On 20.04.2009 the HP REDEMPTION CELL has sent me a sms in which they wrote that they had sent my gifts HP ALL IN ONE PRINTER MODEL NO F4288 and HP600VA UPS via OVERNITE EXPRESS COURIER DOCKET NO 70049918.BUT TO MY UTTER SURPRISE I ONLY RECEIVED THE PRINTER ON THE NEXT DAY BUT THERE WAS NO UPS IN IT.FURTHER the reference letter that was with the printer showed it clearly that they had only sent me the printer and not the UPS with it.On the day i received the printer had sent an email to HP REDEMPTION CELL about the matter, SHOCKINGLY THEY HAVE NOT NEITHER REPLIED ME NOR SEND MY HP600VA UPS THAT WAS DUE WITH THE PRINTER AGAINS FILE NO 64572.
I BELIEVE AN OUICK ACTION WILL BE TAKEN TO SEND MY DUE GIFT.

I had purchased a COMPAQ LAPTOP CQ40-10BTU in the month of Feb, 2008 from Win Technologies (55/2 S N Banerjee rd, Barrackpore.Kolkata-700120, ph no.[protected] in which there was a offer that if i send a draft of rs 1299 to them they will send a gift i.e KODAK CAMERA after 6th week of receipts of draft. Meanwhile i had send the draft of rs 1299 to HP REDEMPTION CELL, first floor-A-2, Okhla Industrial Area.Phase-1.New Delhi-110020. Ph no.[protected] on 24 th Feb.but still the gift had not been dispatch.whenever i mail them or call to their customer service no. they reply that it will dispatch within next 2 weeks but it never comes. and the redemption code for the gift is ORHFDGKNFN.

I have purchase hp computer on 28.02.2009. Redemption code HMBWC3XY88 .The gift was UPS & Printer-scanner-fax (3 in one). On 15.07.2009 I have recvd UPS. But till date the Printer-scanner-fax (3 in one) is not recvd.

        i have purchased compaq desktop printer in the scheme i got printer hp Deskjet f4288 All-in-One, the cd for software supplied is not functioning, whenever i tried to download software my pc goes off.i don't know wether

          Hello all,
          i bought a hp laptop from house of laptops, Pune in january and i was told that a home theatre would be provided as a n offer with the laptop. they told me that i'll have to send a demand draft of Rs 1500 to hp as transportation charges so that they could send it me on my address. now after repeatedly calling them and following them on mails and phones, hp is not at all responding to my queries niether the house of laptops is responding to my queries.
          My I know what has to be done in such cases? HP is just cheating on its customers.

            Dear Friends,

            Wonder if this Forum will be able to assist in solving my complaint as well take the manufacturer to task for the DAMN CARE ATTITUDE. Details of the complain since[protected] which still remains unsolved for a machine under warranty is as under:

            CASE NO [protected] FOR DX 2700 S MACHINE NO INI70201SZ


            1) The machine was purchased on[protected] with a on site warranty of 3 years.

            2) We faced no problem for over a year and we could write the CD’s and play DVD’S etc.

            3) Complaint under case no [protected] was lodged on[protected] as the DVD tray was not ejecting.

            4) This was attended by Digitech Services Pvt Ltd on[protected] and the part was replaced.

            5) It was our mistake that we did not check immediately, wether the part is correct or CD’s are being written etc. we presumed that since the new part has been replaced it must be fine.

            6) For quite some time now we found that we could not write any CD’s, but for some reason or the other did not lodge any complaint.

            7) When we also started facing the Fan noise, we lodged the complaint under ref [protected] on[protected] and informed about both the problems.

            8) It was attended on[protected], and again the part was replaced without checking what was wrong. This time we tried to write the CD’s in the presence of service rep and it did not happen. He asked us to delete roxio and all other software for writing CD’s. Still nothing happened. He then gave up and said that some one else will come tomorrow ( 18th of April 2009)

            9) No one came till 22nd and perhaps only after further complaint and emails engineers from RT Outsourcing Services attended the same and they said that the machine has a reader only ( DVD ROM) and not writer and would get back after checking the case. It was presumed that the earlier replacement by Digitech was wrongly done and again by the person on 17th April ( no details as no report was given).


            10) It is the 5th of May today and insoite of numerous calls and emails no action has been taken.

            11) There is no system on their website for a consumer to escalate the issue to the senior bosses.

