As they told after 48 hrs the tech. will come..
But Sir /madam till now the tech is not visted...
On the 4 day he call & adk for address... & after that he is not responding ..

    I bought a laptop through HP India online store in consultation with HP sales executive. Despite of a week later my product has not been delivered. While enquiring with courier service provider and HP customer care, everytime they are saying different facts. Today they are saying that laptop can not be delivered at this price and is asking me to pay more. My order No is #[protected]

      I have purchased the product on 03/06/20. My product is under warranty, I just after 20 days of purchase realized that there is overheating issue and my son got burns on his thigh who is just 10 years old. I asked HP and they send an engineer, he was not able to resolve the issue. I request on Twitter and emails that I really saved money to get this laptop for my son for his online classes but HP is least bothered about it. I have requested all senior officials to please help as this laptop can be dangerous for our family. After that, they took the laptop to the service center and when it was returned to me it was damaged and a lot of sounds were coming from the system. I captured a video that how laptop was making sound they ignored my request. After few days I found that Bluetooth is not working properly and the laptop itself turn off and the message pops up that "Your system ran into a problem". My son is using that laptop, I do not have money to purchase a new device for him but the company is not listening to my request and now they have started ignoring my request. Last time, when my laptop was taken to the service center all my purchased licenses has been removed and now they are saying this is my mistake. I asked them that who gave you permission to format my laptop. There could be a possibility that I was using it for my official purpose then you would have cleaned my all files and now they are arguing with me instead of feeling guilty about. I want refund as I do not trust the company any more. I am not sure if my bank details are compromised or not yet. I have more videos which I shared with HP but I can upload here as file size is very large but I have them and can share when needed.

            As per NEFT details given through mail have transferred the amount with discount as discussed with sales executive on 11.10.2021 through my PNB bank account and on the same day I received message from my bank that beneficiary account has been credited. Till now I have made a no of calls and mails to customer care team for my order status with the request to deliver laptop till 16th due to an urgent seminar online of my daughter and till 15th always got a assurance of trying best by executive at customer care. But on 16th as a reply of my mail from customer support team regarding my order status, I received that my payment was not received so the product was not dispatched. Then I checked my bank's status and contacted to axis Bank for transaction status then I received a screenshot from Axis Bank which showing that the amount has been settled in savex technologies account of HP on the same day.

            Now tell me, whose fault is this, why my order is delayed and where is the loophole, if the payment has been settled by both banks on the same day i.e. 11th, why they are lying to me.

            There is some attachments showing transaction status in both axis and pnb bank alongwith mail that I have received from hp on order of laptop for payment through neft.

            Till 17th hp team was not accepting that my payment was received as per his mail and now asking me to send more amount while I sent the same amount which is asked through her sales executive after giving me some discount.

            Now after all discussions with hp customer care executives, I found that company's executive Muskan khan did a fake selling with false commitment of 5% discount on NEFT payment to me, now I can't trust on Hp team and don't wish to purchase laptop from HP. So I wish to get refund of whole amount of 46173 at the earliest in my account.

                I bought a monitor "hp 22f" on 03/06/2019.
                It started showing issues from 08/09/2021, so I sent it to the store where I bought it from, and as it was under the 3 year warranty period, they promised me to return it within 10 days.

                Now it has been about 38 days, and the store tells me that no personel from hp has come to repair my monitor. It is clear that buying an hp product was my biggest mistake. hp prioritises profit over customer service.

                I am a college student, and I have been facing many issues without a monitor because I used that computer for my online classes and online tests. Just how irresponsible will your customer service be and how long are you going to test my patience?

                  I am facing display issue with my laptop. There is white line on the edge of my left and top border. I have raised a case with HP sending them videos and pictures of the display and they took almost 5 days to response to my complaint because in their language, they need to verify the issue. After getting a response, they are saying that the issue is because someone used or placed a sharp object on the screen causing the display issue. why would I damage my own laptop when I use it to do my work. My product is in warranty till[protected] and I have HP care pack. I think they don't want to provide me display replacement because my warranty is about to expire.
                  Their customer executive also rudely made an allegation that I have damaged my laptop. If we were to test that laptop has any physical damage then I would surely win the case against this false allegation.
                  I have have my invoice in place too.

                        Failure Description I am facing issues with my webcam since the day I bought the laptop. It is of really poor quality and most of the time it doesn't open with any video messaging applications

                        Its been more than 2 months and the issue is still not resolved. None of the customer care numbers work and the technician who once visited and instead of repairing broke one part of my laptop is not picking the call.
                        Will recommend to never purchase the extended warranty for HP as the support service for HP will never support for any kind of issues

                          We purchased the laptop on may 2020. After
                          that the speed of the system was going down
                          to slower. While opening the folders, it took a
                          long time to open. I mentioned these to your
                          dealers. They told that SSD card is the solution
                          for that. But now the laptop is not working.
                          Again I went to the shop. They told me the
                          hard disc got damaged. And they made a
                          dispute saying that one in a million will happen
                          like this and the company will give you only
                          one year warranty. After that all the system will

                              Hp laptop complaint

                              I had purchased hp laptop on 18 oct 2020 through flipkart. After 6 months it become slow (hang). On 9 oct 2021, it's display suddenly turnoff while I am working with it but the power is on. I want replacement for this product before the end of warranty period....

