I purchased a brand new sealed Hewlett-Packard printer, Deskjet F 4288 All in One and found that the ink cartridge stopped printing. When complained to the shop keeper at Jabalpur as well as to the call center of HP, they flatly told me that the ink cartridges, both colored and black & white are only demo cartridges, and would not print more than 10-12 copies. New Cartridges, he claimed will cost 850/- and 750/- amounting to Rs 1600 for a printer which costs Rs 3600/-. When asked why this fact that actualy the printer costs Rs 3800 plus 1600 = Rs 5, 400 was not told, he flatly told they flatly donot tell this fact because then the customers donot buy.
Must a company like Hewlett-Packard be allowed to outright cheat and play frauds with thousands of customers buying these printers every day throughout India ?
I had to shell our Rs 1600 to buy the two cartridges, and for this outright cheating and mental torture and harassment in withheld business documents, and running around, I want the Hewlett-Packard be penalised and must not be allowed to sell these printers with demo cartridges, Let the company talk to me, else I shall be filing a court case for cheating, fraud on largest scale played daringly and openly with the public.
Further, it must be noted when I buy a new cartridge and when i goes to refill it, when i broke the seal i was shocked to see that there is a hole of a syringe which is used to refill the cartridge. My question is here again is that when i have purchase a new cartridge how a hole should be there?
I again called the customer care about this issue but they r not ready to accept this fact?? I am really disappointed with such a ""so called"" World Class Company.
Nowonwards, Hewlett-Packard must sell these printers with regular cartridges, at whatever price they wish to fix, and not mislead and play frauds with the public at large.

Compaq laptop — explorer crupted
with reference to my token no 5044. i have given my laptop(compaq cq45) forrepairing on the date 20 oct 2009 as my explorer was corrupted as said by
the service center in agra( hp authorised service center RT Outsourcing service Ltd No.4 1st floor glory plaza opp LIC BLDG MG Road Agra-282002 ph[protected].
Its been more then a month and the service center employees are postponing the
delivery day by day.
My laptop is well in the warranty period and the warranty is going to expire on 18 january 2010.
i would kindly request your probing into the above mentioned matter to avoid further testing of my patience.