            12) It is like being a helpless consumer.

            13) Would request consumers to seriously consider the options before buying machines from HP.

            I have purchased a Laptop model dm1note book with TU1080 intel processor from M/S Lalith Infotech Vishakapatnam, which was supplied to me with a technician based at Yelamacnhili near Vishakaptanm. The Note book is preloaded with Win7OS for which recovery was not created by the technician. When I requested for partition of the hard disk he tried which led to OS corruption and system collapse. Later on he deleted all the partitions including the recovery partition and loaded a windows version available with him. I lodged a complaint with your complaint cell bearing No.[protected] dt.18.3.10
            So far I have not received the recovery disks as most of my soft ware is not compatible with win7 OS I have been experiencing lot of difficulty. I want to know what I should do to change the OS to winxp platform so that all my soft ware starts working It is unfortunate that your service centre people at Vizag are unable to advise properly in the matter.

              I have purchased a TFT monitor of HP company Dated on 31/03/08 and warranty period given to me one year from Jain Computer Ulubari Guwahati-781007 Assam.But it was defected on 12/03/09 so i went to HP Servicing center then they told me that you have to registered the complain In HP Servicing center (Head Office) and i registed the case on 23/03/09, Complain No is [protected] then they forward the case to Jorhat Branch to Mr D. Borah Mob. no. is [protected], He required the Distributor copy from Jain Computer.But at the purchase time any dealer did not give the Distributor copy, So i came to Guwahati and received the Distributor copy from Jain Computer Dated on 31/03/009 and mailed the Dist. copy to Mr D. Borah then he forward the case to Mr Chakraborty his Mob No. is [protected]. from that time i am Suffering to the till Date, and Finally they told me that they can't give the service within the warranty period and giving me a hurasement and waste my warrnty. So request you to kindly look into my matter and take a necessary Action against H.P. Servicing.

                  We had registered on line after the purchase of the said laptop under the redemption scheme and had also couried the draft on your company address in the last week of feb. as the camera was not received till 13/04/09 we called up the delhi office and came to know that the draft was not received by them and now we wont be entitled for the camera. We were not told by the stappels people how to register and we had got it done by them and nor any time limit was mentioned in writing or verbal to us.They are also asking us the registration code received during the registration if I am not mistaken the code copy can be provided from your end also as you might be verfying it as i have also lost the rgistration code..Its hard to hear that we wont be getting the product as it is an hard earned money and loosing an product worth Rs 8000/- would be a great shock to us. Also would like to know the solution to redeem the camera if required we can send the new draft as we have also asked bank to check the draft details as the draft has been misplaced during the transit. Hope the company like HP wont be taking it softly as its aim is to serve the clients and not to disappoint as each product means us a lot. Hope for an early reply with a positive solution.also find attached coppy of mails which for the same i had written.

                  This is Manish; I bought a HP Notebook (Model No-dv6767tx, p/n kp162pa#acj) with the best configuration.

                  I bought this Notebook for SAP ERP solution. When I gave this Notebook to My company SAP Bases guy for SAP installation, he found Vista doesn't support SAP so he said he can't install SAP in this system, Even he said he cant other Operating system in this notebook because there is no option to get the drivers. I spoke with HP guys got some drivers but few of them doesn't support this particular model like Audio driver, Mobile Intel chipset Family driver, Nvidia Video driver and webcam driver.
                  We have installed Windows XP in system but my machine's few functions are not working like Sound card, Nvidia graphics card web cam.

                  Today morning I called you up and I had a talk with a Customer Care executive, he said he can't help me out and said go-ahead and sue HP and has disconnected the phone.

                  I have bought this laptop on 5th April' 08 and since that time i am not able to do my work at this machine.

                  I am really very upset with your Customer Care dept. and I am getting frustrated with this notebook. Please send me drivers which are support to this particular model or suggest me what to do.

