I am MIshkil Gaikwad from Saralagaon, Murbad, Thane, Maharashtra, India. We have purchased your company's computer and printer and both of them are giving us trouble within 3 months. The pc- HP- All in one- Product- 3A8N3PA#ACJ, Serial no: 1CZ114014K is working slow without any storage in it. Printer- HP DESKJET PLUS Ink advantage 6075/6000, S/N- TH14TBK180 is in his own mood of printing unnecessarily printing things which are not even commanded. And cherry on the cake none, absolutely none of your customer care number works. This is my second bad experience with Hp, I am corporate business owner contact me as soon as possible for my problem. My work keeps pending because of your stupid products.

It is in warranty so I want it to be replaced or repaired as soon as possible and if it may not be possible by you then please tell me how should I get it be.

      After pursuing for more than a year, now it's almost ensuring that HP India runs a huge scam in the name of customer support. The following points confirm my opinion:
      • Purchased this laptop on 16-Oct-2020 from Amazon India. From the first day till now, facing performance issues with the same symptoms. Raised many HP Case ID’s & HP CE Performed various tests & collected numerous performance logs. Also, as per CE recommendations formatted/rebuilt the laptop 4 to 5 times. However, the same performance issue persists even after more than a year now & I provided evidence every time for the same issues.
      • The Service Centre changed the entire laptop unit when CE took the laptop to replace the LCD. When I raised the concern, a representative from management tried to justify it with trivial justifications.
      • Requested to change the Case Manager, due to his adamant approach & after learning his only intention to just waste my time instead of resolving the actual laptop issue. However, even after repeated follow-ups, disappointed to find no response from any other leadership team members.
      • Closed Case ID mentioning unit is working fine without my consent or resolving the actual issue. This slows cheap tactics from HP India towards customer support.
      • Repetitively requested for replacement/refund because of facing the same performance issue from the first day till now. However, denied without any justification & no fault from me. As this laptop is the dead piece & of no use to me, I am ready to hand over this laptop back to HP, so that HP can preserve it as a trophy for their customer support accomplishments.
      Honestly, as an ex-employee who worked almost 7 years for HP, had great faith & pride in the HP brand. However, this experience deeply shattered it.

        I've been contacting the Hp agent for onsite repair and they are requesting me to wait for more 24-48 hours for the updates. This is happening from the past two weeks.

          So I received the laptop on 24th of September 2021 from the official HP website where the order was placed. After exactly a month, the laptop starts to overheat and the fans do not run, and the command center also stopped working. I contacted HP customer service, they appointed a service technician who visited me 2 days later. That person wasn't even trained to handle this laptop, the service center which appointed him also works for Lenovo, Gionee and other brands too. Well he says he will clean the fans and removes the back panel. After cleaning the fans, when turned the laptop, it showed a fake battery pop up which I had never seen before this moment. He says to "ignore" it and tells me to report about it by evening (he visited at morning 12 o'clock). After about half an hour he left my place, the laptop shut down and didn't turn on even on AC power and battery. I contacted the service center, they told me to visit their service center even though I have ONSITE repair. Anyways, they said they will raise the issue to HP. Now I contact HP the next day and they say they are raising an issue. I contacted the service head of my state (Karnataka) and he said that he will provide a replacement (DOA approval) on 29th of October. I kept on asking him about the status of my case, he just kept on saying it is under process. Whenever I called the HP customer service, they said they didn't recieve any update from the service head who was handling my case which shows how pathetic the communication among them is. Till today, I ask them what is the update (both, customer service and the Level 1 manager service head), they just say it's due process of the DOA letter. It's completely pathetic, very unethical after sales support. I mean I have not been able to use my laptop since 8 days and these guys aren't even helping. If the state service head is showing this kind of behaviour, what to expect from such a brand? The service head yesterday asked for my email and told me I was gonna get the DOA letter on my mail, but he was just playing a ruse. I keep on messaging him and he just says to wait for sometime and never replies later. The service center has very untrained employees. They don't even know how to handle a laptop delicately. I would like to share the Case ID: [protected].

            Product delivery messages were received on the day of delivery. But when order status was tracked on Bluedart it showed "Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For"

              Sir, CNG is available at one of your HP petrol pumps in Sirsa, but there is no separate plate line for commercial vehicles for CNG and local vehicles that sleep there have to face a lot of problems and when Talking to them, the salesman they are on you means that they have a very road-like behavior.

                I have been trying to connect with the hp service and customer support but nothing happen. At last when i got connected with the support they are not registering my case. They are just wasting my time and not helping at all. All the test i performed which was necessary but no issuse was found but, still my laptop was hanging and heating. I'm fustrated i need help. I'm loosing my patience and i don't know what to do. I mailed on every mail ids of hp still no response. So please help me regarding this. There is some issuse with the laptop fan and the laptop is under warranty. Still they are not helping just saying we will resolve this issuse on chart but, i don't want that as i said i have performed every test that was necessary. I just want them to raise a case id so that i can go to the service center and show the problem. As these service center are asking for the case id.

                  I had purchased a HP Laptop 15"11th gen intel core 13 processor 15.6 win10 ms/silver- 15s - fr2006TU with serial no. 5CD1161T6Q on 19.07.2021 via amazon.in

                  Post 2 months usage the was a white light bleeding on the screen on the top and bottom. The white light is clearly visable and hence I raised a complaint to the Hp customer support unit 19.10.2021 with case id [protected].