                              Actually i bought a laptop from amazon and its get delivered on 15th sept
                              and on 23sept it is not showing the power supply in my laptop due to this
                              i thought that it can be a power adapter issue so i try to connect the same laptop adapter to another laptop its providing the supply to another laptop
                              so i confirmed that it is an internal issue so on 23sept night time i registered a case means i calll the hp support i told them this issue so they arranged an engineer and he came on 5th oct afternoon he checked and make the processed for doa still not get doa letter on my email now it become total 16 days due to this my classroom assignment work is pending which gets me to a lot of frustration please i request you get my case resolved as early
                              as possible because day by day its go on delaying...

                                I have purchased a HP PAVILION laptop from a Croma store Pusa road, New Delhi on 4th of OCT 2021, i, e 4 days back. The time I unboxed my laptop it was dead, as soon as I put it on the charger it was switched on. After some time the battery was charged to 99%, I waited some time to reach it to 100% but it wasn't moving further. It was stuck at 99%. I disconnected the charger thinking to recheck it again.
                                I used the laptop for 3-4 hours, but the battery did not drop to even 98%.

                                I switched off the laptop and the next day when I switched it on it was completely dead, with no battery. I was a SHOCK to me that the time when I shut it down it was showing me 99% battery, so how come the battery drained to 0. So this time also when I charged it, the battery was charged only till 99%. The battery of this laptop is stuck at 99%, neither it drops while using, nor it reaches to 100% while charging.
                                I called your customer service representative for help they said I should first visit to Croma and see what they have to say. I went to Croma and they said they will take the laptop and sent it to the service station for a troubleshoot, I denied the same as I have not paid Rs.70000 for a faulty laptop.
                                I called the HP again yesterday 7th oct at least 3 times and every time the call was disconnected by the technical reps, one of them was Kartik, he disconnected the call, while I was speaking to him, this was so much insulting and frustrating, I never expected that I have to go through this mental torture after paying a hefty amount to HP.
                                Today I spoke to 2 reps of HP, the first one was Mr. SUDEEP and his floor manager, that call lasted for about 1 hour and suddenly he disconnected the call in the middle of our conversation. I was left with no other option but to call HP again, and the technician Mr. Vinod said there are no notes or any case number created by Mr. Sudeep, this shows how unprofessional your representatives are, including their floor supervisors.

                                I have paid 70k for a faulty gadget, and when I raised my concern with HP, your reps told me they will do a trouble shooting, which could not diagnose or fix this issue.
                                IT IS AN INBUILT ISSUE, AS I GOT THE LAPTOP WITH THIS PROBLEM FROM DAY ONE.
                                I DEMAND FOR A REPLACEMENT. I PURCHASED IT JUST 4 DAYS BACK AND NOT EVEN ONE DAY IT WORKED PROPERLY. THE BATTERY IS STUCK, AS SOON AS IT DRAINS OUT THE LAPTOP SHUTS DOWN WITHOUT ANY WARNING, IT DID NOT EVEN GIVE YOU A CHANCE TO SAVE YOUR DATA.
                                I FEEL COMPLETELY CHEATED AND DECEIVED BY HP COMPANY. WHEN I HAVE PAID FOR A NEW LAPTOP, THEN WHY SHOULD I GO FOR ALL TYPES OF REPAIRS??
                                EVEN AMAZON AND FLIPKART TAKE LAPTOPS REPLACEMENTS WITH NO QUESTION ASKED AT LEAST FOR THE 1ST TIME. BUT THIS IS SO DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH A COMPANY LIKE HP.
                                I AM GETTING HARASSED BY PAYING FOR A FAULTY MACHINE AND BEING FORCED TO KEEP IT.
                                NOBODY WILL LIKE TO KEEP A LAPTOP WHICH IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY FROM THE VERY 1ST DAY., BUT HP ACTUALLY HARASS THEIR CUSTOMERS BY SELLING FAULTY MACHINES AND THEN GIVING THEM A HARD TIME FOR A REPLACEMENT.
                                MY LAPTOP IS STILL UNDER 2 WEEKS REPLACEMENT PERIOD AND I COMPLETELY DENY TO KEEP THIS FAULTY LAPTOP, I HAVE PAID THE PRICE OF A NEW MACHINE NOT FOR THE DEFECTIVE MACHINE.

                                I AM REQUESTING YOU TO KINDLY REPLACE THIS MACHINE ASAP, AS I AM LOSING OUT ON MY BUSINESS.

                                I NEVER THOUGHT THAT I WILL FACE SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AFTER BUYING ONE OF YOUR BEST MACHINES.

                                WE BUY EXPENSIVE LAPTOP TO GET A HASSLE FREE EXPERIENCE, WE DO NOT WORRY ABOUT PAYING MORE THAN THE AVERAGE LAPTOPS SO THAT WE GET THE BEST MACHINE, BUT THIS IS SO SAD AND PAINFUL THAT I HAVE PAID 70K FOR A DEFECTIVE PIECE.

                                I REQUEST YOU TO REPLACE MY LAPTOP ASAP.
                                I BELONG TO A FAMILY OF LAWYERS AND DO NOT FORCE ME TAKE THIS ISSUE ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND CONSUMER COURT.

                                I HOPE MY REQUEST WILL BE TAKEN FORWARD.

                                    My Case ID [protected]. I bought new HP Victus laptop, within one and half month I got motherboard issue after updated the bios. HP technician ordered the motherboard for replacement, but still I didn't get any solution for this. While I contacted HP they are saying part not available and asking to wait for 24 to 48hrs, after 48hrs again I get same reply. I have already waited for more than 10 days. If part is not available means I want replacement with new laptop or else refund my money and HP can take back the Laptop.