                  I waited for the free gift till 20th Dec 2008, but I have not received my free gift. I have sent two e.mail messages to the redemption cell but there is no response.                   This is in regards to my laptop with Serial Number :CNF6Q50WN and

                  purchase of this laptop.To share the history of my issues I have also
                  gone ahead and attached the copy of my previous mails to Hp.The
                  current status of my laptop is un fixed. I had given my laptop to the

                  The engineer visited me last Sat and took out all the components of my

                  for at that time. But as soon as he left the problem resurfaced again

                  And on April 07, 2009 at 06.35pm I met an Engineer Mr Prem Sohal and told him about the complain that when i press the Caps On button the LAD light was not coming on and Mr Prem Sohal he started the Laptop ( Put ON ), and advised me not to use Windows XP as this model works well with Windows Vista. Mr Prem Sohal he removed the Battery, Ram, CD-Rom Drive, Hard Disk and noted down the serial no of each part which he removed, And noted down on the Service Call Report under Token no 85 of which i havw a copy, And i was informed that this Laptop is out of warranty and the warranty period was expired on February 26, 2009 and there is something wrong with the MOTHER BOARD as to why the Caps on light is not coming on. And they could not do free servicing for the laptop as it was out of the warranty period.

                  I showed them the receipt of the Laptop which i purchased it from Vijay Sales on April 10, 2008 Invoice No 78377 and still the HP service centre people said that as per their records the Laptop is out of the warranty period and they cannot do free servicing for this machine.

                  I took an acknowledgement ( signature and stamp )from the HP service centre that the laptop is out of warranty period.

                  That evening i reached home at around 9.00 pm and didnt even clicked to check the Laptop whether if it is working properly or not. But the next day when i try to put it on it was not getting on the screen is totally blank ( Black Screen )( I believe that the Service Centre Engineer Mr Prem Sohal did not fix the parts properly which he removed while he was checking as to why the laptop is not getting ON.

                  I am mentally disturbed by such attitude expressed by one of the reputed company. As per the guidelines, I being a customer is entitled for a year warranty from the date of purchase and not from the date when the laptop was delivered at vijay sales for sale.

                  Also I couldn’t access my mails & other activities were delayed due to improper fixation of the parts by the HP service engineer.

                  I now have to consult them again for proper fixation, which has delayed my activities. I have been harassed to visit them and this involves cost (travelling & restoration) which the company stated that I (Customer) have to bear.

                  I am writing to seek justice & want the laptop to be serviced as the same is within the one year warranty period ending on April 10, 2009.

                  And also I need compensation from HP i.e. an increase in warranty period by six months & free servicing during this period.

                  If you are still facing any problem with the HP Gift issues, please send them a mail stating that if they do not respond within 4-5 working days to this mail, they would be responsible for any or all legal consequences to follow.

                  Secondly, filing a consumer complaint is not a big deal. Every city would have a consumer complaint forum, where with a fee of 120-150 rs. you can file a complaint on a plain paper with all the requisite documents. They will provide you with a consumer complaint number and a date of appearance. You do not require a lawyer for this, you can go there yourself and explain the circumstances to the judge. They are very co-operative and would listen to you. Within 7 working days, HP (redemption center as well as the company) would receive the notice from the consumer court.

                  Please make your claim more than twice of the item promised under the offer, and also put a cost of around 5 to 10k.

                  This is the best way of treating these guys. They will surely respond to the court notice.

                    Prn Psc HP 4288 CN892C3PN Pinter was purchased from M/s Minisoft Mediatech Pvt Limited DA/9, Enkay House, Vikash Marg, Delhi 110092.vide invoice no 602 dated 17.06.09.
                    It was informed to me that the HP person will come and make it ready for use. The HP person has not visited yet therefore I tried to load the software myself. Software was some how loaded and I tried to make a Xerox copy but there were problems in Xerox. Sometimes print was produced and sometimes not.
                    I called at the consumer help line telephone no and following his guidelines I tried to make my printer/scanner in working condition. But it could not be made ready.
                    Helpline registered my complaint vide case id 2638510/ service id ININ[protected] and deputed a service person for help. He visited my home and took the printer for necessary replacement on 31.07.09.
                    The replacement was done after many days. Even at time the person who came didn’t know how to load the printer software and the printer was not in working condition. I myself loaded the software again to my laptop. But still proper print, Xerox or scan could not be taken out from the printer. Its really very problematic situation for me.

                    I request
                    1) Black introductory cartridge may please be provided, as it was not fulfill the desired requirement.
                    2) Please confirm whether the cartridge can be refilled. Whether you have any approved cartridge refill center. I could understand that M/s Cartridge world refill the cartridge. I can understand from market, that using there refilled cartridge may not effect my printer.
                    3) Please arrange to inform me about the expiry date of warranty presuming that the virtual date of delivery as 07/08/09 and the printer is not in working order since delivery.
                    4) Please confirm whether we can use HP 818B cartridge that is available in HP showroom.
                    5) Please get my printer in working condition as early as possible.