                  They sent me two mails asking for details and screenshot and video of the issue and I attached all documents and photos as requested. I got no response hence i called the technical unit for update. They informed me that the video was not visible and hence suggested me to take the laptop to the authorised walkin center at T.Nagar chennai.

                  on 28.10.2021 i visited the center and the agent checked the laptop and said there is no psysical damage on the laptop and he ran few tests on the issue and confirmed there is not problem with it. whereas the white light is still visible and he said to check with CS since he was not able to view the case id since it was closed.
                  I again called the CS unit to check and they said the case id was closed and they will arrange a call back from the manager to resolve the issue. I received no calls till now.

                  Why should i accept a laptop which a technical problem and they are just offering me to go ahead for a service to change the screen? why should i do that since there is no damage from my end and within 2 months if the screen has to be replaced what is the use of it being new? will it not have further issues in the future?
                  I want the system replace with a new one. Despite my financial issues i went ahead to buy the best laptop for Rs.45490/- and this is not a small amount in the Covid days.

                  Request you to address my grievance and have my laptop replaced.

                    Hi, I've been to HP Store chittoor Andhrapradesh, 517002 for purchasing a laptop on 26thOCT, 2021. The owner has shown laptop and said it is FHD screen but later the bill payment has been made I noticed it is HD screen. This is complete misleading and cheating. Need help to resolve.

                      I had given my laptop for service with HP world Rajajinagar Kuempu road Bangalore on 9 October 2021 where they found out issue with the harddisk and asked me to get it replaced. I asked them to check it properly. I delayed the the pick up but received after 2days late paid the amount everything. On the same day I noticed some flickering on the screen, turned it off and inform the service center. Next day again same happened I spoke to person (name hidden) at service center and forced her to check it once and I took it to the center. She couldn't diagnosed the issue and said that it is working fine and there is no issue. I showed her the pictures and video of the flickering. Again after coming back I faced the same issue took it to the shop where she informed she is not able to diagnose and asked me to leave the laptop this time, I wasn't able to complete my work and mentally feeling very burdened because of all the happenings. She formatted the new harddisk all my data's were removed. When I texted her to not to remove data she said it is already removed etc it was really affecting since I lost important data. Now, she kept on telling me that there is issue in mother board etc etc on the other hand she was also saying that the engineer is not able to detect the problem etc. I begged her to keep my data but at the end I felt as if that she wasn't even caring about all that. At the end after so much of discussion and affecting myself I couldn't get any help only the refund of the amount.

                          My laptop screen have a white spot.I read about it on internet and it was written that it is due to hot pixels.I contacted hp services and they assured me of resolution but after two or three calls from my side, they told me that it was due to some physical damage.I see no physical damage on my screen.They are not ready to solve this issue.

                              There are different causes for hanging issues. .
                              Do the following steps to solve.
                              1. Delete or disable startup items under task manager.
                              2. Delete all possible tasks registered under task scheduler.
                              3. If possible add additional RAM module.
                              4. Delete or disable background applications.
                              5. Limit the internet datas to windows update.

                                  Greetings of the day.

                                  Please find below the case ID no. which had been issued by HP.
                                  Now with verymuch irritating and helpless mind, I am writing this mail to you.Let me explain the total incident regarding my complaint.

                                  After issuing the case ID you kolkata service center engineer visit my hose on 08.10.2021. He diagonised and told us that mother board had problem and he ordered the same. We were waiting for the same and till 17.10.2021 nothing happened. Then i called again that service engineer and he told me that regarding this I should contact HP. so i cantacted HP customer care on 18.10.2021, 21.10.2021. And they told me that Mother board was despatched on 11.10.2021. Then I informed thr service engineer guy and he visitrd our house on 22.10.2021. He changed the mother board but my problem not solved. above this he told that Audio card is not working and when backcover was fixed again my screen has same problem. He told us that he will vidit again on 23.10.2021. He came and open the laptop. Now he conveyed me that touchpad and webcam is not working as well as when backcover fixed my laptop agin gone to dim mode. Now they are suggesting that they want to pick up the laptop in their service center.

                                  Now my question is
                                  1. Why HP waited for these long day to pick up the same?
                                  2. What will be assurance that I will get back my Laptop quickly after taking to service center?
                                  3. How i will assured taht new Parts will be installed as we are not computer engineer and my warranty will over in nex 6 months?
                                  4. after harrasing since last 20 days how I Trust HP for good repairing? remember after 6 months i have to pay for parts for the Laptop costing of Rs 72000 which is big amount fior me may not be for you.

                                  So my heartiest request that as you had changed motherboard and have to change webcam, touch pad, audio card and may be other parts(as you service center does not diagonised exact problem), Please exchange my Laptop.Why i am going to live with repaired Laptop which has problem within 6 months.
                                  It may be over 14 days but as you are going to change maximum oarts so pleas exchange my laptop and give me new laptop what other computer and mobile company do.

                                  so again requesting to exchnge my laptop urgently.

                                    Amount deducted from my Bank account but gas not booked

                                    I booked gas via HP app and paid through PhonePe on 12th July.
                                    Amount got deducted but booking did not happen.
                                    Transaction shows successful.
                                    Now my bank and phonepe says they can do nothing.
                                    HP customer support says they did not receive booking.
                                    Dealer says he can't do anything.
                                    Have been following up very hard for 3 months now.

                                    I have had been frequently in touch with HP service toll free numbers for a small bezel damage to my screen it has already been 3 weeks from when my complain was registered. Every single time i call them they have a standard reply that they would call me back in 24-48 hours with an solution/ update but 24-48 hasn't come till now. I have to follow up about the stats of my Case id. Every time i speak to different people and they have different irrelevant questions regarding the same. I has become a metal torture to me now. But every time i call them they say that i have sound issue with pc which is resolved earlier
                                    My laptop isn't 1 year old also still have these problems moreover this PC is under warranty.
