training and installation and then functioning of the machine, followed by the assured after sales service is the normal process expected by any reputed company. But this 1 year wastage of my time has traumatised my faith in your company.

                                  Request you to kindly revert to me on a Solution to the matter at the earliest, or else let me know, if things needs to be escalated further.

                                  This is the first time we are using this courier, One of permit from Kolkata has despatched to Rudhrupur, (Uttranchal) on 9th of March-09 vide dkt#[protected], but it is still not delivered at our factory at Pantnagar, Rudhrupur, Appreciate your quick response on this, Its very very urgent.

                                    We have purchased more than 1Nos. HP Laser Jet P1008 Printers from M/S Websity,thane ,Maharashtra for our organisation. Since last one week we are facing issues with these HP LJ p1008 printers as the print job gets lightly not dark

                                      I had purchased the V3155 series laptop on 18/01/2007 and it started giving problem in the month of Jan 2008. I had given it for servicing to HP authorized center at Gurgaon.After Investigating , the centre informed that mother board has to be changed. Since, it was in the warranty period ,so it got repaired without charging. The same defect was reported again in the month of July 2008.
                                      At that time it was told that this model has a manufacturing defect and was having some problem with the display and motherboard , so I had requested to change it as if it is under warranty period as the permanent solution was not done the first time it was repaired , for which I really appreciate the concerned showed by Hp management for customer satisfaction.
                                      At that time I had paid some extra money in July 2008 to extend the warranty period of my laptop . Now again I am facing the same problem of not getting the display again.
                                      Again they are saying that I have to pay 13,000 and theyare not ready to give gaurantee that it will work properly for next 1 year when the crashing of the system has been rhetoric. So I have decided to go to Consumer court and send a legal notice to HP. I request all the people who are victims of HP to send me there details and problem with the system at varun.[protected]@gmail.com. which I can put in the notice just to depict the level of satisfaction of HP customers.