                      Hello,

                      I bought a Deskjet printer D1560 on 24/4/09 from Computer Empire, 102, Mehgdoot Building, Nehru Place, New Delhi. When I came home and checked the printer, it was not working properly, it was a defective printer. I called up the customer service and logged my complaint regarding the same, case no- [protected]. I was told that I have to take this printer to the nearest HP authorised service center and get the DOA certificate from them and then it will be replaced by the retailer from whom I bought the printer. The address given to me for the service center was Redington India Ltd. C/O Silicon Compuware Solutions (P) Ltd. 12B Ground Floor, Laxmi Market Palace, NOIDA (UP). I went to this service center on 27/4/09 and told them the problem. I was told that they will scan the bill and send them to HP, and you can collect the DOA on 28/4/09.i.e today. They gave me a reciving note stating that I have left the printer with them, also mentioning the problem with the Printer. This was done by Mr Amit at the service center. There was no manager sitting over there at that time. I called up Mr Amit's cell number (mentioned on the slip) to check my case status today. He picked up the phone and started abusing me and hung up the phone. After that, I went to the service center again today, and i was shocked to see that none of the 4 guys sitting at the service center were from HP. All of them told me that they are relatives of the manager over there, and to my surprise not even the manager was there.

                      Now I want to know is this the kind of after sales service you provide to the customer? Is this the way service center guys treat you and abuse you? I hate my self that I bough a HP printer, which was defective from the very first day, and when I went for the replacement I was treated like this. HP is such a big brand name, and this incident has really shocked me. This service center which I have mentioined above is a piece of crap, I am sorry to say this. No manager is available whenever you go to this service center. people sitting there are all relatives of the manager and none is from HP. And when you ask for the replacement they abuse you and tel you that they cannot do anything and you can take the printer back. I want that you should look into this matter very seriously and on high priority, as this is spoiling the HP brand name. I request you to replace my printer ASAP and I request you to take some action against this service center.

                        Kindly note that the case was forwarded to Digitech e services. They have asked for the supporting document of purchase of my Laptop ( having Sl. No 7502W7B) and the letter of warranty for three years issued by hp. Everything was provided to Digitech. So far adopter has not been replaced and I was told the matter has been taken up with hp Bangalore

                        History and Complaint

                        I am working with Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL). SAIL issued tender for purchase of Laptop for its employee. PC Solutions Pvt. Ltd, 12 Sant Nagar, New Delhi was selected as L-1 bidder for supply of 6710 b Laptops to SAIL with three years on site warranty on the product. The letter to this effect, issued by hp gurgaon to SAIL, was submitted to Digitech. The letter of warranty was issued by Shri Adarsh Sahu of hp gurgaon ( ph.+[protected], Fax[protected]

                        It is really sad to say that the adopter provided with the laptop does not last more than 3 months and have already been replaced 4 times within one year of my purchase i.e 22.2.08. There were also lot of problems with the Laptop which have been sorted by hp. It speaks about the quality of the product by hp.

                        Beside that even telling everytime while lodging the complaint that this PC is having warranty of 3 years, the data is never updated. Neither the information is provided to your data centre either by your Gurgaon office and nor by PC Solutions Pvt.                         REQUEST

                        I have not been able to use the laptop from the last one week and it appears no one is bothered to help. SAIL is a big organisation. We have purchased laptop in bulk. If this is state of affair of hp that no one has updated there record and there is no proper communication amoungst their own offices/dealers, the customer is bound to suffer.

                        It is requested that the matter may be looked into and I may be informed about the outcome.

                        HP Notebook 6710b — HP laptop service " a bad experience"

                        On February 25th, 2010 i submitted my laptop to HP service center in Gurgaon near sector 14.Its been a month haven't got my issues resolved.and yet don't know when will the issues will get resolved .this caused me great problem,delayed me with my work and only i suffered because of the delay caused by HP.

                          I had submited my Laptor for a Repair on 09Apr09 at a Service Centre (EBM) in Noida. Firstly it took them 3 days to get back to me to say that the mother board need to be replaced. When i had submitted my Laprtop for renewal i had shown them my bill which proved that it was under warranty period. They Disagreed to it and asked me to come to the repair centre again with the bill or send them the bill by email. I did so as advised and i was called back again to say that the refrence no. on the bill and the one on my laptop dont match so my laptop was not under warranty. if i wanted to get warranty i was advised that the bill has to be made again by the dealer properly stamped and signed. I went to the dealer again and got a new bill made and had it emailed to the service centre. I was again called back and informed that the refrence no. on the bill is not clear and they needed a bill with the clear refrence no.
                          This is very bad service and i would make a complele fool of my self by going to the dealer again for the bill. The bill very clearly shows the refrence no. but the service centre is not ready to accept it.

                              I want to bring to the Consumer Forum's notice that I had purchased a Compaq laptop cq60104tu computer from COMPUTER ZONE SHOP-2DURGA VIHAR ‘S.P.VARMA ROAD PATNA (INVOICE NO CZ2373|2008-09 ON 14 JAN2009
                              As per the offer of the Company I was supposed to get a DIGITAL CAMARA free with the machine.
                              Upon making the payment to COMPUTER ZONE for the said machine, as required by Compaq, I registered my purchase with their Redemption Cell, through internet, the same evening from COMPUTER ZONEoffice, and was given a Redemption Code: AXUAE2F501
                              Further, as per the Company's requirements, I despatched all the required documents, as well as a Demand Draft worth Rs. 1250. drawn upon UBI, through DTDC courier on 18.01.2009
                              However, to my shock and surprise, the Company has not cared to arrange for the delivey of the DIGITAL CAMARA to me.
                              In the mean time please note that I have sent innumerable emails, but has received nothing but false promises. I feel cheated and let down that a company like Compaq can treat its customers in such a way

                                This is to inform you that I am a student of Mechanical Engineering and studying at Shram Sadhna College of Engineering & Technology, Bhambori, Jalgoon, Maharashtra. I could not afford your product being a lower middle class family but I have to procure it, as per rules and regulation of college (if not I could not get admission). It was allotted on 3 Number 2007 @ Rs 38000/-
                                On 15th Feb 09, I was working on notebook with battery mode, after 1.5 Hour message flickered on screen showing low Battery. I have to charge the battery, so to charge the battery I had inserted plug of charger and “Switched on” power, Immediately laptop screen visuals was blank (disappear). i.e. it was not working. I realize that some problem has occurred to laptop and I kept it as it is.
                                Then I have contacted to the HP customer care on toll free no: -[protected] and informed about the matter as stated above. As per instruction of service center I went to Xcort Micro System Ahmedabad on 24th Feb.2009 for detail diagnosis. Details of visit at Xcort Micro System Ahmedabad are as under.
                                Visited at 12:30 pm date:[protected].
                                1. Filled up information pertaining to customer in service call report.
                                2. Laptop was handed over to service center technician and informed him full details about how & when it was failed to working.
                                3. Service center technician had with draw charger pin from Compaq laptop and inserted it to HP notebook to check the problem fan was started then immediately “burning issue” occurred. I instructed to technician to switch off power.
                                4. Burning issue was not occurred at the time of notebook failure on date: - 15 Feb. 2009 at my residence.
                                5. Technician then asked me to keep notebook at service center to check it thoroughly and will inform according after submitting my notebook at service center.
                                6. Feed back information was not provided till 4 days.
                                7. Then I contacted to service center after 4 days. Madam (Xcort Micro system) informed that service engineer is on leave. When ever service engineer will resume his duty, we will inform you. Even though I did not get any information from service center (5 days passed).
                                8. After 5 days I again phoned to service center and Madam (Xcort Micro system) informed that your notebook’s motherboard & processor are under warranty period and we will replace it.
                                9. After 15 days again I phoned to service center and Madam (Xcort Micro system) informed that your notebook’s motherboard & processor are not under warranty and repairing cost would be around Rs. 35000/- We (service center) have dispatched quotation already to you. I have not received quotation till today.
                                In this context I would like to bring your kind attention that
                                1. Service center are not providing proper information to the customer.
                                2. Burning issue caused at service center. In presence of my self and I have instructed to technician to switch off the power.
                                3. Once informed by madam that your notebook's processor & motherboard are under warranty period and same has been denied after 15 days. It is erroneous.
                                4. I have availed notebook @ 38000/- (approx) and service center quoted orally Rs. 35000/- (approx) for repairing. This is ridiculous. How is it possible?
                                5. Repairing cost quoted Rs. 35000/- (approx) is not affordable to me being a lower middle class family. I have procured notebook from my father’s hard earned money. This is true fact.
                                6. Regarding the repairing of my notebook please investigate the problem thoroughly of service center through your skilled engineer Please.

                                Looking to the matter. Sir, I request you to replace or repair my notebook at free off cost and be obliged.

                                Compaq laptop — display disappearing intermittently

                                we had purchased compaq laptop c786tu on 12th july, 2008 and within a few days the display suddenly started disappearing intermittently even though the key board and the cpu indicators used to remain on. same was shown to the dealer who first adjusted the screen/power saver timings and when that did not solve the problem they reformatted the harddisk and reloaded windows vista os. the problem persisted and the set was sent to the service station. they returned the set after 3 days saying that the problem was solved, however when i went to the dealer to collect the laptop i found that the problem was still present. the set was sent for the second time to the service centre and after keeping the same for almost a month, i got conflicting replies fm various personnel at the service centre. the operator after checking the token no. indicated that some spares were awaited and i will have to wait for same, whereas the technician told me that there was some misunderstanding and the set was ready for many days. the dealer collected the set and when we tried out we found that the wifi switch was not functional, this was brought to the notice of the service centre and the laptop was sent for the third time to them. after 2 days i was told that the wifi was made operational and i could collect the laptop. i visited the service centre and found that the switch was still not working and wifi could be accessed only through the software. they opened up the set once more and after a day told me that the problem was caused by virus in the computer and they had reloaded the os and set was now functional. i requested them to let me have the repair history for the three times that the set was sent to the service centre but they are avoiding giving me the same. they have extended the warranty by one month and i was told that now the set would work without problem and why was i interested in the service record. after taking up the issue with various other personnel of hp i have been told today i.e. 31st oct., 2008 that they are unable to access the repair history because of some practical problems and i should collect the laptop from the dealer and they would "try" to access the repair history on monday i.e. 3rd nov., 2008.

                                i have already lodged a complaint thru hp site, but am yet to hear from them. my complaint no. is CCHSAP171218.

                                HP / Laptop HP 530 — Delay of services

                                From last one month i diposite my laptop at HP service centre (Elite Business Machine (p) Ltd. Noida to replace display penal of laptop.After call them several time there is no any positive responce from service centre .Now after one month as per them part is not avialble in india & may be it will take one month more to rectify the problem .Display penal is allmost same for all laptops i didn't understand how this thing is not in the company stock . this is second time for bad experience with HP .This time I am plan to go to consumer court for this poor services.
                                Ya its really true. HP is providing worst service i have ever seen. My system is given for service due to mother board problem at Cochin. it almost now two months now. Each time they are saying that, the replacing parts is not available. While other companies like DELL providing very good service especially they are providing on-site servicemens.
                                I am also planning to complaint in consumer court . they are making consumer like us as fools. this cannot be tolerated...
                                i have a 1 big problem .
                                i had buy 1 hp laptop they sad me that they give me 1 gift . the gift is kodak digital cam .

                                  i tried to ring so many time to HP customer care. but have to repeate the same thing over and over again. nobody doesnt really wanna help. its a problem when tried to connect the USB modem to notebook.
                                  first i though its something to do with the windows system but after i check with 3 company ( my mobile broadband service co.) they said its not a windows problem and its a problem with the notebook. really disaponted after buying a new laptop not even 3 months.
                                  tried of calling. never thought a famous brand like HP having this much bad service for the customers.

                                      I had applied for a Broadband connection on 31st Aug 2006, with Hathway cables internet, #301, 301A, SVE Meera Mansion, Civil supplies Bhavan lane, Somajiguda, Hyderabad-82.

                                      The required amount for the new instalation (Rs one thousand six hundred and eighty was paid to them via SBI cheque No 037413.
                                      I was promised that the connection will be given to me in 7 working days but the same did not happen. I kept on calling them and they kept on promising but the connection did not happen.
                                      After one year they started talking rudely and then stopped answering the calls. I had lodged complaints twice with their call center also where the complaint no was given to me but no action. After two years I got transferred to bangalore in my job but my money has still not come.
                                      Sir, I have gone through enough torture and mental agony. Kindly help me in resolving the issue.

                                      I am facing to get my gift that was offered on the product at the
                                      time of purchase. After send a courier with a DD, & other required
                                      claim documents in the last week of Feb'09, I still haven't get the
